Hi: Im new to this forum.. been medically dx as phycotic like most of you . this has been relieving me..first i have pulled 2 1/4 inch worm looking things out of my pours about July last year....could be whats causing the sores ...so a month ago i started getting a roomie to pop open any of the bumps on me and she got the hard lil salt like thins out all over my back SLEPT LIKE a BABY ! Here in South Carolina NO ONE has heard of this so docs see phycosis and start with the ah huh conversation ah hah i see ..ignoring the rest of what im saying . In South Carolina we get red bugs or chiggers from the woods we treat them by applying clear nail polish on em till they die under the skin ...sooooooo I started doing that on my sores ..I had to keep the clear nail polish on for at least 4 days they'd itch (this is only on red spots and sores) after 3 or four days the spot under the polish became a big hunk of white puss garbage but the sight was then clean..the sores came off with the polish sometimes and fibers fell out . I take a warm not hot bath with 1/2 cup of sea salt in it at night ..get the bumps poped..put polish on the sores or and bump that itches when dry I use medicated powder all over me ... keep all hair shaved ( I often look like a balding nut but sleeping is so sweet! I'm not a doc but my thought on this is there are wormmy things in my skin that eat my skin causing the sores. I pull any fibers out (takes an hour or more sometimes) that I can get when I get the bug crawling sensation I use the vacuum and brush attachment to go all over me then feel around for a hard salt like thing and i usually find one or two. after a month doing this and being on nerve medication from my doc I'm sooooo better not cured yet . on a scale of 1 to 10 when at my worst not knowing what this was 3 days every other day no sleep Id say 3000 now Im at a 20 ... hope this helps ..Maureen PS wash all clothes in cold water regular laundry soap[ and a half cup of BORAX you can find this in the laundry or cleaning stuff isle in the store

Maureen: Yes, it's a big relief to find others having the same experience. You aren't alone! Congratulations on having a roommate who'll help you like that! QH

Hi Newby,
I'm Nadie, I heard of Dr Harvey from other sites and seen one of his protocol from long ago that listed different drugs. I know that he is listed on the board of the Morgellon web site and I was wondering if you can tell me how I could get in touch with him, via email or phone, address etc.
Thanks in advance,
Nadie.

Ach, I'm sorry for delaying doing this for so long but I just did it, and it made me feel good. I can't wait till people read my conspiracy theory, since it involves surveillance of me and of two other anonymous Morgellon people that happened right after we got the disease.

Hi Nadie,
As of mid September, Dr. Harvey is no longer practicing. He is now devoting himself to research. Called his numbers to see if there was any further information, but they are no longer operational.

For the life of me I can't find my post/posts on this subject. The one below is not mine either.eply #110 on Dec 19, 2005, 10:25pm »

June --------------------------------------------------------------------- How very strange. The above post is definitely not mine. I have no weight concerns, I have a female family doctor, and I've certainly not discussed Morgellons with her. Two years ago, when I went to her with the lesions etc., she said I was under stress because my son was moving here to Oklahoma Cty. She referred me to a male dermatologist who said much the same.

Alex:
Some of the people who have filled out this survey have significant others who haven't. But, more importantly some have children. It's been a while since I've done the survey, so I don't recall the questions, but does the survey reflect the number of children affected? I was just looking at the age/occupation chart again and wondering how many kids have this.
Perhaps this is covered, but I just don't recall?

Alex, I tried to send you an email to the address that was on your site with the updated information. I could not send. My security flag came up immediately. I need to talk with you. Can you provide another email address where I can send you a note? It's important.

Don't you have to register here at Lymebusters before you can send a private message?
When I tried to register at your site I picked up something too and this is a concern for some of us who otherwise would complete your database form.

You shouldn't get anything mischievous from Lymebusters It Has quite the secure server Other than cookies that the proboards server puts on your browser so that it can recognize your computer also for automatic log in so on and so forth that you set in your preferences If you got something I am doubtful that it came from lymebusters

Personally, I went to the database site. I have Norton, Spybot, Adaware, and Zone Alarm. Nothing was flagged. Just FYI.

Didn't mean I picked up something at LB, and the second time I tried Alex' data base I got no warnings, so I stand corrected.
(nothing to fear but fear itself...etc.)
Thanks.
