This alpha, beta mentioned here is connected to our hair rings of light and dark segments I believe. this article describes transgenic mice that grow polymer fiber. www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/pubmed/1465455I have seen pictures of fiber's with these ring segments that indicate they are alpha (keratin) with Beta (dunelliella, Rhodobacter ,spirochetes, marine organisms , think beta carotene). Bee's are electric and they have two antenna , one positive , one negative. We have the fruit fly gene. The alpha, beta I believe is a bio type of negative, positive. The alpha , beta causes fibers to have a coil like motion. The hunt continues,,,,,,,,,,, Lilsissy I believe they need alpha, beta as in positive negative to complete a circuit, anybody? ?

This cut is from above link,
In transgenic mice homozygous for the beta major deletion (alpha H beta S[beta MDD]; where alpha H is human alpha-globin and MD is mouse deletion), 72.5 +/- 2.4% (mean +/- SD) of the beta-chains are beta S and the ratio of alpha H- to beta S-globin was 0.73. Introduction of a heterozygous mouse alpha-globin deletion into mice homozygous for the beta major deletion (alpha H beta S[alpha MD beta MDD]) resulted in 65.1 +/- 8.5% beta S and a human alpha/beta ratio of 0.89 +/- 0.2. Sickling occurs in 95% of erythrocytes from alpha H beta S[beta MDD] mice after slow deoxygenation.
Transmission electron microscopy revealed polymer fiber formation but not fascicles of fiber.

gel from marine orangisms, www.freepatentsonline.com/7285266.htmlcut from above, . A gel composition produced ex vivo by the process of combining platelet rich plasma, a solution containing a calcium salt, and a slurry of biocompatible poly-ƒÀ-1¨4-N-acetylglucosamine fibers derived from microalgae to form a gel. lilsissy

Very interesting link although I didn't really understand the experiment and terminology. Is alpha positive and beta negative? Are they trying to make the mice] have sickle cell anemia so they can use them to find a cure? I wish I didn't feel so bad for the mice and their ruined bodies. Bee antennae polarity - very intriguing idea. A creative mind at work. Thanks. I don't think we were mass-trans-gened because we're so scattered over the world and if they had the capability to do it years ago when many of us got the disease, 'they' would be shouting it from the rooftops and making plane reservations to Sweden for glory and $$$. Wouldn't they? Keep thinking
