That's why (imho) the yog/milk mix works to resolve each lesion, (because the *at this time* unknown proteins within our lesions secretions - WILL stick/adhere and cease growing when the milk is applied to our sores. There's a gazillion articles out there too (besides this link). And the milk "adheres" to our open wounds, like a scab does normally to a sore, while killing this stuff in that spot. Takes 3 full days to leave it on....but, what absolute relief in every way.

A note for those that do not imagine all information is good, please skip this post. Milk that we get out of the store has almost nothing in common with REAL milk. The milk used in this story is WHOLE MILK, to my surprise if you look at the cow head sign at the top you will see it says PASTURIZED, this is not somthing people that deliver fresh whole milk will do. It seems that bringing the milk to 165 degrees would destroy some of the milks goodness. It would be more likely mans handling of the teat and not being clean would do much to infect the milk with pathogens. It would be my contention that these cows are raised without all the steroids, antibiotics, growth hormones and other filth that the milk on the shelf at the store has in it. It does seem very probable that milk of this sort with colostrum and what ever else in it would give a boost to the immune system and protect one from pathogens, after all that has been suggested for years about mothers milk. They say that colostrum has to be delivered to you very quickly after the cow is milked for it to have any effect, still they sell colostrum supplements that supposedly have no viable colostrum left in it. Yes, I have tried Colostrum supplamentation!! I do not have a laboratory so I am just parroting what I have read, that's the curse of reading so much and trying so many things, you want to believe everything that's posted positive and imagine the bad is put there by government agents. I hope this OPINION does not ruin a thread.. Pitching your tent next to one of these dairys that has naturally fed cows would be worth a try. Oh I think also I remember somthing about the collostrum only being in a cows milk for so long after giving birth, then that may be wrong, you will have to look that up. Some would enjoy this information, others may assume it is a know it all snydrome but I hope the information would stoke the brain cells of others to look further into the information about the goodness of whole milk and also look into what it loses in processing. I just do not know who they would be calling stupid as I see nothing in the two previous posts saying anything about dead bacteria or a sterile condition. In fact I do not see anyone saying that Tonis idea will not work, I DID LEARN SOMETHING FROM THE POST THOUGH AND I THANK TONI FOR POSTING IT, ALL INFORMATION IS GOOD INFORMATION.
This does raise a question in my mind, if there is a sterile condition with no bacteria, could bacteria develope, Toni, thank you for stiring my mind.
Toni if there was somthing I wrote that you did not agree with could you address that point, I would like to discuss that issue. Such a thing may be put as, what exactly do you mean by this statement. Then if what I said was wrong we can straiten that out and I would be the smarter for it, then I would be grateful to you for the rest of my life.

I think that may be a oxymoron, your question would possibly be the only question that I would want to live forever to understand.
It would sadden me if I learned the answer moments after leaving my body and have to still live forever as religion says, scary.
I do not know if a sterile condition exists where there can be no bacteria, or other catalyst of life. This has not been proved as there is no smallest thing, there is always something inside the thing termed smallest.
If there was nothing inside the smallest thing known to man it would not exist. Everything that exists has something inside it and that inside is working and in operation.
Certainly anything exposed to the environment will be instantly reinfected and there are anaerobic bacteria.
If I could actually answer your question correctly I would know the answer to eternity.
What is eternal? Think about this, everything has something inside it and everything has something around it, there is no smallest or largest thing.
The largest thing will always have something around it, there is no end to bigger, it is a box inside a box forever or eternity.
Hard to believe or even think about.
Man imagines himself as a measure so from his point of view things smaller than him have to stop sooner or later, this is not a possibility, the only thing that stops is mans ability to measure.
So how big does a particle have to be to sustain life, I do not know, but I suggest it is much smaller than mans ability to measure and his idea of sterile would then be just a fallacy.
I suggest sterile condition is actually impossible, because it is limited by the unknown.

This what they call milk has antibiotics, steroids and growth hormones in it, what exactly does the work. Could it be the superstrain bacteria that has been developed by cows being subjected to this onslaught of chemicals or is it the chemicals? You say it works, I do not dispute this as I have not taken the time to see if it works for me. I am still beating around the bush of other things I have used, seems I am wanting a end to this and it seems to be slowly coming. Onward and outward or is that inward and upward, I just can not say, but I am trying and its not fun. One thing I would want to know, what kind of milk they use, pure unadulterated milk or store milk, then the question, what would happen if they use the other.

Here's how I see it to share some personal thoughts.
In the "good ole days", when I applied something to a wound, I really didn't get into the mechanics of how it worked or why. I just used it - medicines.
Now...moving up the clock to Morgs time, I have found that regular store bought 2% cows milk (works for curing Morgs sores) along with plain yogurt. How? Who knows? I sure don't. Just like that Neosporin I'd used all my life, I couldn't tell anyone for all the rice in China "what exactly it's doing to promote wound healing and how my cells react to it".
I just know that milk/yog takes a raw oozing burning morgs lesion, and makes it gone in a few days without scarring. That's what I do know for certain. If it doesn't work, it's not being done correctly.
Could it's mechanics or action be something like this below... I don't know.
Things I think about are how (acidic lemon juice) topically used on the skin, is acidic.
YET...when we ingest lemon juice (the body produces goodies) to alkaline the stomach. Thus, in reality, even though something acidic is applied topically, it sure doesn't mean it can't be alkalizing "inside the body".
Now...here's where I am, wondering IF (regarding milk) if it's a possibly that when applied topically to an (ACIDIC bacterial wound) does the body then ooze out neutralizing "goodies" that kill the bacterium's in the skin, is that the milks action (killing bacteria by rendering it's acidity?) or is it the CLA or the casein or other proteins that are doing the job by attraction, or just adhesion. I don't know.
I only know I share this "not to convince" anyone, but to share what IS and has been doing the job for me for many years now, and IF one wants to try it, it really is pretty safe without worry of repercussions.

Right now I am still healing from my endevor it would have been nice if I had the time to try the milk and yogurt treatment.

Do those who advocate milk for lesions feel that it is therapeutic to drink milk as well?
I drink a half-gallon of organic, whole milk daily. There is something about Morgs that make me crave milk and grapefruit like they are medicine, and I have no plans to reduce the massive amounts of both that I consume.
It seems so popular to frown on dairy recently. Personally, it's sugars and gluten that are bad on my Morgs.

Awares, thank you, I appreciate that. Threader, we sound alike with the cravings for grapefruit. I can't get enough down me, because I have the worst, and I mean for years now with Morgs, the worst cravings all the time for grapefruits and grapefruit juice. And as for consuming milk, I (feel) it can help. Mr Toni drinks it daily, and he's non stop in his energy and health, thank God, and he's got Morgs, but... no one would ever know, and sometimes he thinks he IS cured, (which is a great thing). But, he's not. Also, (possibly) look into Whey, as it's got lots of the good stuff in it too that milk has. I buy the vanilla flavored Whey from Swanson's - it's a good price, and it's got (the milk stuff's) in it that's really good for our immunes too.

I really hate to tell you people that are taking whey but, here is the facts, whey being a milk product and made in China is suspect. Whey being a HIGH protein content and made in CHINA makes it even more suspect. Because whey has become so popular in the United States the amount of Whey has increased 100 fold. The fact that beef of any kind is hard to get suggests one thing, THERE ARE NOT MANY COWS IN CHINA. if there are not many cows in China where does the Whey come from? I did order a steak in one of the most fancy restaurants in Shantou that cow had to be very scrawny and most likely sick, WHERE ARE THE COWS. If there is so many cows in China whey were all the babies dying from Melamine poisoning. I drank so called Milk in China it was a chemical white liquid, not milk. If you imagine that whey powder comes from America I would like to see your resources, none of it comes from the USA. It all comes from China, home of melamine use, why do they use melamine, a poison plastic, so deadly it was killing loads of pets all around the world. Because, Melamine raises the protein test levels of products, Melamine is not protein it is a poison it just raises the test results to say, (this is the BEST whey), (This is the best DOG FOOD), (This is the BEST BABY FOOD), (This can of soup has lots of Protein). I did the history on a company that said it did not source its whey from China, then I looked up the companies in China that sell Whey and read their advertisement and guess who's name was on their list of customers, LOL, busted. The Chinese will ship a cargo container ship of this so called whey to Finland, Canada, Australia and then reship it to the USA. The company's will say WE GET OUR WHEY FROM PURE CLEAN FINLAND. It was the same with the deadly Melamine laced Whey pet foods, pet food that had so much melamine in it that it killed in days to weeks. If you do not believe me, do your home work, you will find, you can not find any whey that is made in America, but you will find whey that is outsourced, the country of delivery is stated but not the country of origin. I will not stick that stuff in my mouth. You can argue the fact, but I do not want an argument I would like some proof, and not just some little exert from the company's web site, I would like you to do the huge amount of REAL work I did finding a WHEY plant in America, call that plant and ask them how much of their whey is imported and from where, then go onto alibaba and google their company name. Don't hand me a company name to do your homework spend the time I do finding the trail of deceit. One other thing, the USDA okee do kees the use of MELAMINE in feed, fertilizers and food, so don't imagine the Chinese came up with this plastic poison in foods, we showed them, they just went above and beyond the call of greed. I also want to bring this to your attention, who owns the factories in China, believe me it is not the Chinese, it is global company's, the same global company's that control everything everywhere in the world. Big business and corrupt mucky mucks that see themselves as gods are the ones responsible for this and all crime today on this planet. It is common man that suffer the consequences.

I am almost sure they got their way from the same company as Swansons, then I found the company name in a Chinese advertisement on Alibaba, it is not there now.

I asked people that would post about the perfect whey powder to do their homework, this was not done. Why would I do this, to show that labels lie, why do labels lie, to steal your money. Swansons does not make their own powder they buy it from a manufacturer, that manufacturer is in NEW JERSEY, it is called Triarco Industries LLC why are they in Jersey and not in the middle of cow country, because that is where big ships dock and unload huge containers of products from China. I mean New Zealand. Swansons slaps their lable on the whey powder that is all they do, they have no idea where the whey comes from. I have got to a web site that for $99 will tell me all about this corporation and any others they have info on INCLUDING their suppliers, when you go there you can see part of HONG KONG on one of the blocked out lite colored pages, for $99 dollars I can the block will be removed and for one month I can see where corporations get their products.. Its nice to know its there so people can find out corporations resources, excellent, still if they get their products from China via another point of distribution you will never know where it comes from. Japanese corporations I know did this so they would not have to pay American taxes, it worked like this, they would send the product to a island nation on the way to America, on paper the product had been sold to this corporation for MORE than the product would sell for in the USA, that would show that no profit was made in America, the profit was made in Japan only. I do like what you have found here both you Lynn and Toni, your hearts are in the right spot, helping and caring.
The peoblem is not us, we are good, they are not, and they provide a good amount of promises I find very hard for them to keep.
How in the world do they know greed does not exist at any of the farms, I have to wonder if they have their whey TESTED for everything they claim.
It would be so nice to find a good clean product, thank you and Toni for trying, there is only so much to truth in advertising these days.
I want to believe them all, the fact of the matter remains 99.9% of Whey comes from China.
I checked the price on Whey from China and the price I saw advertised without looking was $500 per metric tonn, do you see the potential for greed here.
There are 2204 pound in a metric tonn, multiply that by $12 the average cost of a pound of whey and you have $22,000 out of $500 yes there are more costs but there are also lower prices.
China will deliver your product packaged with your label on it.
The fact that so many lie to us destroys our trust, it is no longer available to us, trust has been lost in a cloud of smoke and mirrors.
If you do call them ask how they know that the delivered whey is from cows that have had no hormones. Their answer may surprise you, if they take it on good faith they may be buying anything at all.
Testing in a laboratory of each batch before packaging of several randomly chosen containers would be the one and only accepted manner to determine value of their product.
You want to know how I became hip to all the lies in sales, I was in business and every new product that was coming through was falling short of its big worded promises, such bull.
There truth was certainly not what I call truth, so many customers would come in and ask for the new lied about wonder assecories and when I told them they were junk They imagined I could not get them.
I lost a huge amount of money by not following the trends.
I actually sent people to other shops because I felt so strongly about fads and junk.
I know this may sound argumentative to some, but what I am saying is the truth and the truth wins out over ones feelings everyday of the week, the truth is just that, the truth.
