Winter is here, drying my skin out.
My face is liking Loreal BB cream. About 14.00 a tube.
Hydrates, improves texture and puts a little color on my face with out looking like makeup. Does not give me the itchies like some moisturizers.
I would think men would like it too. Just be sure to pick the color closest to your natural tone and blend next to hairline. Nothing wrong with trying to look and feel healthy.
There are several brands that make BB cream, I have only tried Loreal but may try Garnier next. But this seems to last a long time.
For under eye moisture I use Neutragena eye cream in a small tube
To clean makeup or sleepies out of eyes, Almay non-oil eye make up remover is great, also will make fibers pop out. Has Aloe Vera and other great properties. Don't use just for make up removal.

After I have had over 500 lesions, finally came up with the bestest treatment after spent 6 months soaking in the ocean daily. i am now back in Dallas so no ocean nearby. Salt water is the very best for lesion care. I still am getting small ones but way less than the last 3 years. When they pop up, mix up a bowl of pure salt and water. Keep splattering it on spot throughout the day, If skin gets too dry, use coconut oil, or a lotion with coco nut oil it in. Take shower and let heat and water losen it up, then massage the debri out of it. I find it won't heal until all the poppy seed and wires come out and stops producing. Also when time to start heal up, keep it covered. I used Cordron Tape but have heard of others using surgical tape or band aids. Also found good is the Neosporin + Pain Relief CREAM - there is a difference in the ingredients from the cream and the ointment -STAY Away from the ointment.
Full moon this week with Frankenstorm coming. Some folks might find this to be effective and a Big Bang for the buck.
For internal treatment I am now only on Reliv supplements, zap when restless legs, salt water Vit C protocol from Lymephotos.com. Also did 3 treatment of Bio magnetic pairs. I have a dry far infrared portable sauna but have not used it in a while. Also if infection pops up I use Silver Mountain Minerals 240ppm as sometimes the lesions would have a green glow. Also watch pH level and if lower than 6.5 I take 1/2 tsp baking soda in a cup of water to right it back up. Very important to watch PH and stay as close to 7 as possible. It all helps, no one thing will heal you.
I am now able to enjoy a baked pastry or snack once in a while, refrain from coffee or bar chocolate as they send me out of line. Drink pure water with brewed herbal tea, no soft drinks. A cervesa once in a while. The nitrates in wine don't agree with me.
The Reliv seems expensive but has all the nutrients I was needing plus probiotics, iodine, CoQ10 and my womanly needs. I am feeling like a new girl after being on it 6 weeks. I just factor as part of my food bill. After I stopped buying all the ABC... Supplements it was only about 20.00 more for it to all be in a convenient shake that I take 2 times a day and don't have to time with meals. If interested just google for contact in your area or pm me. Need to get someone knowledgeable as to what your body needs. I did herx a little when started taking it but would be over in 3 minutes. Just a slight headache. It is Non-GMO soy based. I was very reluctant to take it and thought about it for 6 months before I tried it. I would wake up feeling like I had never slept, that feeling is now over, no longer depressed when I see a stack of laundry, dishes or the dog wants to go for a walk, life is joyful!
We are all broke and worn out from this disease. These times call for anyone that has found a cost effective treatment that works for them, to pass it on.
Also found the blog at Morgellons-Disease-Research is down for last few days but it got to where only about 5 or less members a day were checking in. I always spend about 5 min a day checking if something new is reported.
This disease has greatly affected my life but I hope that now I only have to deal with the scarring and my family helps with the post traumatic stress, yes PTSD is possible from this disease as you are also fearful of going back there and what happened to you. I am working my hiney off so that I don't go back. I am hoping that the smaller lesions are stuff still exiting my body and will eventually completely stopped. I am 90% better than 3 years ago.
Turn the music on and DANCE!

Had my latest live blood analysis. It was beautiful!
I started taking Reliv. It is non GMO soy based supplement and had friends tell me about it for a few years but I balked. I now have been on it 4 weeks and I feel great and have more energy and muscle tone improved, my face is getting a glow! I gained 5 pounds. My body before was not absorbing what I was eating or what I was taking. It rebuilds your cells. It works great. Problem is due to FDA regulations it is hard to find out how exactly it helps you. You have to rely on testimonials. Search on the Internet just shows how to be a distributor or buy from a distributor.
They are powders you mix in a shake. Made in St. Louis.
Problem is it is expensive. Costs about 120.00 a month for what all I needed, 4 products. To get the cost down, I signed up to be a distributor. Cost 25 to join but saved 30.00 off 1st order. They are in every city and country if you are interested, or PM me and will hook you us with my very knowledgable sponsor. Shipping cost is the same no matter who you buy it from. But if you look at cost per day. 3.00 a day is not bad for something that does this good.
Also found I am not as hungry, it is not considered a meal replacement but for me it has cut out lunch and now just take it with a healthy snack.
I am going to stay on it for at least 6 months or rest of my life, finances may dictate but this is just what my body was needing.

I did the Salt Vit C protocol for about a year.
Definately helps. Cleared up leisions faster. But must take Milk Thistle or some other Liver and Kidney Supplements to protect the organs.
Like they say, the cure will cure you. You have to stay home as herxing and explosive diarrhea.
I don't think it is a cure but cheap to add to the arsenal. Big bang for the buck!

I kept flunking my CBC test so while in Mexico I got a 200.00 bone marrow test. It shows I have 7% plasma cells when should be in 2.5% range. In the states this is a 1200.00 test. Got a wonderful MD doctor who also did 3 treatments of Biomagnetics. So will keep watch if can get it back in range. Your picture looks like you have too many blood cells?

My legs will turn red and my feet to sleep when I have my legs crossed. Then stand up and feels like stepping on needles and I don't have diabetes.

Can't say either one gave a herx reaction. Definitely take the FX. You have to clean out the inside 1st. I took Transformation Enzymes but they are pricey.
I have been treating now for 3 years and just now can go 3 weeks w.out a new spot. But I had symptoms for 3 years before I figured it out so it is like cleaning up the BP oil spill, it will take years.
I also take a jigger of Silver Mountain Colloidal 224ppm Silver every night, then a probiotic right when I wake up.
A cheap treatment is the Salt/vit c protocol from Lymephotos.com but you must take Milk Thistle or another liver supplement along with it.
Another bang for the buck is a zapper. I have Ken Presners but is not very durable. I paid 200.00 for mine but if you look into them, someone said they found different kind for about 65.00
I had the opposite problem with weight, I got down too low and people would look at me and say "you must be really sick" I am now gaining weight again.
Walking and exercise are very good
Also for skin symptoms, mix grapefruit seed extract in with Pamers Coco butter. I never bought the soaps. I did by Morgone gel.
I don't feel internal itching So much anymore.
Low carbs, very low sugar, no coffee or dairy. Just drink tea.

May seem off topic but hits 2 of the same notes, Rasberry and "diet" pills
I drink a concoction of Bigelow tea. Boil 2 qts water. Then I put 2 Orange and Spice, 1 raspberry pizazz and I Red Raspberry. Be careful not to get the Rasberry Royal as it is black tea. It tastes great and I think the tea is therapeutic. I also started taking Chitosan about 6 weeks ago and have far less lesions, almost none this last cycle and it was a super moon. I stopped having the black specs last year after I started taking enzymes. I still get the white fibers. Also now use a zapper1-2 times a week.
Chitosan is also supposed to be for weight loss. It works like an anti-fungal. It is ground up shrimp shells and was concerned about pollutants but found the shells don't hold those, only the shrimp meat holds the pollutants. Go to the FB page of Battle Morgellons. I thought the guy was kinda nutty but Trish be on to something. It is a really cheap treatment. I bought 300 pills at Vitamin Shoppe for 20.00. I take 2 before lunch and 2 before dinner. I take vitamins and other supplements with breakfast as it says may interfere with absorbtion.
Also I buy my Bigelow Tea at Amazon.com/grocery. If you put it on auto ship it is even cheaper and free shipping. It is about 13-15.00 for 6 boxes of all the same flavor. Other thing to note, it is sweet enough on its on, don't need to add anyother.

Greed is going to be the demise of all breathing things if something does not drastically change.
Fox news fires reporters for not squelching story that Monsanto chemicals are showing up in milk on store shelves. Go google it.
We can only hope that Europe will continue to try to keep the unscrupulous media and corporations under control and clean house. Ban GMO. Keep the fire under Murdock and others like him.
God know the US just kisses thier ass.
There is very little hope.

2 years and 5K later, Transformation Enzymes helped cured this problem!!!
Never had black sweat coming out before MgD. My hair was falling out like crazy. My husband had to keep that snake thing handy to keep the shower drain free.
I had times I was passing out from overheating and had trouble sweating anything. It was not bad enough for other people to notice but my husband. My yellow bathroom rugs would dirty quickly. I would wash my clothes and curly que fibers that looked like hair would be stuck to anything cotton. It had gone thru wash and dry and the fibers did not let go.
If any ladies that were standing in line at the St Louis Arch during the All Star game in 2009 when I was having an episode are reading this. I am forever greatful to yall!!!!
Big lesions did not start until 2010.
Much better now. Still on a maintence dose of Enzymes and Colloidal silver.

Been using it for a few days. Lesions not completely healed but cleaner. The ones on my face love it. And girls take note. You can spray it anywhere. Does not sting. Feels like spraying water. Also note I use Cordron Tape or band aids. I dont ever leave them open to air. When they start getting smaller, I put Almay foundation on them, the one in the bottle with a pump. It has healing properties and seals it up and as a bonus is good at hiding them at that stage.
Only time will tell if really worth this price.

Just got back from Petco. It was 37.88 with tax. I sprayed on a lesion that had a lot of puritus buildup "like silicone". It completely melted and where I thought was 1 lesion, when cleaned revealed 2 small holes. Right now have lots of "holes" spring always acerbates them. Will update. So far I like it. No sting like hydrogen peroxide, soothed itchy lesion on contact. This is Hypochlorous Acid.

I use a zapper 1 - 2 times a week and if definitely helps. I have the Ken Pressner version and find the solder joints are not very good and had to repair. I also have the foot pads. Not a cure but stops the symptoms when they start flaring. I still get small lesions but it stops the "internal movement". Had it 2 years and at around 200.00 bucks is one of the best bang for the buck. Somewhere I read to not do the salt vit c protocol on the same days you zap.

TinyURL.com/77s5xm5 Or vitals.msnbc.msn.com/_news/2012/03/21/10799069-cdc-only-half-of-first-marriages-last-20-yearsI am sure this study cost millions. Not sure what it has to do with diseases. This really hurts my heart. They could only spend 600,000 for the Morgellons study. I heard Kaiser got 300K so, not sure what they spent the other 300K on. For the record my husband of 30 years has stood by my side, knows the vow "In sickness and in health" unfortunately we now know the poorer part. We married in our late teens and only have High School diplomas with some college. We own a small business and have 2 grown sons that have successfull occupations and are very supportive of us in this fight. I am sure those at the CDC would enjoy doing a fluffy study on marriages more than on the human suffering of Morgellons and Lyme. Where are thier priorities?? We will be at the conference this weekend and just waiting to see more about the Fraud Morgellons CDC report. Check out the Charles C Holeman website for more. They may have DVD available for those that cant attend.

I believe Morgellons is a Nano Bacteria. So small the body does not know it is being invaded. GMO Engineered food...... Pesticides.... Who knows for sure but it makes sense.

My experience with 35% Food Grade Hydrogen Peroxide seemed to be helpful. Used 2 ways, would put it straight on a lesion and it seemed to "kill" it then the next day massage out debri with Olive Oil and tea tree oil. The internal treatment from Earth Clinic: 1 ltr pure water, 1/8 tsp 35% FG Ho2, 1/8 tsp Borax, 1/4 Tsp baking soda then drink it over the course of the day for several days on, then several days off. Only problem was I started getting burpy then my Iron level plunged. Not sure if it was the disease or from the concoction or combination. The lesions did get better while I was taking it. I got off of it, started taking Quinton, raised my Iron level and now the "Morg" activity has come back. Now back to trying Quad Zapper and Mucinex 12 hour. The ingredient in Mucinex is guaifenesin which is also a prescription treament for Fibromayalgia and removes Phosphates from the body, I am also now taking stronger doses of proteleotic enzymes. Just like all treatments, they seem to get immune and just have to keep changing it up. But I think melting and purging then out of the system should at least keep them at bay.
Also I was wondering if the Hydrogen peroxide does make them grow at an excellerated rate and they just "blow up" would that then interfere with thier cycle to reproduce??
