Hi bannanny, a yogurt, ok thanks. No we don't have Trader Joe's in oz, and ivermectin is a prescription only drug here. A question, do you feet hurt when you stand up, and start walking. Mine ache and my legs. Exercise is a must do tho, sounds like your on it. I wanted to go to America for a white Chrissy ,afew years ago. But it didn't happen. Your so lucky, I'd do a snow angle, snow man, would be fun.....have seen pic's, very preety.... Yeah I'm fine thanks for askin, the floods have been devastating, still people missing. Now the mold is setting in, so they have to be careful. As its deadly..... Cheers hun Hava great day....

Well shoot! I was just about to hit "post reply" and we lost our power! So let me try this again! I'm pretty sure kefir is yogurt, but you might wanna wait to see what Harry has to say about it! Anyhoo, yeah... my feet hurt all the time too. I still have goo oozing out of the bottoms of them, but not as much as I used to so that's a good thing!! I get on my treadmill 2x a day but can only do 10 minutes at a time cuz of my spinal diseases. But it sure helps me alot... excercise is a good thing for us to do! I can't even imagine how devastating the flooding is there in Australia... but I can imagine the mold becoming an issue. You really do need to be careful honey... especially being mold seems to be a facet of morgs. Ok... now I wanna share some more snow pics with you! We had a pretty good storm last night... ...and it looks so pretty today! I just looooove it! You can put my pics on your desktop and pretend it's snowing outside!! love you ~~ bannanny

OK i will ask Harry.
I also want to wish you congratulations on your up coming wedding... Hope you have a fantastic day, to cherish always....

You're very welcome!! It's snowing again right now... I sooo love it!
But back to the feet and all... I'm constantly getting real bad cramps in my feet too. I have to jump up and down to get it to stop and sometimes they just won't subside for nothin. My toes curl up and go in all different kinds of directions. I look like a real mutant then! ha! Also, the bones on the top of my feet feel like someone's pounding a nail into them at times. I often wonder if it all comes down to our nerves and muscles being largley effected by morgs too. Then again, alot of my pain is from my spinal diseases... even down to the pain in my feet. But I do think morgs goes after our weakest areas in the body, making our pain even moreso.
I've already had one spinal surgery too and opted out on the one they wanted to do on my neck. I felt better for about 6 months, but then it was everything back to what it was before my surgery and why I don't want any more operations either. I have Spinal Canal Stenosis and Ankylosing Spondylitis in my spine and Kyphosis in my neck (which means my neck bone curves the opposite way of what it should.)
I myself drink "Calm Magnesium" which I think is a really good thing! I'm all herbal remedies these days... I refuse to take any scripts anymore. I mean, just listen to all the side effects they can cause. Most being worse than what you're taking the pill for in the first place! Plus, I believe the big pharma's are just a bunch of money hungry greedy people for the most part today. It's like they're in cahoots with some of our big government officials to "create" a virus, or flu, or whatever, just so they can make a pill for it and rake the money in. Just like they've done with anti depressents... which I also refuse to take anymore. It's the biggest marketing scam ever (IMO)... tell me who in the world ISN'T depressed ya know? So they figured "let's make a pill for depression and REALLY line our pockets!" That's the way I see it all anyway.
But on to happier things... thanks so much for the congrats! I'm really getting excited now! Only 3 more weeks til we're in the sun and salt water of the Caribbean and will leave the island as man and wife!!! Doesn't get any better than that... especially when you're marrying your best friend!!
love ya back ~~ bannanny

BEAUTIFUL pictures of the snow! ;D I want more snow. I know you're enjoying it (as I would) since we're from the west coast and it's a rare thing. We just lucked out a few weeks ago, that day we did have it here.
And about the cramps in your legs, and that nail thing in the top of your foot. It's so weird, cause I have the same thing happen "out of no where" too.
The top right foot, will out of no where, just feel like a horse tromped on it, or drove a spike in it, and then it goes away.
And it comes and goes (for no apparent reason), as it's not like I did anything to it, except Morgs I think is causing it.
And the leg or even cramps in the toes, oh....I'll jump out of bed and jump around like a jumpin bean, hoppin and running in place just to try and get it gone.
My toes sound like what yours do too Bannanny, they get all distored like, spread out and cramped so bad too.
I noticed if I foget to take minerals they'll do that.
I've been getting a bit lax with all the gazillions of supplements, cause there's just so many, and it's wearing actually to keep on them all day, every day.

I figured you'd like those snow pics but didn't wanna make you feel bad cuz you don't have any... so I never sent them to you! It's been snowing all day today too, but we only got about an inch... altho we still have the foot we got the other day! Supposed to get another big one the beginning of the week! It's gonna be pretty cool to leave for St. Croix in winter jackets and have to shed our clothes the second we get there! It's always 80-90 degrees there almost all year long! We won't be able to wear our shorts on the trip back home tho... cuz we'll probably be stepping right back into the snow when we get off the plane!
Anyhoo, your toes and feet sound exactly like mine do toni. It's just gotta be another wonderful thing morgs is causing our bodies to go thru. I can't wait to get to the island... not only becuz I'm gonna marry my best friend, but also becuz all my morg symptoms almost disappear there! Wish all you guys could go too... maybe next year tho eh?
big hugs ~~ bannanny

Kefir sure does seem to carry more bacteria than yogurt, which is good for (the gut) as they call it. The only thing is, once sugar is added - which it is in any *flavored* yogurt or Kefir, then the entire purpose of eating it is defeated. (except it does taste better) ;D To be of benefit, it's got to be eaten "plain" without sugar. www.leaflady.org/yoghurt.htm
