Hi Ruth, I'm so glad to hear that (that you're doing better than in the beginning, and you're feeling "so much better that your attention isn't given strickly to Morgs (like we know how it can take every second of every day away, and for years) " Yay!!!! If you're like me, it's so much "better" on the outside....But, it does stay in my head about what's it doing on the inside, since we know that we don't know. I can relate. Yes, we've lived through the most torturous hell on Earth, that no one could ever imagine, *well, unless they've got a disease that the doctors ignore", and we're still here, and doing better, it seems than we were back in 06 and years to follow.

I'm just copying your post from the previous page. 19 hours ago ruthintoronto said: :)Hi Toni and Itchin, Toni I tell everyone about the mustard, thanks. Long time since I have signed in and I did because of this thread, lol. I look awful my skin sucks. I am 59 and my face is falling. Well I started exercising and body looks not to bad but the face, the face. Yes, that mustard wash, (personally I think it's the best additive to shampoo and or liquid soap I've ever used), and I'll sure keep using it forever, morgs or no morgs.
I have ordered the neova product above and a few other products from them. I know in time you'll be glad, it takes time, but...that's what keeps on going forwards, and we can use that to our benefit.I am thinking of doing an at home peel, what do you think? www.makeupartistschoice.com/125-TCA-Peels_p_21.html I have purchased from MAC (makeupartistchoice.com) and they're good, I'm just hung up with Platinum Skin care for a few reasons. They've always been fast, and their peeling acids seem better. The only thing I'd not buy from them or anyone except Neova are the Copper Peptides. No one seems to have the CP's correct "except Neova" or.... some sites that charge hundreds of dollars per ounce. That's why Neova carries the correct GHK-Cu in their products. But, talking about TCA here, okay, yes, there's much to say about a peel - especially having morgs. I'll do my best to explain about peel and what you'd need first though to have 'under your belt' before you begin that, okay?
First, one must make sure that "any ablating" to the skin, one must (question to see on oneself), as only individually would we know this, and that is: does your skin react because of Morgellons, (if you were on a milder note: to you scratch your skin, do you get *any reaction)? Does it irritate it to where it puffs up? or just kicks off a new batch of morgs? If so, I'd sure not even attempt a peel "yet". The acids, even Retin A...if you have *any reaction* to that....then your skin isn't ready for any kind of ablation. The peel "will remove skin", not like hunks, haha no...but, it would be exactly like sitting in the sun on a very hot day (like for 8 hrs), and getting very sun-burned. That is almost exactly what the TCA does to the skin, so as to "induce a peeling of the skin in a few days".
See, normally we'd do something like that (being out in the sun for 8 hrs) if we were at the beach and having fun sunning, swimming, or boating, and not thinking about our sunburned skin....until later.
That is "what the acid applied on the skin will do". Give a (controlled burn), which it's suppose to do that where ever it's applied, and then just like a "sunny day sun-burn"...a few days later our skin peels to reveal fresh new skin. Now the whole major difference between a (controlled peel with acid) and an 8 hr sunburn is this: The suns UV rays deplete our collagen and kill the skin's ability to renew itself. UV rays damage DNA along with all the skin's rejuvenating "goods". Like a carpet, the padding being our collagen under the skin. UV will thin out the collagen where the carpet is now slack, (as an example). Now opposing that is the controlled peel with TCA, or Salicylic Acid. Nothing in the TCA or Salicylic acids are "collagen depleting" in fact, (either product) is "stimulating to cells" to (rejuvenate) everything in our skin, which is why it's actually good for the skin (but, not if it can promote a horrible outbreak of Morgs).
I think the only way to find out - would be to do a "tester spot". That would be the sure-fire way to know if your skin can handle it or not. Which that would be done after (first prep'ing your skin for a month).
Okay, getting past that part, ((( before any peel of any kind)) one must: Condition their skin first for a month.
That means, "get your skin use to it"...and that's done by 'using Retin A' for a month, or by using a super strong Glycolic Acid Cream 20-25% first for a few days a week for 4 weeks. Not that you'd have to *but you should*, and...if you can handle 3X a week for 4 weeks of Retin A, 1 percent, - or the Glycolic Cream 3x a week for 4 weeks, then you're ready for a peel.
If you put TCA on virgin skin *skin that's not been prep'ed* basically it will hurt beyond belief, Plus anyone's skin (morgs or not) would react in a way that wouldn't be real beneficial, as there'd probably be more irritation (even without morgs) if your skin wasn't "prep'ed first". I'd really not do a peel on un'prep'ed skin though.
And, in thinking about peels more, (after a month of Retin A) or a 20-25% glycolic cream used every other day, to do the job of peeling without messing around, the 20% TCA would be best. The 12.5% just is sort of on the fence if you know what I mean. Now....there are lots stronger TCA acid, 30%, 50% and 100% but...you'd never in life need to use those. Believe me on that. If you wanted anything more than 20%, the BEST thing to do is go to a cosmetic surgeon's office, and they usually have an aesthetician who would specialize in like "Obaji Peels" things like that (had that done) and it WAS GREAT. One would actually LOVE that peel too. It's very superficial, but...more than what one would do at home. Getting back again to 20% TCA. That provides a very very superficial peel, just like a sunburn of 8 hrs would do, and the skin is like brand new afterwards....but, you must be prep'ed first for a month at least. I don't know if you'd want me to go further with this - if you're going to "prep" or not or if you just want to go 'cold turkey' with the TCA acid and no prep. Please let me know. It's not that you can't use TCA on un'prep'ed skin on your face, but...I seriously wouldn't for the reason of "the mess it would or could create" afterwards, because of morgs. My neck also looks like crap. Any other suggestions to help.? Gentle exfoliation is the best, no peels or anything harsh in that area ever. That skin is different than our face, in fact the rest of our skin "below our chin" is different and can't handle lots of things our face skin can. What I mean by exfoliation is a product with tiny tiny "exfoliating grit in it". I love just using "baking soda" as it's got a very nice and gentle (grit) to it - and using that in the shower with anything you wash with, gives you that daily "exfoliation" too. Always do that area very gently, like treating it like under the eyes skin as it is very "delicate". Then after your shower, just apply your copper peptide cream or Vit C topical or Retin A too, in fact all three can be mixed together (using equal parts of each) for the best "UMP" you can get. Then time, and diligence, using that 3x a week, in a few months you'll notice a big difference. No stopping aging, but....we REALLY can make our skin look younger than our years with the right stuff and doing the right stuff. Eating right, drinking LOTS of water daily and taking Vit C 500mgs (3x) a day helps greatly too to make our skin it's best. When we give our body what it needs, it will do miracles for what we need too.
See, here's the thing about 'creams and lotions on the market and women and men are sold by them. Not that they're no good, but....we have to first "before buying anything" have a purpose or goal to get the best results' for what we're seeking. What I mean is this: If we just want our skin to feel smooth like, soft etc...all that "feel'y" stuff, then we buy just about anything out there, hahah I say that because the manufacturers *all of them* put in what's called "slip agents", sounds drastic, but, it's just how a "cream or lotion is going to feel to the touch" and *that is what sells*, not that it does anything for the skin, well, protects it to a degree like saran does food, but other than that, that's it. We'll "feel" soft and smooth to the touch, but it changes nothing.
Now if a person wants to make their skin stronger, better, and more youthful, then we buy (products that penetrate the skin) and help it along. Like the CP's *which are Pentapeptides* and the Glycolics, and Salicylics, and Retin A .
The other creams out there are the "saran or greasy topicals" those claim to all penetrate skin but they're fobs, (full of beans) hahha because there are only a few products that actually DO penetrate skin, and for instance, Vit E doesn't. I know there's claims out there that it does, but it doesn't scientifically, never has, and it never will, because it can't, the molecules are too big. That is a product that "always lies on top of the skin" no matter what. Not that it's not good, as most creams out there do just that (cover the skin like a barrier) which does help to keep in hydration, and to keep the harsh environment out. So those are good 'for after using the products that do do something' like change our skin for the better.
What is a good vitamin C product or do you think we can make are own or is there something better? Thanks so much Toni. I've stuck with Skin Ceuticals...but, there are many out there, I'm just not sure which (probably a try and see kind of thing) which works best for you.I am fair with thin skin have in the past did at home peel, no real difference. That brings me to a question. When peels don't seem to work, (I'd say, it's only because the skin wasn't brought to the frosting stage). I know applying acids (even the 12.5%) feels like fire on the skin, but....(if the skin only turns red, your skin will then *hang on to that red skin* - it won't peel off like it needs to in a few days. That's when either one of two things can be done, "use it again" on the same area that only turned red after it's calmed down in a few days, and see if you can get the "frosting to happen" which is the "skin will turn paper white *** within 5 min*** or it won't. If it doesn't (within 5 min) you need a stronger solution, not longer time, ever. When the skin turns "paper white" two to 5 min after applying the TCA acid....then you neutralize it with "milk or water and baking soda", and then wash it off with soap....that's when you know for a fact that in less than a weeks time, that skin will be just like you got a sunburn, and it will begin "to peel off" all by iself, just like a sunburn does. And with peels, that's what we want, that "brand new baby skin" that lies beneath the surface skin that's seen the light of day. And, that nice pinkie skin that's now revealed will resume it's total perfect coloring, (not pinkish) anymore, within a week too. And afterwards, CP's are great, as the Vit C or Retin A would sting or burn on that "brand new skin" anyways.I feel the morgellons has eaten my collagen. Yes, I sure hear you. Water, veggies and fresh fruit daily, vitamins, and collagen building topicals are our best bet defense for all the years we've got under our belts. Remember the sun will deplete collagen faster than anything in this world, but, we really can build it back to a much greater degree than it was, even being sticken with Morgs. Also with super exercise I can not build muscle must be a morgellons thing. Okay, one thing I've have noticed is and maybe it's because I eat like a horse, hahhaaha but here's something I've found to be the opposite, and it's sooooo weird (since my morgs). I can build muscle like no tomorrow. Not that it's my "genes' because it never WAS like this before. When I exercise ...omg, muscle seems to be easier than ever, (I don't know if it's because I've gotten more healthy food conscious, and taking more vitamins than I've ever taken in my life) since Morgellons, but... maybe that is the reason. Or it's something with Morgs, I just don't know, like my hair, it still grows faster (seriously) faster than it ever has, and I wonder if that too is from my "stepping it up" with my healthier foods and vitamins. I just don't have anything to measure it by. But, I have noticed, that when I do the stair "bobbing" with my legs to keep the muscles in my calves, it's like it doesn't take much anymore. Isn't that weird? And for you, it's harder. I don't understand it. Really I don't.
I am also going to do facial exercises. heheh Me too here and there. Never did before, but like you, I figure it works for the body to keep things "up" - as slacking can only makes for slack, and stronger becomes uplifting.
Remember back when we talked too about "tapping ones face" when we're upside down? That is good for blood flow in our face, since our face is at the top of the "gravity drain" if you know what I mean. Just getting the blood flow going (bending over) and gently "slapping/tapping" the face is good anytime "imho", with or without anything on it.

Forgot to mention at "Platinum Skin Care" they also (use to anyways) sell "acids" by the "dram" they call it.
It's a tiny amount, which is like a sample so you don't spend a small fortune on it, well....it's more than a sample size, and that too is a good way to "test" your skin prior to doing a larger area. I don't know if MAC sells any products by the dram though.
*Something that's a just in case thing* is...before the peel, when ever you do do it, wash with soap, then wipe your skin with rubbing alcohol, as to not leave even a trace of skin oil on prior to applying the 'acid'. Plus, "I'd not do my entire face at once, (just a personal thing) I'd quarter it. Now it will take longer to complete, since it's being sectioned, but...that's an easier way on the person doing this at home. Or if you're spot treating, then that's different, you can hit all the "small areas" in 'one session'. You just don't want to really immobilize your entire face, (trust me on that one) heheheh done that, and sections would be better for "doing a full face" peel. That way you still have some facial mobility. Or you could do the top half and then bottom half a couple weeks later. It's just personal choice.

Wow Toni thank you so much. I am going to have a look at Platinum skin care and try their peel 20%. I will also do glycolic acid 25% every other day for a month to prep. I have done a peel since having morgellons and did not have a problem with breakouts so I think it will be okay. This time I will do it the right way with the prep. I now only get little bleeders on my arms once in a while.
Yes it is a real pain not being able to put on muscle. I walk 2 hours a day and 30 minutes of weights with a tape, I guess it will just take me longer. I am at the right weight it's just the muscle tone is gone. Glad you don't have that problem, it's a pain in the butt.
Do you think the vitamin c is required too?
I really appreciate all this information, so thank you Toni.

Hi Ruth, Geeze, you've got me wondering "if I can handle this too" hahahha because IF I can (on my face) I've got some 'spots' I want to work on too. hehehe Ruth, something else, you may want to watch some "TCA frosting video's" of what that's like. There's something else too....(that after the TCA is done) your skin will be horrible for almost a week, (just like our face if it were to be super sunburned) theeeeeeen comes the "peeling stage". But, before the skin peels...it gets "taut" and I mean "taut" as though we'd allowed soap with tannin in it to dry on it. This is "a critical stage" as the skin is in the utmost delicate way. You don't want to make expressions "as much as you can refrain" you should, because the skin is now laying down it's new "foundation" as a way to say it, as it heals, and any stretching, like smiling or opening our mouth too big, stretches the skin all over our face, and will cause the healing to be "stretched"... and for our skin, that's not what we want. We want "perfect new skin", so while it's in it's "delicate stage" no funny movies, or funny people around, hahaha because really....you want to keep as "still faced" as you can. Even smoking, I remember keeping my lips frozen without puckering my lips just to suck that cig, hahah (so I'd not get any pucker marks) which I still do not have and I've smoked my whole life. Now...I did have "puckers" but, those are wiped away with "more peels". One can do home peels monthly actually, and the more one does them, the better the skin gets too. Also, about the muscle building. I wonder if you're getting the right proteins? That plays a big part. Here I go with Swansons again, they have Whey protein powder, best price I've found for the quality, which is real good. We drink a short glass of that a few times a week, just for "maintenance" in every aspect too. Maybe that has something to do with it, I just don't know if that's the cause or not, but...protein is what will help the body build muscle without weight. We're just incredible engines, and little tweaks externally and internally can make such a difference.

Just "fyi" this is that Whey Protein Powder from Swanson Vitamins. I LOVE this stuff. This too is one of those 'things in life' hahah like the "mustard washes for body and hair" that is a "forever to use" in my book. They do have smaller containers too, but, I do believe (this is proactive in regards to Morgs also), I think it's part of something that attributes to my never wavering energy for the last 10 years of Morgs. I'd mentioned this Whey protein years ago, but, didn't make any issue of it, so now, I will, hahha it's "GREAT STUFF". I've never even tried the chocolate, and I love choc, but only have had the Vanilla one, I think because my expectations would be thinking "yummy chocolate" and this stuff wouldn't cut the mustard, hehe, but it's okay good, not hard to swallow down at all, especially when in my head I know it's "some of the right stuff" to do. It's sort of like "powdered milk'ish tasting" -not that I think that tastes good, and like a hint I guess of vanilla ice cream. Like I said, hehehe it's not horrible by any means, but it's easy to drink. I'd not call it yummy though like a shake, it's not in the ballpark of being that good. For (my duration of Morgs) I've been drinking this stuff too. 3 (short glasses) a week, about 1/2 to 3/4 cup of the little cup that comes with it- of the powder each time, and I just throw in some water, and that's it. I know as we get older too, heck after 40 we need protein, if we're not eating it in our foods. And many times we all or some may go on diets and eat only veggies, and that too will deplete our muscle tone, and muscles. So many things deplete muscle too, so we just find easy ways to help it all along to get it back where it's healthier and keeps us stronger for longer. www.swansonvitamins.com/swanson-ultra-certified-organic-undenatured-bioactive-whey-protein-12-oz-340-grams-pwdr?csi=SWU475&csp=SWU955

Thanks Toni, by the time everything I ordered comes in and the prep time it will be Christmas, lol, that's okay cause I want to do it right. On the Platinum Skin Care Site I could not find a 20-25% glycolic acid cream. Also when I ordered from Neova they called and said that Canada would not allow this product into Canada MAXBDYRPR - Maximum Body Repair. Strange, the other stuff no problem. I will look into the Whey protein also, my energy waves quite a bit still. I have been eating low carb, high protein since I went on my body training adventure about 5 months now. I drink a protein drink called Vega One, myvega.com/. Taste excellent with ice and fruit in the Nutri-bullet. Also do you think the Vit c cream is really important? or will the Neova products be enough? I would have to order the Retin A cream from India, don't go to dr.'s so cannot get a script. I will make sure not to move my face after the peel, lol. Thanks Toni.

I guess I'm as surprised as you that you're having trouble building muscle. Hummm... You know my sis was a pro body builder, and you've been training now for 5 months without seeing results? You're probably very toned I'd imagine. To really get muscles though, one must use some weights, and then not exercise daily, more like every couple of days, as when weights are lifted, even just 5 pounds, we "rough up" the muscle with our exercising, and then when it rests for a couple of days it builds basically as it repairs from that "roughing up". Not "that it's overnight fast" but... that's the whole idea, (just exactly like skin works) we "rough it up" in the right way, with peels or dermabrasion, or needling, or a scratchy exfoliator - all those "rough things up" and then "that's causes the body to juice up it's goodies" which causes everything to kick off and build more of everything....the matrixes that we want, the new stuff, (cells) that are stronger and newer. Our skin and our muscles basically work the same, we "tear them up" as they say, and they grow back stronger. See, (the concept too behind peeling) are two things. One, it removes the skin that's seen the light of day for many years ... and then in doing so, (the action the acids) also are what kick off the new cells to wake up, become stimulated, and they do. Otherwise our skin cells take months on end to surface (the new cells that is) since we're over 40, but with "the correct topicals" we make that happen over night (when we want). Just like our muscles...we increase the weights over time to continue to slowly "rough" up or cut up the muscle, as only when the 'repairing of the muscle occurs' do the special muscle building matrixes become laid, which in turn "gives the legs or arms or any part more definition". Like the Abs commercials, not that I'm a huge fan of Ab's on women, (looks to me better on men) but, just my opinion, but those "cuts" or muscle definition became only because the muscle had to "re'build" itself after it got 'worked on' or roughed up by many sit ups or using weights with those sit ups. And about the Vit C topical. No, it's not "needed". Some people love it more than Retin A, and some could live without it. I like it, but, I'm not "faithful to using it" either. And, gosh, Glycolic Cream. Swanson Vitamins (sells an *UN*expensive one) that is 10% glycolic acid. Even that will burn, and "no matter which one you get"...the thing is....(your skin should first be use to using 20% at least)...so there's two ways to go with that one. MD Forte has 20 percent (glycolic creams), (and no matter which one you get, the 10% for starters, or....22-25%) glycolic, you'll need to "cut it first before applying", otherwise you'll feel like you've got the 'tca acid on your skin' as it WILL burn badly...if you're not use to it. Like Retin A full strength 1%. The thing is no matter which one you get....anything like this needs "cut initially with another topical cream" ...then the use of less and less of the 'added cream'...until your skin gets use to the glycolic straight without any cutting of it. When your skin can without any irritation 'handle at least 20%" glycolic acid in a cream".....that is when you're really ready to do a peel. And that sure is something about Canada being so funny about the Neova products. They call Neova (maximum body repair)? That is different that they don't mail there. I don't know (never have shipped anything to Canada) but...if you want to find out the specifics and take care of shipping cost, I'll help you any way I can, if you want to have the stuff sent here, then I'll send it to you? Whatever would work for you, I'll accommodate if you need me to.

I found this video, (just in looking quickly) to show you what the (frosting) looks like. It shows well in video on this black gal because of her skin color. See how that "paper white" color forms on the skin? That is "what all skin looks like when it's dead" (from burns). That sounds drastic, but it's "extremely superficial" which a 20% TCA will do the same as this Jessners peel. Funny they're using Platinum Skin care products too. They really are "imho, the best for at home procedures", and work very well. The layer of her skin that has burned (and turned paper white) is thinner than paper. Her skin will start itching in a few days, (just like a sun burn does before the skin peels) gets all itchy because it's coming off, and it then starts to roll up, like dry potato chips, (and the dead thin pieces fall off - seriously, no different than if your back was sunburned, or shoulders, (how that peels off in a few days) is how the facial skin will do). Fresh new skin is beneath. The most wonderful thing too about peeling at home is a person can do a "superficial peel" every month if they wanted to, and the more one does this, (the better the skin returns) when it heals. It's amazing. It becomes stronger, and the skin each time is better than the time before. www.youtube.com/watch?v=ykBiLb6OUIQ If you start at the 4 min mark, that's where the action of the "frosting starts".

My staples since I've gotten better are McDonalds, Lucky Charms, chips and cheese dip, cigarettes. It also doesn't slow down those annoying nails that need to be trimmed every 2-3 days.

Thanks Toni, lots of info to take in really appreciated it. Toni I am not toned at all even with all the exercise and protein, skinny fat, flabby. Very discouraging and has me wondering what's up. I thought it was a morg thing guess not. I am going to add in the whey protein and see if that helps, I will mix it in with the vega drink.
Hey the good part is at least I am focusing on something positive instead of morgellons. lol
Now to write down notes from your information. Thank You.

Yup...and it isn't just your diet. My staples since I've gotten better are McDonalds, Lucky Charms, chips and cheese dip, cigarettes. It also doesn't slow down those annoying nails that need to be trimmed every 2-3 days.
Hi Threader, I'm glad you've replied on here, because that SURE IS interesting!!! OMG....that does concern me. You know "part of me" had thoughts of (body recall) if you know what I mean...like for instance: When a person loses a lot of weight fast, their body has "memory" basically. The cells do anyways, as a way to put it. And that is why (lots of people) after losing weight fast, put it right back on and right away too....because their cells "remember", that cell memory thing. Which is why when a person "does loss weight fast"....those cells remember where they're "suppose to be" and what they're suppose to do (as a real laymen's way for me to say this)... but that is why it is critical when a person loses weight (fast) and they want to keep it off, they need to totally change their eating habits, because IF they don't...the body will go right back where it was (and fast). Or...when they lose weight fast, they NOW have a "new plan" to keep their body weight where it is, and not do the things they did before that caused them to gain the weight in the first place. That's why that "change" in eating habits after one loses weight, is so "key" to keeping it off. So here's how that "line of thinking" made me think about (the muscle being easy to build). I "use to do HGH" shots, not a lot, and I "thought" some way, some how.... the "body memory thing kicked off" - since when one does HGH then lesser exercise does what months of exercise without HGH use would do. But, now that you're saying what you've said....and I'm only assuming you never did HGH, then appears it's something with Morgs. Like our hair growing faster than weeds. My hair, if I don't cut it every other month, well, it would be to the floor in no time at all. I've not cut it in months, and it hits my waist now. Not that I like it here (for me) but, I'm finding it beyond a science project, because never in life, would my hair grow like this, and I'm at the age that everything slows down - so I didn't know what to attribute this to, being more vitamins or what. And to think Morgs infection/disease does it...oh....that's soooo not good, because it sooooo abnormal, to be normal.

I would be thinking like you too, that it's a morgs thing, but since Threader is experiencing the same as I am, it sure makes me wonder about others too. Maybe it's like some of us get the skin lesions, and some don't. But, I'm glad you brought it up, because I sure can understand how that's a concern after working out and upping the protein with your daily meals. And yes, you know that is a great thing, (having other things to concentrate on), I sure can relate to that, and it's wonderful, sort of like getting back in the saddle again! I'm so glad for you too.

Hi again Ruth,
I don't know how I forgot to mention this, (I guess looking in the mirror just now reminded me) hehe
well...yesterday, I got real curious.
I washed a spot on my cheek and then applied my Platinum Skin Care 20% TCA (about a nickel size spot) I did.
To my surprise, either my TCA is old, and lost it's UMP... or my skin can take a beating, but the nickel size spot I did (never frosted/turned the nickel size spot paper white)...and today it's just "real red" and a tad puffy, no big thing though. It did puff up a bit after I had the acid on for 5 min, so I just used "milk actually to cool that spot off" as that is sooooooooo soothing to burned skin too, and then I put on the Home Health Psoriasis cream (only) because of it's good ingredients, and it has "a little salicylic acid in it".
Today, it's exactly sunburn color. Not like a 3rd degree burn (well, that's blistered) but, I'd say a 2nd degree burn, just red and puffed a little. I was shocked it didn't "frost, but I'll see in 3-5 days if this spot "peels off". I also wanted to boost it up a few knotches (the nickel size spot) I "tca'ed"....so instead of putting on a gentle cream on the spot I treated, I put on that "psoriasis cream which has only 2 or 3 percent salicylic acid in it". That way, I'm hoping that nickel size spot (peels) by the beginning or mid of next week because I don't want the skin to "keep this 1/2 burned spot".
I don't want my skin to "hang on to this spot" is what I call it,..and I don't know if you know what I mean by that.
See...the skin will do it's best now to repair my "nickel spot I hit with the TCA" (which I applied it with a Q-tip).
I don't want my skin to "repair it, and hang on to it" I want it "to peel off" since it's been burned basically enough to turn red. But, I will say, (without that white frosting appearance, I don't know if it will or not) but I will let you know. And that was with 20% TCA, so that's why now....I don't know if the TCA lost it's umph, or...if it's me and my infection. I've not used this is a few years, but...usually the "acids keep well" when stored in a dark place with the lid tight.. which I have done.
Well, a few days and we'll know.
See (after care is just as important as applying the acid too). I'm keeping it covered as to allow the skin it's hydration needed, with the boost of the "salicylic cream" low strength, and...in 2 days, I'll probably leave it "to open air" for 1/2 the day to "acclimate" itself, (that's my word, nothing in skin care says that)...but, I've learned from doing this that the skin covered with cream "all the time" isn't great either (imho), as I do want it to peel, so after this initial "blow to it"...I'll keep it covered lightly with the cream, then in 2 days, I'm letting it get air (no cream on the spot) for 1/2 a day.
Also, I thought about you, and (honest to goodness) I don't think you'd want to ever do a "full face" application without trying it out "first maybe on your chin" area only. Just to see (how it works) and what happens. Even this nickel size spot I have, I'm sitting here thinking...man, I'm glad I don't have this ALL over my face, because it would be "uncomfortable" as can be, for real. Not that I've not had 'full face' burns done (chemically and CO2 laser) which I will say (full face at once) is horrible on the mend. Sections are better, really they are.

But, now that you're saying what you've said....and I'm only assuming you never did HGH, then appears it's something with Morgs. Like our hair growing faster than weeds. I was balder at 35 than I am at 41. I'm more muscular now than I was at 25, when I was climbing 250 days/year. I'm not cool with trade-off for my short-term memory and motivation, but there are select benefits to Morgs.

OMG Threader, you're reading my mind, or me yours (hehehe I'm kidding) but....I have felt or thought the same things!!! When you said you're not cool with the trade offs (I KNOW what you mean) to the BARE BONE, and how you said (benefits) to it, YES...I sure do also KNOW what you mean, those have been in my thoughts too. My hair growth, nail growth (I like long nails) and easy muscle and heck, now I've got the hair and nails, but...(like you) the trade'off isn't worth it. I'd sure rather have my snail growing hair and fake acrylic nails, than this. I (in the beginning of Morgs) I thought (had a million thoughts) like everyone I'm sure, but I thought maybe something in a lab for "hair growth" - (got out) into the wild, and I was exposed, because my hair... seriously, just didn't grow fast at all, in fact, it could have won the slowest growing hair around. And your hair, that's great, I see what you mean, and can appreciate your thoughts on the whole thing - the good, bad and shocked parts.

Something I've recently noticed, a "not good thing" , or it seems that way to me.
That when I bump into anything, you know with my hand, not that I'm clumsy, just normal stuff like kicking your toes into a chair leg, just "stuff" like that where one hurts themselves accidentally, stupid stuff hahaha but, what I've noticed, is this:
It HURTS more than ever before. I mean the pain sensors must be really hyped up.
My skin feels ultra sensitive, I mean I can feel the follicles sprouting a hair (it seems) not that I really can, I don't think but....it sure feels like it. And when I bump my arm or elbow on something accidentally, I feel like a train ran into me in that area, it's "that painful" and it will bruise "it seems" more easily too.
I know that's not good either.

Hmm strange that you did not frost, hope it works for you. I will only do sections of my face at a time, don't want to panic.
Funny about the hair, yours got thicker and I lost half of mine since morgellons, it has finally stopped falling out, thank God. My hair is so thin now, nails grow faster though, what a weird disease we have.
The pain thing I have not noticed with bumps etc.
