Ok, I just wrote a blog article on red wine cultured by itself ... and would like to direct this doctor that's interested in us in here to look at your dish specimens and see how we got the Rhizopus conclusion - which thread are we going to direct people to... and noone in a hurry is going to sift through our information page by page... is someone creating a web page where all of our information is together? What's the plan, how do I proceed or not proceed... someone mentioned keeping our information private, thoughts?

Honestly, I think you need to look at Ruth's thread and my thread and decide which of the two have the most specimens and use it. Likely it will be Ruth's thread and that is definitely fine with me, so just go for it.
We all know they are not going to be one bit interested in our personal accounts of what this nightmare has done to our lives.
Keep it purely impersonal and the evidence, the petri dishes, will hopefully speak for themselves. The rest will just be chatter and they don't have the time for it.

bannany, are you sending your culture dish in? my ears wax is alway full of the clear fibers a perfect place to seed from i always wondered why it isn't used for cultures. i am more calm today, so i was able to read some of the posts. sometimes i am unable to read. i don't understand as i was always an avid reader. i really miss it to me the bottom line is the mold that covers my body. i felt it enter and work its' way up my arm and it now covers my entire body......some places thicker than others, but give it time. i tried to stop it. it was as shards of glass that kept splintering in my thumb. the more shards i removed the shards there were to remove. it was aggressive in creating those white marks which is the main branches of the organism. within a year, i began getting the lesions which i now know to be the fruiting structures that rupture to release the spores, etc. as i have gotten hundreds of __________ forms out of one lesion and within an hour. i totally contaminated myself by soaking in bleach for 3 days..............(trying to kill this stuff) after that inside my ears, nose, eyes, every orifice got the (heavy water drops) spores implanted. i didn't know moisture releases spores. i would think " it" would carry stuff with it ....... like, keep certain bacteria for their own continued survival? and in conjunction the microbugs could care less if we are plant or tree they smell the mold and know it is food. i imagine they could nest there as well (since i use to have heavy hatches 2x's a year of thrips plus other species; myiasis per dr. amin) as it draws in threads from my clothes and covers them over with their clear biofilm. then the biofilm covers over their nest giving protection and food to each other. the literature says the spores and mycelia pieses remain alive thru the insect and ends up in soil (or us). there are 2 species of the zygomycetes that parasitize animals and insects. finding good pics of those cultures is difficult. they are of the mucor i also read a real good explanation for the electricity we have, especially cyclic. it had to do with condensed sweat, forming a battery.sorry, but i don't remember exactly how. i'll see if i can find it again, but i have to work today so i'd better get going. make it a good day everyone

kammy, yes, please, you are welcome to take from both threads (right sid ;D) to compile the pertinent data on one thread. when i changed the title, i didn't see my thread come up anymore, so using growth of "pro-lab" culture or something to that effect will put the thread out to google page where we can control what is there without the personal opinions. that is why i deleted my meltdown, then thought i wonder if it is because of the prolab in the title........it was..............we can use this information so google page picks it upthank you if you decide to do this much needed task. i really gotta get to work

His title is neurophysiologist... I believe. He responded to the parallel 'spit/wine test' blog post I did... he's awaiting an answer as to whether the red wine by itself cultures the Morgellons fungus (it does, not to say that is the cause but certain red wines (white wines??) might add to our symptoms)... I thought if we had our information together on a single page that someone could easily see how we came to our conclusions... I think Toni has been keeping a good accounting of what's transpired so far... let's hear from Toni...?

i could just put the title back to
where it was and others will view this thread
off google.
i do not know how long it will take to get the lab results from 'pro-lab'. they have my phone number. i sent it out monday and wednesday was a holiday.
if i were a professional in the fungal field. i would be able to instantly identify species.
the inability for anyone with credentials to just say it baffles me. so, i must deep down think there is something more to this? it appears 'they' want us to think just that by not culturing and identifying this years ago.
i had a boyfriend that you could slap in the face the truth....... and he would still deny it. seems to be the same old scene playing out on a larger scale. denial of the obvious and they appear as fools.

No explanation for the granulomas in my lungs Sid... he just wanted to keep an eye to make sure they aren't growing. I'll go in soon for another x-ray I guess. I had a feeling mine looked like yours frito just from the descriptions you've given! Weird eh... and yeah toni, I know what you meant now about being able to watch it grow before your very eyes. It grew alot between the time I looked at it this AM and later today. I took a few pics this AM... didn't take any more tho, even after I saw it had grown more. See how it turned more blackish tho? You can't tell by the pic, but it's growing higher and higher and a whole lot thicker too. In fact it's almost up to the lid. I'm just posting this one for humor's sake. It looks like it could've been the skull of Einstein to me, cept he's got a big white fluffy beard this time to go with his white fluffy hair... the dark area bein the eye sockets and nose, and the brown being his mouth. Thing is tho, is he's got a really bad tooth stuffed with cotton on the right side there causing that whole side of his face to swell out. ;D Speakin of the face and all... let's take bets on whose spit and ear gunk will grow the fastest Christmas tree. Then we'll ship it to the CDC to put in their office over the holidays! Jeany and kammy can send them some good cheery movies and some popcorn put in individual dishes for their enjoyment too! But back to the pics... it's scary to think that's how fast it's been growing in us huh? Having it the 6 years I have makes me wonder how I can still even be here... let alone those of us like you Sid, who've had it for forever. Then I wonder why others are already gone too. Quoting kammy... we have been badly mis-treated and suffered unduly. And, these people who say... 'it's ok if the CDC takes a little longer... at least they are doing something now...' No, it's not ok! There is no excuse for them - people are dying daily with this, it's hidden as various cancers, lung diseases and many others. We're all slowly dying, that's why I'm fighting like hell... I at least want to know the name of the thing that's killing me... and preferably how I got it? The damage done by waiting to be treated is robbing me and you of our present and future health... robbing us of even more than we've already lost! Time is of the essence for some of us.I love what you said is all. Great plan too kammy... about directing the doc (and whoever else might be interested) to our culture pics. I think it might be a good idea to just copy all the pics from both threads to a new thread. Then put the pics each person has posted of their growth results in sequence. You could either add descriptions to them yourself or take what you need that's been said here on both threads and copy and paste into your new thread too. That way it's mostly pics only and the comparisons to see. That's my idea anyway... and if there's anything I can do to help, just slap me in the face so I snap outta my stupor and I'll be more than happy to! I'm so glad you're feeling better today ruthie! I worry about you sometimes... and understand exactly where you're coming from. Any time you talk about how this has effected you and what you've felt it do in your body, it might as well be me saying it. The glass shards in your thumb, feeling the spores in every orafice of your body, and how trying to remove it only causes it to produce more, how the biofilm covers you from head to toe now... I'm right there with ya on all of it girl. I've never had any open lesions tho, but I so feel for those of you who do. I know how hard it must be for you to have to work too. Talk about a fighter... I don't know how you do it babe. I wish you didn't have to, I wish I could help you so you wouldn't have to too. You asked if I wass gonna send my culture in...I'm not gonna, can't really afford it. Plus, I just wish there was someone who already knows morgs who was doing CURRENT research to send these to. I think we'd have better luck at sending at least some of them there than to Pro Labs. But I did send the info and my pics to Dr. Hildy... I gave her the links to both threads to see everyone else's results too. I also sent a copy to Mark Darrah. Does anyone here ever correspond with Dr. Wymore? The times I've sent him emails he's never responded, but it might be a good idea to send the info to him too. Now I wanna say a prayer... Father God, You said You'd never give us more than we can handle... and even tho I know we continue to day after day, we've become so very tired Lord. So I'm asking You to lead us to the answer we've been working so very hard to find. Please Father God, lead us there now... I know You see our strength is dying. So please hear this prayer we pray to You tonight Lord. Lead us to the answer that will then enable us to live this beautiful gift of life You gave us once again... In Jesus name and the Holy Spirit... Amen.

I just wanted to compare a couple of pics for you jeany... about the tobacco. Here's the one you posted... Now compare it to my "bubble"... the one that was produced by the tiny drop of gel in my finger that landed on my scope base and grew all the other sh*t.... ... and to one of massena's "bubbles" I just thought it was interesting cuz they look like a pretty close match to me. hugs ~~ bannanny

They do look similar! Your's and Massena's are clear and SM produces a pinkish slime...but Silica Gel is also in 'mix'..so it could be possible that they are Silica Gel bubbles.. Do you remember when we talked about Silicon Gel a while back? And that I said your gel that's oozing out of your hands might be Silicon Gel?..hmm...ya know silicon is a form of silica? So..if we are inhaling silica gel that's in the cigarettes (tobacco), and we have sort of an 'overload', the body might try to rid it over the pores? and that's the biofilm? which is actually a mix of SM and silica gel? Just thinking here.. Thanks Bannanny! Hugs back, Jeany

"Do you remember when we talked about Silicon Gel a while back? And that I said your gel that's oozing out of your hands might be Silicon Gel?..hmm...ya know silicon is a form of silica?"
I just wanted to add that the fungus is definitely appearing to create most of the biofilm. At times, Rhizopus' Hulle Cell spheres appear as a biofilm in the Petri Dish. Also, on the bottom side of the growth in the dish is yellow biofilm, 'goo' looking.
I've noticed that most of us gals are smokers here... long-term and heavy smokers... I was talking to Barb about this a little while back - she said it's been brought up and nobody wanted to hear about it... Naturally, us addicts don't want our drug of choice to have to go away in this getting well process... but... you'all may want to start considering quitting?... just saying. I'm presently doing some tobacco experiments to see what it looks like, how it cultures, etc.

What is rhizopus?www.publicbookshelf.com/public_html/Methods_in_Plant_Histology/rhizopus_dj.html" Zygorhynchus is another interesting relative of Rhizopus, readily distinguished by having suspensors of very unequal size." Zygorhynchus [/img] Zygorhynchus looks close also. Maybe we should say that our fungus is in the Zygomycetes family and suspected to be Rhizopus or Zygorhynchus and let the experts or definite lab results determine which one it is? We need to look closer to see what they are referring to as: "by having suspensors of very unequal size."... What is a 'suspensor' and compare their definition to known photos?

Suspensor en.wikipedia.org/wiki/SuspensorSuspensors are filamentous structural formations employed by Fungi in holding a zygospore between two strains of hyphae. * Also used by plant zygotes in angiosperms in connecting the endosperm to an embryo. During embryo development in angiosperm seeds, normal development involves asymmetrical division of the unicellular embryo, inducing polarity. The smaller terminal cell divides to become the proembryo while the larger basal cell divides laterally to form the suspensor. The suspensor is analogous to a placental mammalian's umbilical cord. Jeany Well... we can leave it up for debate and there are still plenty of unidentified spheres in our photos. I know that in one experiment that the Petri Dish contained only the eggs from a fungus gnat that the Morgellons fungus grew and on the bottom side of the dish the fungus had the typical yellow biofilm goo. The adult mother was found alive in my grapefruit juice, she was put on a slide and another full slide was placed on top of her. It was noticed a day or so later that she had laid eggs in her death. The eggs were taken directly from the slide, and portions of the adult were in the dish also. If SM or another slime-producing bacteria was in the dish - it had to come from the gnat. Is the fungus gnat known to carry SM or slime molds?
