JoseJ, So sorry KJ is experiencing this. Here is an angle worth looking into. I don't like pointing anyone in a direction that could be so costly but I had to share it because it keeps coming up. I don't deny or validate the 'neurocutaneous' connection to Morgellons. I do however believe that Mercury toxicity contributes to ill health and ridding ourselves if possible could only improve our health. So ....... What kind of dental work does KJ have? Here are a couple links addressing amalgam fillings and electrical activity. www.enotalone.com/article/2707.htmlwww.tuberose.com/Amalgam_Fillings.html"Where do we stand when we have metal in our teeth like amalgam, or gold or chromium or aluminum, etc.? What we have, is a potential electrical generating plant. Everything needed for electrons to flow from point to point is present. We also have tissue composed of millions of cells that all have some of the electrolytes around them or inside of them. We also have nerves that, for this over-simplified description, can act as transmission lines carrying electric charges to other parts of the body. " Hope it is helpful. JJ

dear jose, hi. my name is john and your post caught my attention. if you check back in here, and you haven't done it yet, can you get your wife to the ER? if you can't, call 911. but if you can take her yourself, when you sign in, add detail to the sheet you fill out on the clipboard so that the triage nurse will move her right on in. time is of the essence, so add all the detail you can about how fast her heart is racing and for how long and how this has her feeling. that way, they'll bypass people in the waiting room with less serious conditions and move her right back. then, they'll run an ecg on her and get some labs that will include a check on her cardiac enzymes, and they'll take it from there. good luck and don't delay. we can't mess around when the heart's involved. (i knew people who did.) don't forget to take a list of her meds. be strong, and i'm praying for Our God to sustain both of you through this crisis.
i know we all are.
amen?
AMEN!

Don't have time to read all the above replies to you=
My dog had the same thing. Go get charcoal capsules-Walgreens has some( about $15.00). I thought my dog was poisoned-racing heart, wild eye look pleading for help, took him to Animal ER- waited 3-4 hrs w/o anyone able to get to us. Kept him walking around outside the building. Got the idea to give him charcoal tablets- shove one or two down- he'll swallow it. Repeat two, three times-half hour or hour in between. This worked for my dog on three occassions now. It worked, and in about 1-3 hours he' was much better for us. I hope it works for yours too.

grsue,
I loved your post. I needed the comic relief. It actually made me laugh out loud. I'm still grinning ear to ear. So, for that I appreciate it. I needed a good belly laugh!
On the other hand, I don't think I could shove any charcoal pills down my wife's throat, she'd be so upset I'd be the one sleeping in the doghouse. But it was a great mental image! ;D

Josej, just mash the charcoal pill in some peanut butter, grab firmly by the back of the head and the chin, and somehow, (3rd hand?) with your finger put the peanutbutter on the roof of her mouth. Haha. But seriously, doesn't charcoal work like absorbing all the bad stuff grsue? I would try anything for my digestive, I have much trouble there. I actually swallowed a teaspoon of sugar and turpentine here not too long ago. For intestinal parasites. I'm desperate for reilief for my particular brand of morgie/lyme problems. Still taking wormers when I can get my hands on it. But, Grsue, I grew up in the Ozarks and other rural places and I believe in those old remedies and the new ones from our herbalists too. We used kerosene for headlice and works very, very well and much cheaper. Especially when you have a kid with hair past her hehind. That's alot of hair and those otc lice rememdies are expensive. On a funny note, my friends wants to patten charcoal filtered underwear. I told him must to put OderEaters in his shorts. But I think the morgies don't like turnpentine, which comes from the pine tree. Pine oil, pinesol probably work too. Not for ingesting tho. I mean I tried it, but I'm not advising anyone else too. Gad, I was burping turpentine all day. Good thing I don't smoke!! Just an example of how desperate I am and also, that was a for real oldtime remedy. Also, grated carrot, 1 cup everyday for 3 weeks for all intestinal worms. I know I pass some weird stuff after eating raw carrots. Also, goose grease and turpentine mixed for putting on your chest, that was grandma's remedy for chest congestion. As luck would have it, I have some turpentine and 4 jars of goose grease which is weird. I bought a frozen goose before Christmas and thought I'd try my hand a baking one. That thing was nothing but pure fat and hardly anymeat. So I saved the fat and the dogs enjoyed the goose immensley. So I'm going to mix that up and see what these morgies think about that. Also, cooked and mashed onion poultice on your chest. Boy, you didn't dare complain about anything around Grandma, she'd slap a poultice on you. But anyway, I'm rambling. I also have everything I need to make homemade soap, I just haven't done it. Turpentine homemde soap, or I have some wettable sulpher, for homeuse. I could make sulphar soap. I wonder if Ant makes soap, he does all those type things. Anywayr, that's my 2 cents.

Oops! I need to be more careful how I word things. When I said results were immediate with tilt-table test I meant the diagnosis for POTS. There's no "maybe" -- ya either have it or ya don't. What the test does is record blood pressure changes at different angles. I was awake for 6 days and it cost me dearly healthwise. When I tried to lay down, I had this scary feeling like I was falling. Hard to explain but even tho I KNEW I needed sleep my mind fought it. It turned out that my blood pressure was dropping so low that my heart wasnt "getting enough" so the adrenalin would kick in to bring more blood to heart. I hope Im making sense.

How about painting the bedroom with the paint that deflects radio waves?
Or building a faraday cage around her bed? Lilsissy

Joseyj,
This could be a hyperthyroid event called a thyroid storm. I went through something like this a few years ago. It will eventually cause tremors of the hands and possibly the legs. I couldn't get any sleep for weeks. I had a rapid heart beat and felt tingly. Yes it could be described a electrical sensation. I had no powers of concentration to read or even watch TV. It felt like I was caught up in a nightmare in another dimension.
At the time I had Lyme disease also but was unaware. Lyme disease can do strange things to your sense of noise. Even the slightest noise was unbearable to me, then the hyper noise sensitivity would be gone and I could barely hear anything!
This is a serious medical condition and you should take her to the ER to rule it out. It took the doctors at the U of M many hours to get my heart slowed and get control. I couldn't walk and had to be carried to the car due to the tremors. I waited many days after the tremors began in my hands thinking them to be a sign of early Parkinson's (that runs in my family) and I wasn't aware of how fast my heart was beating. One morning I tried to stand up and could not due to the tremors in my legs and I knew I was in real trouble and had to get to a hospital.
Even though I am disgusted with U of M for their Lyme denial they did save my life by quickly diagnosing & treating the thyroid storm.
My prayers are with you both,
Karen

I'm so sorry jose for what Kathy's going thru. I wish I could offer you some advice but I've tried many things for the electrical sensations and once they get to rockin and rollin, nothing has ever seemed to help me much either. If you can tho, get some amber....... it seems to calm them a bit. I know Dr. Hildy has the amber necklaces and if you give her a call I'm sure she'll send some to you. I was having bad electrical sensations and a flip flopping heart along with some bad stomach pains when I was in her ofc. once. One of the things she did was wrap the amber around my wrists and ankles, put ice over my heart and a massager over my gut. She also placed an fir pad over the top half of my body and put some....... oh I forgot what metal they were brass or copper? Anyway she put the bracelets on each arm as well. It all helped a great deal. It was a reaction I was having in the near/far infrared capsule at the time it all started. I sure hope Kathy gets to feeling better soon and keep us updated on how she's doing, k?

Hey all.... thank you so much for your replies... which just means that you guys care! I'm humbled by you reaching out to us.
She continues with her inability to sleep. This is going on for well over a month. Her mind just simply won't relax. The poor thing is just wound up tigher than a banjo string.
I've seen her go under... but just for a few minutes (no r.e.m sleep) and then WHAM! she's awake again. And crying.
Today some elders from our church came to KJ's bedside (at home) laid hands on her, anointed her with oil, and prayed over her.
We're not ignoring the medical issues... but we're leaning heavily upon the Lord to bring some relief.
Again, I'm just so grateful for each of you who has posted or pm'd me and who've uplifted her in prayer. Blessings to all.

I feel so bad for her and you too Jose. I'll keep praying.
I just wanted to say that I used static guard for awhile myself. The first time was when I'd been driving in that convertable and my head started bubbling like boiling water was under my scalp and I felt as tho I was being electrocuted. It helped alot then but after awhile, it seemed morgs became immune to it, like everything else it seems to do that with after using it for awhile. I think that's why it's good to change things up every now and then.
Please continue to keep us updated Jose, we love you guys alot.
hugs ~~ bannanny

Josej- I was going by what you described as symptoms, a reference to a KJ( could be a dog's name) and a photo of a dog to the left. What was I to think? Asctually, charcoal(activated charcoal) is a very common thing to have in the home for accidental poisoning, just like syrup of ippecac(sp?). My dog has had such symptoms and it relieved it. This dog has many of the same symptoms( itching, scratches skin open, etc) as I do. I have had the racing heart, mind, inability to sleep and more. I think we get full of toxins and it helps absorb it. Many , many posts in the past many years have referred to our toxicity. Posts on bacteria that may be at the root of this, such as Psuedomonas, all produce toxins. Activated charcoal helps to absorb it during an overlaod. Try it. I swallow mine with water.
