I have been drinking Kombucha for a while now.
I think it's been very helpful to improve health.

PS: Lately there are more commercially available products that say they are for better digestion and that say they have extra probiotics in their yogurt, yogurt drinks, etc. However, a close look at their ingredients will find artificial sweeteners in their disguise names. You don't want to take in aspartame or msg in any of their disguises. If a major corporation is making the product, you are likely to get aspartame or msg in your body. That's very bad. If you are sick enough to be here, then you are sick enough to avoid aspartame and msg.
