Great idea Moe , I'm on. It will do me some Good , I need to pray a little more and cry a little less, God Bless, Lilsissy
nine o'clock sounds good..were all together before the creator!
One thing I noticed after praying right away, I could breath better. Maybe caused from a spiritual sigh of relief , kinda feeling. Anybody else notice this?

I missed the 9pm eastern prayer time. We must do this again sometime. This week sometime ok? I know prayer works. Heehee, guess what? Saturday I prayed Dear God, please let my temporary roommates find a new place or whatever and God bless them but I can't take it anymore. Sunday, today, they left!! Hahahahaa. For real, I threw that in while I was praying and they left today. My girlfriend and her new boyfriend were staying here and it was wearing very thin as they like to drink alot and I just can't rest with people here. They'd been here about 2 weeks and wanting to stay for another month and I was going to have to tell them something as I just can't take it. So anyway, the guy's mom called and said his PO called and is getting nosy about where he is so he had to move back to his mom's, and so she moved back to her mom's also. Thank You God!!! So I took a long uninterrupted nap and missed prayer time.

I received your message too late to pray tonight but I have wanted to do something like this for a long long time. I believe that a lot of power and positive change can result when a group of people engage in coordinated prayer towards the same goal.
There was a study at princeton where they had individual persons concentrate on making molecules move. Then they had groups of two people picked at random both concentrate on making the molecules move. Finally they had groups of two people who were in a close relationship who felt bonded to each other concentrate on making the molecules move.
Each group in the study was able to cause some effect on the molecules but the bonded couples were able to cause the most effect. I do feel there is spiritual bonding going on within the Morgellons group as we are connected by our suffering, fears and hopes.
Can we do this every night? I really would like to do this every night. Anyone else feel the same?

Godog,
Some years back I had this godawful abusive room mate who was stealing from me and who would have these violent explosive temper tantrums. I finally started praying for help, praying for him to leave...and guess what within a week he found a place that was much cheaper and decided to move out.
Another time my life was significantly touched by prayer... shortly after my child was born he started showing signs of cerebral palsy, seizures, spastic diplegia and hyperextension. I was devastated when the doctor told me my child might never be able to walk or speak normally. He was diagnosed by his pediatrician and also by a specialist at Stanford.
Shortly after the diagnosis I decided to seek help from Dorothy D'Angelo and her church and prayer group, Church of the Angels in Carmel CA. I called them to make a personal healing appointment with Dorothy and also made arrangements to attend the group prayer session. They said they would start praying for my child's recovery immediately. After I hung up the phone I just knew my child would be better. There seemed to be an immediate improvement in my sons symptoms.
We drove to Carmel for the healing and group prayer. My child's next pediatric visit was scheduled for a few days after that.
When the doctor came into the room and started examining my child a look of astonishment came over his face. He repeated the nuero part of the exam three times as he seemed to be having trouble believing the results he was getting. Finally he told me that the Cerebral Palsy symptoms had almost completely vanished. He seemed rather disconcerted by this mumbling that possibly he had misdiagnosed the child in the first place. I reminded him that a doctor at Stanford had agreed with his original diagnosis.
Over the next few months the very minor lingering symptoms resolved completely and my son took his first steps the day he turned 9 months old...an early walker! He grew up to become quite an athelete winning a National Silver Medal for Crew and an atheletic scholarship to UCLA.
I am deeply grateful that the supreme being saw fit to have mercy for my child and heal the symptoms of CerebralPalsy..

Since I've had Morgellons, I've been a half hour to one hour late, at least to every engagement, appointment, etc., so it's not any wonder that I missed out on this tonight, but count me in.
Since I've had Morgellons, I forget names of people, names of restaurants, where they were, what I ate the night before. I forget what day it is, and to look at my reminder sheet I wrote the night before to tell me what I'm doing the next day. Thank you guys for reminding me to pray, even if I didn't get to join the group.
Liz, I didn't get a chance to read too many posts. I'm a slow reader. I don't know what happened girlfriend, but I prayed for you too.
I just want to tell you all, you are truly a group of beautiful people, including all that were not here tonight. Glennb, that was a beautiful story you shared, & morgellonsmo, perfect idea. I feel like I'm with my camper friends. Everyone is so unique, & special. Each of you are in my heart. Group hug, freaky

I see that everyone felt closeness last night and more missed it .. Would you all email the administration and ask them to perm post a Sunday 9PM eastern time for all of us as our faith leads in that time to pray at lest 15 min at that hour? We together can move things and get our mind off ourselves . We can also let friends and family know that the morgie community will be praying during this time and would love it if they too could pray .. for researchers to get the money they need.. the medical community to be more compassionate with us and new morgies ,,and we could have a thread for answers ( not a place where grandma shows up and bizzar things like that just realistic answers that breed hope not controversy ..) Thanks Moe

Glennb, Amen sistah! Moe and everyone, I love this prayer group idea. I think it is really a nice idea and will help dispell the negative and expand the positive. Yay!! We just need to agree on the time (I missed our first time) and then on specific prayers for everyone to include in their own prayers, like what Moe mentioned above. And it will be so good for us. Sometimes all I pray for is the strength to get through my life, and I always feel renewed afterwards.

glennb, your post put me in tears . Tears of joy, healing tears.
So good to see God moving on this wonderful group of people. He has created us all and connects us all to him and thru him we are all connected.
Case in point; Several years ago while sweeping my floor in Detroit a very lonely sad feeling suddenly came over me. I had the feeling that my Aunt was lonely, this was not that I was lonely. I felt great. I hadn't called her Florida home in over two years. I immediately stopped what I was doing sat down and called her. She was confused when she answered the phone saying" I keep trying to wake Jim up but he won't wake up" she just kept repeating that. Her husband had passed in his sleep! I was able to help her through that . I felt her need right when she experienced it in Florida all the way to Michigan in the twinkling of an eye. I have had many experiences like that. Thank you glennb for your wonderful post, Lilsissy

God bless you all for putting this together!!!!! I thank God He has put me in the company of strong believers!!!
And yes, With God all things are possible.
When I had Cancer at 16, a nurse would come and take my hand and pray for me while I was waiting my turn for the radiation. I was so out of it i didn't realize or appreciate her efforts at the time. That was 34 yrs ago. I wish I could find her to thank her.
