If so, are you speaking of the texture on the red?
I think it looks granular in texture.
Inside the parasitic vacuole, the contents consist of lipids, carbohydrates, amylpectin and glycogen etc. These products or characteristics of these products would be RE-produced/RE-created by the spores....... from memory (using our tissue).

An example of a scab that rolls up into the I. belli safranin stain pattern..... ((study it for a bit....you will see the darker, contrasting triangle fold --- extending down from the top-middle to the long point, bottom-middle)) www.morgellons-disease-research.com/Morgellons-Message-Board/album.php?albumid=41&pictureid=419You will also see that the negative space just left & bottom of that dark triangle creates the white or contrasting triangle (the zig-zag i speak of) The right side is corkscrewing into the apical complex end. I. belli hides in MANY of the artifacts.....they just aren't so obvious.
