HERE IS THE REAL DEAL, People are so stupid artists will at some time take a shortcut and dip a tat needle into a fresh container of ink while using it on a customer and then shut it up to use AGAIN on others.
Just read this and then read the whole article.
This is VERY important to all, not just people with tattoos, the disease they suggest are disease contained in the bodies of many, not just a few, they warn about disease I have talked about for years, why, they are the third world disease brought back by soldiers sent overseas to sex playgrounds where there are literally hundreds of thousands of prostitutes with hardly no health care, just unending shots of antibiotics for STDS that have been mutating for more than 70 years now.
The USA was literally free of such filth before our inclusion in UNENDING WAR.
In 2012, there was a small outbreak of skin infections in upstate New York. The source of the infections was traced back to a batch of grey ink that had been contaminated with bacteria called mycobacteria, Leger said. The bacteria species that caused the infections, Mycobacterium chelonae, can cause painful rashes that can last for months. It is a relative of the mycobacteria that cause tuberculosis and leprosy.
If you have just read this you can see MYCOBACTERIUM CHELONAE and may possibly get tested for it, I tested positive for mycoplasma and I tested for mycoplasma because others had positive test results that have so called morgellons.
Could it be one of your issues, could tuberculosis, herpes, hepatitus or how about leprosy?

Baraka,
I don't know if this is of any help, but, it's now something I have to try, and for 2 reasons. (Blue Skies/John) that use to post here talked about Sarsaparilla a lot, and now in reading it's benefits, though it's not "scientific" but... it's been used for a long long time, and we know how "science isn't huge on herbs etc".
Medicinal
Smilax aristolochiifolia root has extensive medicinal uses.
As the traditional medicine, it is used to treat leprosy, tumors, cancer, psoriasis and rheumatism.
It is also used as tonic for anemia and skin diseases.
It is reported to be have anti-inflammatory.....(there's more from Wiki and on the internet).
However, no definite scientific evidence is given to the medicinal effects of sarsaparilla and in excessive doses, it can be harmful.

I WOULD HAVE THOUGHT THERE MAY BE A LITTLE CONVERSATION ABOUT MYCOBACTERIUM CHELONAE AS IT HAS SOME VARY SIMILAR LESIONS IF NOT EXACT.
Maybe you will want to look at a few pictures of the infection, did anyone test us for this, looks just like it, hell no we dug the holes in our skin, nothing but fingernails could make a round hole from scratching, seems to me scratching is back and forth then why would the lesions be round doctor, OH GREAT ONE, seems to me, doctor fuel is pure refined stupid!
reference.medscape.com/features/slideshow/mycobacteria
Phisohex treats gram positive problems, MYCOBACTERIUM CHELONAE IS ALSO GRAM POSITIVE. WHAT!!!
One other thing, I did find mycobacterium like bacterial tubes in the crapolia of mine.
Funny, mycoplasma is not able to be treated with antibiotics because it has no cell walls, now that is usually how antibiotics destroy bacteria, they destroy the cell walls of bacteria which kills them.
They said treatments for mycobacterium chelonae was done with antibiotics but no clear treatment protocol has been established, no sheet doc, because you can throw all the antibiotics you want at something it does not affect. Jerks
When you start to actually learn just a little about what they say, you begin to understand how full of sheet they are and how stupid people today are at believing doctors 99% of what they say is misaligned B/S accepted as truth then written into a book, if a book says so its true.
And they all think they are some kind of super brain.
HERE IS THE REAL DEAL, People are so stupid artists will at some time take a shortcut and dip a tat needle into a fresh container of ink while using it on a customer and then shut it up to use AGAIN on others.

Okay, you want conversation about the M. Chelonae.
Honestly, (the description and symptoms in what I've read - the Medscape, and other medical sites), (imho) the symptoms are "similar"...to a degree, but, if I had to put my money on this, I'd have to say no.
There's no itching of the sores in M. Chelonae, (which IS a major across the board factor with Morgs), there's a purulent discharge from the lesions that is an "on and off thing" which is not our case either, we don't have pus in the lesions, ...nor do we ever get fevers, which is common too with the M.C. I mean we can't get our temps up for nothing.
So, those are my reasons for ruling this one out.
I've read so much, not that you haven't, but there are so many "descriptions" of lesions in so many different infections and diseases (that I agree it sounds somewhat like ours) but...., we really have to keep to the symptoms that are most prevalent, imho, like the itching, and we don't have fevers, and our sores aren't actually purulent either- as I've not heard of anyone having "pus".
Heck, "pus" in our sores (imho) would make this seem a bit "normal if you know what I mean".
So those are "just my" reasons for saying, nope to this one. The "main complaints" of Morgies, just isn't there on the top of the list of "total symptoms". Actually, none of our most prevalent complaints are in the description at all.
We all....(I think, or to the best of my knowledge) started out with seeing specks, and or having horrid horrid itching.
IF M.C. were "it"....the initial symptoms we most had, would be in the symptoms list I do believe in the M.C.'s description...somewhere, but I've not found that being the case.

What you say is true. I did not spend too much time with the other aspects, itching, sores that spew puss, they do weep but not puss.
I do think their is a possibility that there is more than one issue at work in the case of so called Morgellons.
Now, a aquaintence that I know very well, and a tattoo artist were sitting starting a tattoo, all of a sudden he was covered with lesions, the tattoo artist was dumfounded.
I suspect he does have Morgellons and the needles were running over a hidden lesion, a lesion hooked up to a system that reacted.
The other item I have seen no less than 4 people that were tested for mycoplasma infections were positive, I tested because of their positive diagnosis by testing.
This would not mean it is all I have inside me, this we never know.
Thank you for your input.

And I agree with what you've said too, as you said here, quote: I do think their is a possibility that there is more than one issue at work in the case of so called Morgellons. And I definitely agree. This stuff sure does seem like it's a mixed bag of tricks, doesn't it?
Also that is VERY interesting about the person getting a tattoo, and then breaking out all over.
Something I can compare that sort of to, is a "facial peel" I've had in the past (before Morgs).
I was asked by the doc on my consultation if I'd EVER in my life "got a cold sore on my lip".
And yes, I sure have! I know I've mentioned this, but this will "possibly help" reinforce the "viral aspect" of this. Not the species, but...how certain viruses that never leave the body act.
And because "ever since I was kid in school"....once a year we got those *school pictures done* and I dreaded that more than I can say, and my mouth or rather "lower lip" always reacted.
Once a year (since first grade as all my school pics show it), on (picture day) oh....I had a nice whopper of a cold sore on my bottom lip. Every year, except when I got into highschool, which I don't know what that was about, but I was glad it stopped, especially at that age. I think it was wearing out, if you know what I mean. Like now, it would take more
than just getting pictures taken to cause a cold sore, which was really my (thoughts or worry then ) that triggered my cold sore virus, but it takes lots more hammering of my lip to create that cold sore to come out "today". Well, physical breaking the skin will do it now. That's why I say (it's like) that virus was fading...or weakening, because it didn't have that hair trigger anymore.
But now....oh, IF I scratch my foot on something, and the skin is broken, the healing process isn't the same...I mean my skin heals up fine, but..it's the "healing process that's not the same". There's more "debris" or "growths" involved in any skin healing I've noticed now. It's like every army in the skin is on the front lines when a break in the skin occurs.
And what I mean by stress my skin, or allow stress to come to my skin is what I mean is, if I were to sit in the sun right now to get a tan, with nothing on my lips, I can guarantee it, that I'd get a cold sore. Or, like that doc asking me IF I'd ever had a cold sore in my life, which was before he was going to do the "facial peel procedure" ...because he knew, (that kind of stressing the skin) rather the activation or triggering "the virus" to awaken, then would create a problem.
So, one week (before the facial stuff), I took Valtrex, which was to help keep that cold sore virus (herpes simplex one) calm.
Didn't work...now I remember exactly what happened. Even though I took the Valtrex one week prior, the day I had the procedure done, which was a "dermabrasion" that time, not a peel, well, the next day, my entire face not only was raw from the aggressive dermabrasion, but I got a horrid rash on top of everything, (that raw meat). He gave me a cream to apply and it worked like magic. I posted it on LB's. Fluocinolone or something like that I think that was it, but not the spelling exactly. The rash bumps and awfulness, was gone in a few days, then my skin was able to heal from the dermabrasion. But, (I believe because of a virus) possibly more powerful or just different than "herpes that makes cold sores" was "already in my system" because I'd gone there in the first place to rid my "open pores" which I learned later, I had Morgs. And years later, 3 or 4 yrs later, when I got all that dark brown "femented looking ick out of my skin, the bubbling stopped ontop of my skin, and my pores all went back to normal. But yes, that WAS the reason I'd gone there (for the morgs pores) didn't know that at the time, but looking later at it, oh yes. And heck, maybe too, I should have taken the Valtrex longer. Maybe that would have made a difference, I don't know though.
So whatever "kind of stuff" Morgs is....Valtrex didn't work (taking it for one week that is). And, while on Gingers protocol, I also let her know I wanted to *also* add in and try an antiviral, and she said okay. I took Valtrex once again for one week, no changes.
So the person that got the tattoo, maybe, I don't know.....seems like they had the same reaction (like) a virus in the body would do, (in that if one irritates the skin anywhere on the body) the virus wakes up and comes alive again, or rather active again.
I sure don't know. I've got to think about this more, hahah you know how that goes. Puzzle pieces everywhere.
Oh, and the Mycoplasma. Yes, you know I've had atypical pneumonia, and at the time (years ago) I didn't have a clue it was a mycoplasma bacterium. So, (in regards to Morgs) I have to wonder "what type of Mycoplasma" have others tested to be? Do you know which, as there's many different ones. And maybe it is one of the facets now too?

I had pneumonia in May this year but unfortunately the local doctor wouldn't test for the bacteria. It took two different antibiotics to shift it, making it worse on top of that I had influenza A virus. I tested positive to Mycoplasma Fermentens in 2012. When I gave birth in 2007, the report said that I had profuse Ureaplasma. My waters broke at 32 weeks and I was admitted to hospital and given oral Erythromycin which made no difference. Within 9 days of admission I went into labour due to a ravaging infection chorioamnionitis, and my son I developed septicaemia. In the female genital tract the Ureaplasma species & Mycoplasma hominis can be pathogenic and can cause the following complications: • Pregnancy: - spontaneous miscarriage - stillbirths - postpartum infection - chorioamnionitis - preterm labour - preterm rupture of membranes - neonatal infection www.samsfameni.com.au/ureaplasma_urealyticum_infection.html

This list below does not solidify but calls into question mycoplasma.
Can mycoplasma invade virus cells, if so Herpes could be a symbiotic friend, where Herpes goes, so goes Mycoplasma.
Just ideas this list seems to make very possible.
Also most of the pictures I have seen of Mycoplasma skin issues may be said to be one thing but literally be another, most lesions look dry and have the white material in them, not infected with puss, saying doctors are misdiagnosing the skin infections.
Still Gill both of us tested were tested for mycoplasma and we came up positive, not a large sample but two for two and I have not heard of anyone being tested for it coming up negative. Seems we do not have the numbers to imagine anything.
With a little discussion you can find that,,, people with fibromyalgia are very prone to having, HHP-6 Herpes, Chlamydia and MYCOPLASMA.
If you want to read a bit on the connection anyone with fibromyalgia, or Morgellons for that matter should be tested for all three AND OH MY GOD, ALL THREE ARE TRANSMITTED THROUGH FLUIDS, SEX TRANFER!!
THIS AND ONLY THIS SAYS SOMETHING ABOUT OUR BAD SEXUAL HABITS AND LEADS US BACK TO THE SOLDIERS OF THE MID 1960S AND 70S, THE THIRD WORLD AND WAR.

I think this article (though not scientific, but all can be confirmed) might help us see that mycoplasma Fermentens *seems to* come along with lyme disease in most cases.
Don't know why that is, as I just began reading this person's Blog.
The most common form of Mycoplasma among the general population, affecting 2 million people in the United States alone every year, is Mycoplasma pneumoniae. Symptoms of Mycoplasma pneumoniae include respiratory infections, bronchitis, pharyngitis, and asthma. It can also cause extreme exhaustion, flu symptoms, fever, headache, muscle aches, skin rashes, sore throat, and joint pain. This form is generally spread by sneezing and coughing and is the cause of “walking pneumonia”.
The most common form of Mycoplasma tested in Lyme patients is called Mycoplasma fermentans, with nearly 50% of Mycoplasma positive Lyme patients being positive for this strain.
Some of it’s symptoms include night sweats, fibromyagia, fatigue, headaches, fevers, memory loss, skin rashes, diarrhea, abdominal bloating, depression, and bronchitis as well as serious neurological manifestations.

I think this could be very dangerous and the MRI check list at the Radiologist is getting longer and longer. MRI-induced burns People with tattoos may have problems if they need to get MRI (magnetic resonance imaging) exams. For example, a 2011 case report described a professional football player whose black tattoo "burned" while he was getting an MRI. "That case report was a heads-up" about tattoos and MRIs, Leger said. According to the case report, the burns resulted from electric currents forming in the iron in the tattoo ink. Patients with more black ink in their tattoos are at greater risk of MRI difficulties, because this ink contains iron oxide, Leger said. However, red inks may also contain iron.

Baraka your slide show link didn't open for me. Well it did, but I'm not registering. This is a lecture slide and I haven't looked at every slide, but jumped through and found that As Mycobacterium consume oxygen fluorescence can be detected. www.slideshare.net/MMASSY/mycobacteria-slides-for-lectureA friend of mine with Morgellons said the carpet in the bedroom would glow at night. Not saying I have found the answer to the glowing carpet, but when a patient tells some one something like this it sounds way off, but it's not.
