How DOES one put an image in the middle of a post? I clicked: [ftp][/ftp] and I clicked: [/img] And, I waited for a prompt to browse for the photo, but there was no prompt. I tried to "copy" a photo (one of the samples that came with the new computer) by right clicking it and then "pasting" it, but the "paste" was "faded" and I couldn't use it. Ideas? QH

Hi QH. You have to put the picture on a hosting service to access it. You can't post it from your personal PC. Try www.simpload.com. They seem to be more reliable and simple to use. Upload your image, there. They will give you a list of "links" Copy the link in direct: The image command for bulletin boards, like this, is: [/img] Paste your link between the two commands. Preview it to make sure it's right. Good luck.

I actually made my husband dinner while I was waiting for pages to load up. Okay, the photo is too huge and thus I didn't do some more odd photos I wanted to add - I will see about doing that album I've been meaning to do. SO many different photos. Yet, so many that look like others too. With appreciation, QH

Good deal. You might want to resize your pics. If you want to do an album this site is seems to be much nicer. I think Ant and / or Patti found it. Has some neat features. www.multiply.comHere's a peek at a test. wineandroses.multiply.com/photosHope it all works out for you.

thanks for the links and encouragement.
I want to get this album done - most of the photos I've seen are of the skin symptoms and not too many of the scalp symptoms.
I didn't photograph the nose and ear stuff while it was going on, so I don't think I can document that.
But, the hair and scalp stuff might be helpful to others who have those symptoms.
I'll work on re-sizing and picking out photos. Again, they are not as good as others since I'm taking photos through my microcope lens piece by holding the camera up to it, but a viewer can get a general idea.
