Thanks again Sid... and to answer Frans questions, I live in the high desert of So. Cal. The one in the pic landed on the tub floor one day when I was frantically trying to brush the stinging and crawling out of my hair. It was during my first few years of morgs when I still had long hair and would go stand over my tub, throw my head upside down, and brush it out into the tub. So it came from my head... whether it was just in my hair or not I can't say, but I imagine it was. I don't think it hatched from my scalp, I think it was just in my hair due to the emission of pheremones via morgellons... or caught in the goo. After all, morgs started in my hair.
I got it with a piece of tape while it was jumping around the tub floor and saved it until I got my scope. But I saw quite a few springtails during my first 3 years of this mess, then they slowly started to disappear. Well, they started disappearing from my hair anyway.
I never saw that video from Mark Darrah either Jill... really cool! I'm glad he mentioned the amber colors and I was also glad to hear him say he's never seen anything like it before and the fact that he also brought up the segments. But most of all I was reaaaally happy to hear him go on about the "wax" or goo (gel) as I call it. Never heard anyone talk about that before!

This is the very first debris I ever noticed, it that came from my knees. I saved it for years in a jar filled with rubbing alcohol. It kind of gathered together to form one thing. I have only recently taken this picture after about 5 years. It is odd because what went in originally looked like blur fibers! Uploaded with ImageShack.usKaren

Bannanny, I have sent your response to Frans and thank you. I don't know where my "misery" originated. Maybe at first it was in my hair and I didn't notice it, but there's no way I could ever forget the facial lesions that were linear, oozed nasty stuff to the point I couldn't keep a band-aid in place and eventually went to Duoderm which wouldn't stay in place either. Sticky, oozing goo and a very earthy odor for years. That earthy odor could have been actinomyces....or do I mean actinomycetes? Whatever, blood from my facial lesions truly did smell like the earth. Shampooed hair on average three times daily just to finally be able to get the squeaky-clean feeling and sound. Collembola translates from the Greek and means Glue-Peg....but did the Collembola get there first or was it the fungus and bacteria? I guess I'll probably never know. I got it with a piece of tape while it was jumping around the tub floor and saved it until I got my scope. Mark Darrah in his video speaks of finding calcium oxalate from lesion debris. I have been looking into the calcium connection for a few weeks and about fell over when I saw this video last night. I also believe my forehead lesion and previous lesions were complicated by the deposition of calcium. The callous covering of the lesions. There are multiple common calcium salts deposited throughout the body and is used by the body for many functions. I followed some more research, and today as opposed to last night, I am a bit surprised that Mark, although important enough to mention, seemed to defer to the fact that the calcium oxalate was an environmental contaminent. I believe it is definately part of the Morgellons process and I wish he would investigate it further. His reaction was what I intrepreted to be disbelief that this was part of the process. I believe part of the process of the itching and the feeling of "glass shards" coming from our bodies, matches calcium. And calcium deposition is also directly correlated to fungal infections. I present this link for the full abstract. I have been so far unsuccessful finding the full text for free. tinyurl.com/27mlzh9Fair use. Excerpt: "We report a case of pulmonary zygomycosis associated with unusual deposition of calcium salt crystals." "Birefringent particles were seen associated with fungal elements in the lung parenchyma, within bronchial cartilage, and in blood vessel walls. By infrared spectroscopy, the birefringent particles in the pulmonary parenchyma and within bronchial cartilage had spectral characteristics of calcium oxalate dihydrate and calcium oxalate monohydrate, respectively. The birefringent crystals within vascular walls were identified as calcium carbonate. This case documents the chemical composition and location of 3 different calcium salt crystals in pulmonary zygomycosis. It also shows that among pulmonary fungal infections, calcium oxalate deposition is not restricted to aspergillosis." Birefringment is another aspect I have observed as well as many others here have posted about, but unknowing of the terminology. Addtionally, in some of my own slides, and those pictures I have posted, some of the debris has a red component. That is also correlated with calcium deposition. It is called something that starts with an A, but I can't remember what it is!! Frito

Calcium deposition, abnormal deposition is also connected to high alkaline phosphatase levels, of which I have.
Also connected to amyloidosis, sarcoidosis, TB, and angiogenesis.
Wonder if there is a conncection to Lyme?

The relationship to homocysteine is in the calcium-phosphate metabolism.
Interestingly, high homocysteine would indicate problems with methylation.

Wow... what an amazing pic Karen! I'm wondering the same thing Kmarie asked you... did it turn into that over these past 5 years? Yuck eh? Wonder if everything inside of us has been doin the same thing? How are you Karen? It's good to see you posting sweetie. I hope you're feeling better and getting some good diagnosis from your docs. Keep us updated ok? I think about you all the time and always have you in my prayers. BTW, I should be hearing from Dr. Staninger about the results from the lab my "chip" was sent to. Just wanted you to know since yours and mine were so similar. I'll let you know as soon as I hear from her.

I also recall that Dr. Fredric L. Frye mentioned birefringent more than once regarding specimens a group of us sent him for identification. I remember he had a Field SEM. He was a retired veterinary pathologist from U.C. Davis.

Yesterday, there were several ants that got into the house near the sliding door outside there is a worm that has died and the ants are coming to its funeral. There were a lot of ants coming in, we got out the vacuum cleaner and sucked them up, out of curiosity I finally put one on a slide and placed another slide on top of it. This is the ant's head, doesn't this look like it's straight from Lucifer?: Anyway, I see two of the Morgellons artifacts inside the body of the ant, The 'carbon ball' and a 'baculoviral capsid': It got 'mashed', this is what the ant's insides look like, this 'glass-like' material is also a Morgellons artifact, IMO. Sid, can you email Fran these and see what he/she say?. We need to know if the insides of insects look like glass or ice microscopically and if the 'carbon ball' and 'crystal' are a normal part of the anatomy of most insects? I have a large group of photos of every aspect of the ant - if Fran needs to see them.

Never heard anyone talk about that before! hugs ~~ bannanny Bannanny, I feel the same, it's the "goo" that insects I've seen seem to be attracted to that's coming from us. I know many don't feel this, but it's okay if I say it anyways. The fibers that get "caught" in the goo also seem to become "magnitized" and covered with the goo, imho. And then drawn into the skin and they too get this "stuff" all over them, and they're also (attractive then to insects) because they're covered with that "goo stuff". Just as this stuff secretes from our scalps, the insects "are simply going for that smell" of whatever it is. I want to share something I find incredibly interesting. In one of the bathrooms here in the house, (which this shower) I don't use: I'd taken the floor "fluffy throw rug" and shaken it off in that shower..just to "shake it off" is all. Well, ((( just for the heck of it ))) several days later, I opened up "that" particular shower door - just to take a peek in there, and GUESS WHAT? There were ANTS all over these tiny "crumbs"....((( MORGS flakes))) that were apparently shaken off when I shook off that rug inside that shower! OH YEAH! That particular shower, is in "my picking room" bathroom. And I think strongly that when I shook off that rug, in the shower stall - particles that had fallen off me, (a few by what I saw on the shower floor) well....the SMELL of "whatever" HAD to have been SO STRONG that it attracted ants. Where the ants came from....I have no idea, but they were ALL OVER those tiny particles. I mean when I looked at those particles, and saw a gazillion ants PILED all over just one piece of particle ((( I KNEW ))) that this is what our insects are going nuts for! Just as a few years ago, when Mr Toni took off his "slippers" to spray off the backyard patio area, these white gnats covered his slippers within a 15 minute time! It wasn't him they were after, but the "smell of whatever secreted" onto his slippers, and it WAS the slippers because those don't get washed that often, because he only walks around in those in the house. (they get washed often since then, cause I know something in him, is what bugs want) It's (that goo) or the dried or wet stuff that is secreting from our skin (from us) that insects of all kinds are attracted to more than food itself. Prove this to yourself: Set outside a shoe that isn't washed often, and you'll see....the bugs will come! So the logic imho is: If the bugs were after "just us"....they'd not care about a shoe. But the shoe is desirable because of the smell WE ARE secreting. That's what's attracting the bugs - the STUFF that is coming from us, not us.

Kammy, that insect (ant) it appears it's got the "contagion" too. I think this "contamination" is infectious to anything living. All it has to do is come in contact with it.
There was a wonderful gal who use to "go by Godog" here on the board. Maybe you know who she was.
She'd sent me a tiny tree frog that was inundated with fibers and dried goo and "crystal formations". I took lots of pictures, and that frog appeared to have the same exact thing WE all have too. "the contamination"...that causes fibers etc to adhere and enter and inundate it's body also - imho.

Kammy,
I wish I'd of done this, and maybe you can?
Save some ants in a large jar with dirt?
See if the ants "all begin to show Morgs signs".
(if you want).
IF or when I see ants again, I'll save them in a jar...like an ant farm type thing....because I believe they'll ALL get Morgs signs too. Feed them crumbs of bread to keep them alive, and watch....and see what happens.

Most women are good at working jigsaw puzzles, that's what this disease reminds me of. What I'm trying to do is put the various pieces together to see the picture that we saw in the beginning with the human samples - those artifacts. To me, that is my box top showing me what the picture looks like, I continue to look around in the environment to understand what we possibly came into contact with that made us ill.
In the rain water/pollen - so far we see our spheres, the fibers, the red and blue hyphae and the fungal aspect. So far, we're missing what I call the 'baculoviral capsid', the 'carbon balls', (and others) - which match many scientific names, and now - we're seeing those in the ant. We also saw the 'carbon balls' attached to the wings and in the frass of the gnat and inside the nematode.
So, this means that either - humans are coming into contact with insects in some way to cause those artifacts to be acquired, or - something else, such as a biopesticide, agrobacterium, B.t., etc. is causing these artifacts to be acquired in the insects and in us.
What I need to do is culture an ant and see what their 'baculovirus capsid' produces or what artifacts are seen. It appears to me that the ants are parasitized with another insect, in that - I have shown that the baculoviral capsid opens up and is a holder for another organism.

Hi Kammy just yesterday I captured a small fungus beatle while brushing my hair...ugh...I am a clean person and this disease tests my ability to accept its reality but I have him here alive in a little bottle w/some other artifacts. He looks just like a mottled brown round pot seed...sigh. This is only the third insect I have got from my scalp after ten years w/this illness but it is way more than enough.

Wow toni... you're brave for shakin a rug out in your shower. I can't even do it outside anymore with all the thousands of particles I see fly outta them... particles that are just gonna stick right to me! These days I just hold one end down with one foot while I vacuum the things real good! In fact I replace them all the time and don't have half of what I used to have anymore. Rugs and carpets are a morgs delight ya know? But yeah... the goo is one of the key factors in morgs I think. Especially when I watched what it grew on my scope base. Haven't heard a dam thing about my scope either... I emailed the researcher who has it, but haven't gotten any replies from him so I don't know what the heck's goin on with that one.
But speakin of Mr. toni's slippers... I'm about to get rid of my crocks again and get some new ones, so with all the stuff that starts to grow in them from the goo that oozes outta my feet, instead of throwing them in the trash this time I'll just leave them on the back porch and see what happens! Have to put rocks in them tho or the wind will blow them away.
Here's my take on the ants kamsters... the simple reason they're contaminated too is becuz morgs IS an environmental toxin (IMO)... the stuff's everywhere and in everything now, it's even in the foods we eat and the air we breathe. I also see it inside, outside, in stores... and I see the sparks in the bunnies fur and other animals too, even the birds. It's unescapable and I agree with toni that it's in every living thing there is now. That's why it makes so much sense to me that we could very well be lacking the gene that fights off all these new environmnetal toxins and why it's us who are being effected by it all. We simply lack the gene that fights it off. I've been reading here and there that the reason us morgies are effected by it is cuz our bodies are actually trying to reject it all when others aren't. I can't buy that one tho... doesn't make a bit of sense to me.

I wonder if what you brushed out of your hair could have been a nymph carpet beetle. They are mottled, but the ones I've found have been a mottled light to dark gray. Google Carpet Beetle images and see if anything looks familiar.
