There is no doubt about it Obama is our man! Especially us Morgs should totally know that! I pay $300 a month for my kids health care and my company pays at least $700 a month for mine and the kids portion. I will ABSOLUTELY be in jeopardy of loosing our health care if McCaint is elected. Even worse I can't believe what he is proposing in TAXING pretax medical premium dollars.
My son has a gastro scope appointment 10/24 to do a biopsy of his esophagus, stomach and small intestine to see if they can find out why he keeps throwing up tearing something creating bleeds. That's some scary business...even worse thinking a mirror of Bush may be in the house another 4 long years.
Kado gets SSI which totally supplements my income for him. So many social services will be in jeopardy with that goof and his even goofier, unethical, cutsie running mate. I'm shocked at the level of ignorance the folks that are supporting the republican ticket are displaying. Get over the blackness...this country needs some help. Is there anyone 'round here that McCain is truly going to help?
I'd love to know how any one listening to them think his health plan is okay and how the economy will improve. I hear across the news that Obama's plan is superior from financial and health care experts of the like. That's all good but what about the people that are voting to put that goofball in office. What is their excuse?
Grady please. Have you heard Barack's proposed plan? God Damn...this is more irritating to me then Morgs. LISTEN TO BOTH CANDIDATES! If you think that greedy bastard is going to help you, me, our fellow sick people or this country "your in for a real surprise!" What's happening to us here and everything thing else around the world ain't no joke...we totally need change. How anyone here, especially HERE that would support The Other One astounds me.

Carrie I couldn't agree more vehemently. 4 more years of republican rule will not help me to get health care. You see I work as a contract employee and pay a medicare premium from when I was disabled. In two years that won't be an option if i keep working. We need health care for everyone and not some kind of robbing peter to pay paul helthcare tax refund that McCain speaks of. We just can't take another 4 years. Those of us with a mystery disease like Morgellons need to see the forest and the trees. And Grady, my brother is an economist with a high roller lifestyle-he liked the health care he recieved in Canada, and that's single payer.

(sorry) Grady - I understand what you are saying but it comes down to choosing the lesser of two evils and McCain's plan is a definite "screw them" - Obama's at least has some promise.

Ibzahp that's a harsh state. As much as I thought I was fine and dandy with out health care for as long as I was, the bottom line when it comes down to it the sense of security I feel with health care is strong. I don't think it's cool for folks to be out right lazy taking a free ride but I honestly don't feel the majority of the country will do that. I work in a position with people that are a step away from homelessness. The majority of the people that we serve honestly need the help and do not abuse the system. I don't feel like you should be worrying about paying premiums...you should be focusing your energy on getting well. That's why I appreciate Obama. I'm a little less harsh feeling about McCain today. I've been so angry about all the mud slanging lately...glad he's starting to show a softer side. He's probably an alright guy, probably better then Bush, not to say much 'cause Bush huh don't get me started. Glad I can see McCain more as a man and less of a devil this evening. But geeze, then there is Palin and her lies about her proven abuse of power and how close she'd be to running the country if she was VP and I have to stop thinkin' about it and hush my mouth ! Ibzahp, I hope you get free health care even though you're working today and I happen to pay for my family. I don't mind paying higher taxes if it means helping people that can not help themselves get health care along with other social services that we should have in this country and need to have increased. I don't like footin' the bail out bill and even more the war!!! Fine raise taxes, spend a ton of money...long as the priorities are straight, with the people...not in the pockets of the elite and consistent pocket lining of people that surely don't need any thing more.
