Hey Dot, It stands for Anti-Fungal or Athletes foot...is usually in the foot care isle. Is Micronozole. Same stuff that's in well.....crotch cream (yeast infectin meds)...Monostat but costs a WHOLE lot less. Just found it under the store brand at K-mart for a whole lot less because they were out of Neosporin AF. Big tube for 6.99. Hee hee. My feet are looking mighty fine!!!! No more yellow callous gross out.
Good luck!!

I did try the experiment requested using antifungal liquid soap.
After 30 seconds to one minute the paper towel didn't pick up any debris. Guess it means I'm getting normal.
There is another experiment similar to this using liquid antifungal soap quickly followed by liquid alcohol gel. Supposedly it draws things out. I get little pink beads or balls.

Microdot- Your ideas for organizing the video sound interesting. Previously I had been thinking about the problem of LENGTH if you tried to tell everyone's story. What you envision is a solution to this problem.
However, it may create an editing problem. An expensive solution would be to pop in a specific tape for each question. That way you would have all the answers that relate to one topic grouped together.
You might want to include longer segments of interview with individuals who have a story. This could create a change of pace for viewer and add interest.
In addition to the questions you ask on camera, you might want to ask some survey type questions off camera. For example-black specks in environment and clothing or body? Lesions? where? how many? Fibers in air? fibers coming from body? Crawling? Skin discolorations? Vein changes? brain fog or neurological problems? new joint problems? other?
These answers could help create a statistical body of information expressed in per cent of those interviewed. These answers could enrich the viewer's information about Morgellons without suffering the tedious process of hearing the list of questions repeated over and over.
I am still pondering your question on how to use the video. The comment about just getting cases documented on video is a good start. I think the Morgellons Foundation and /or New Morgellons Order would be one placement for the video to be ordered. This site might also allow people to order a video.
Now who would want the video? Perhaps people on this very site would want to order out of common interest if the cost is modest or at least reasonable. People who are just developing symptoms might be even more motivated to expend cash for answers.
I think public health departments should have a copy but we are unlikely to have formal channels for that type distribution. They need proper authorization to dispense information to the public. However video tapes could be donated to the public library. If each of us purchased a tape (provided we approve of the video for this purpose) for our own library branch or main branch, that could cover some territory and provide potential education. This resource could be listed on the New Morgellon Order with their approval giving names of city libraries across the US that carry this video. (Just realized the possibility that libraries may not be set up to receive free videos--particularly if the subject matter deals with unanswered medical questions.) It's worth investigating.
I'll try to think of other answers at a later date. Betsy

I have moved to a small town with limited wireless Internet. Many McDonald's restaurants are part of a wireless network, Wayport. $29.00 per month. Look on the net, many free wireless hotspots are available.
What do you plan on doing with this video?

Bugsy and Betsy, Thanks for doing the experiment and reporting your results. Thanks a lot! I get the same affect as you do bugsy. Bet lots of others do too. Any others out there? Betsy, WOW! You have been giving this some thought and I really want to thank you for all of your wonderful ideas, and solutions. You have been making me think and I really love your idea about donating copies to libraries!!!!! You have come up with such good thoughts that I am going to take some more time to think about all of them and let it digest. Thank you! Keep it coming. About the survey……This just gave me another idea. I wonder if Alex will allow me to use some information on his site? He just put up some new maps and I would love to include some information like that. Just might be a way to represent our children while protecting them too! What do you say we ask him to make a map of the kids only by the state in which they reside so they can be protected but represented? This survey has all of the questions you raised in your post and represents way more people than will be able to be in the documentary. usp-db.com/Index.aspI would like nothing more than to see MRF and NMO lend a hand in this project in any capacity. We are united in our cause and I would love to see this project reflect that fact. Perhaps time has healed some old issues? I pray it has because we all need each other whether we realize it or not. Our power is in our numbers and what we are up against likes nothing better than to see that we are not as united as we could be because this only makes us stronger and their job all the much harder. Lots to think about. Thanks Betsy. Dear Belikewater, Thanks for posting. I am a bit confused about your mentioning wireless internet. Are you donating a laptop for the project? That’s very generous if you are, but in case your not then wireless internet gets me nowhere because I don’t own a laptop. Please read this thread in its entirety because I would love some of your input because I know you’re smart and have a lot of respect for you. Prevenge, Where the hell are you bud? What do you think about the editing points that Betsy made? Do I need to pop in a different tape per answer? That would be very awkward and may ruin the flow while taping. I know nothing about the technical aspect of something like this. Your knowledge is requested. There are several here in Alabama! My Mom, Sister and Uncle. My other sister had it but she passed away in a car accident during a seizure which we believe to be caused by this. I used to be very active within this message board, and getting the word out, but have been through some major changes lately. Trying to get back involved.
Hello to everyone out there again!!!

Dear leighann,
I am very sorry about your sister. Very, very sorry. I know she would be proud that you are carrying the torch for her still.
The NMO has a page on their site that honors and remembers the victims of this condition that have passed. I think we should find a spot in this documentary to do the same. I am very happy to have your support with this endeavor and thank you for your offer.

Narrowing it down
Could I please have all participants tell me the closest major city they are in? I would prefer if you PM me this info but if you want to post it go ahead. I am planning my route out and have a need to know. Addresses won’t be necessary right now, I’ll get AAA to make a trip tic for that later. Right now just please let me know the nearest major city and if you are far from that city, an approximate distance would be helpful. Thanks!

Microdot, this seems to be an enormous undertaking that continues to grow.
How will you finance this Gig and will you be doing this cross-country trip on your own or with one or more helpers?
Thanks for taking this on.

godog says, "Oh, dang, I just went back and read, allergic to dogs! Two poms here. Little hairballs. Well, the offer is still on if you want. You'd have a bedroom and bath to yourself. "
* * *
Shoot! I just read godog's post, and it could have been written by me, 'cept I have only one pom, Sugar. My offer still good, though, Microdot.

Some kind person saw a post of mine and me trying to get together enough funds to go down to see Hilde and wrote me that they are a distant Hilton family and they coiuld hook me up with a family discount...that makes a $100.00 room come out to like 20 bucks...i will see if I can dig up her #...i remember sending her a thankyou note but have not needed to take her up on her offer yet! this might be one I could pass on to you! Guess i should take back my Paris comment I made on another thread! even though this was not the Hilton family theirselves...I think she even said she was in Eugene Oregon....anybody remember who this might be? My other offer to you microdot still stands regardless!
