All your emotions reflect your allowing of Source Energy
Consider the thought that depression is an energy problem
rather than emotional,
and the best thing (to... help someone) is to get up and do
something rather than trying to talk them out of it.
You will not be able to talk anyone out of anything that
they are feeling, but you may—through sympathetic
vibration—inspire them to allow the flow of Source Energy.
And by sympathetic vibration we do not mean sympathy
for what depression or despair they are feeling,
but an energetic
vibration in you that is harmonious with something
inside of
them that they will recognize.
You will not benefit them by
joining them in their depression.
All of your emotions are reflections of the flow of
Source Energy through you.
When you are excited, exuberant, thrilled, joyous
you are tapped in and aligned
with pure positive Source Energy.
And when you are feeling fearful, depressed,
malaise, your thoughts are in such a place that the flow of
Source Energy is
reduced to a mere trickle.
But it is not the absence of Source; it is that
your valve
is so constricted that nothing can get through.
And when you are feeling that way the last thing you
want is some gleeful,
cheerful person reminding you of how rotten you feel.
But the thing to do is to get the Source
Energy flowing, and physical activity is one of the best ways to allow that.
Feeling good is your natural state; through movement,
even if limited,
you will return to your natural state of well-being.
