Ayla, Wonderful news as to your work. If you want collaboration or help I am willing. Used to put together promotions and supporting materials before I could no longer work and still enjoy the creative projects. I am working on art projects. We need an awareness via MorgArt in a gallery...! Lynn, did you hear anything from Michael Murphy? Glad if the info helped. Ruth and ibzahp go for it re Michael Moore! What in the world do we have to lose? I was so low and broken post CDC whitewash, but now I feel energized, and grateful being here to find others on the same page. Thanks

Hi all. This is as good an opportunity as any to introduce myself. i created the awareness poster Xiblanque linked to. I hope you will use it to spread awareness. If anyone has specific ideas for awareness tools/images, let me know. I'd like to keep developing materials. Best, Ayla MorgellonsDiseaseAwareness.com Nicely presented awareness poster -- the scarf reminds me of how we feel the need to hide and reality of the life. BTW -- have always enjoyed Dee's illustrations too. But feel maybe they are not 'serious' or more so (too drastic) to demonstrate the point most want to put out there. But perhaps a combo of both would benefit awareness best?

Dees art is impactful and visceral, definitely captures the horror of the times. I really think Ayla's piece better captures the pathos and the grace necessary for us to deal with life on an every day basis, the marred beauty of the woman. The tag line of Morgellons- It's Not a Mental Illness is clean and to the point on a dirty subject.

This was posted on another Morgellons Board by Mike888, thought I would post it here.
"How to get funding to make a morgellons documentary.
For the right, creative minded individual or group of people, this a golden opportunity which will allow a NON BIASED insight into this condition.......not the CDCs version.
This would have to be put together professionally by the right person or group of people. People from the community could participate in the overall project. People that are going to this coming convention in Texas could inform others of the resources to locate the right people for this project. Kickstarter is a program where individuals from the Arts post their projects and people fund those projects. Go to kickstarter to learn more. Peace. D.|"
