Just my personal belief that they do not exist. However, I never would have believed that AIDS was man-made or that Lyme was man-made/manipulated or that something like Morgellon's could ever exist, yet here we all are.  Trying to keep an open mind-at the same time, trying not to keep SUCH an open mind that my brain falls out of the top of my head.....such a fine line.... The govt. did not create Lyme Disease, it is an ancient disease.
However, they did (USDA, US Army) had a lab for research into agricultural diseases on Plum Island.
The source book for this information is a book that came out in 2003, called, " LAB 257".
Hitler had a plan to release infected insects on civilian pop. His top scientists were recruted to work in the lab.
Infected ticks carying Lyme and infected mosquitoes carying West Nile Virus were allowed (accidently?) to escape from sub-standard lab. facilities.

Ticks were injected with mycoplasma and let go in Old Lyme CT.
The disease got it's name from the city that was infected with the illness. So much ground to cover in the US and originally Lyme started in one city. Does anyone else find that kind of odd?
Mosquitos were injected with mycoplasma in 1957 in Canada and let go in Punta Gords Fl where over a period of weeks, 350 people came down with Chronic Fatigue Syndrome (Myalgic Encephalomyelitis)
NIH stated that the huge influx of mosquitos in Punt Gorda at the time came from a forest fire. It's not the first time a government agency has been less than honest with the people of this country.
Mosquitos are also being injected with West Nile Virus and let loose on the public.
sad but true.
Lyme is a biowarfare Issue.
Hitler was not the only person with a plan to let the insects go.
Make no mistake about it.... it was not done accidentally.
