TWISTING BLACK FIBERS spotted between these two oocysts. ((from my understanding I. belli is best seen at about 3000 X)) www.cdfound.to.it/img/Isospora_belli3.jpgI think along with all the other supportive information.....this is the kicker.... *** I missed one .....theres another fiber with a "head" on it ....way over to the right.

I imagine these possible scenarios..... Scientist jacket contained a black, twisting fiber or two........which accidently fell into the slide before he/she covered the contents. or...... A dust particle floated down from a shelve nearby the laboratory personels' equipment...... ......a 3000 X spiralling fiber (dust particle ). ...it's left you speechless? ...or you think nothing of it? ...just a happenstance of some sort? ((50 views and not one word)) Does fabric or carpet fiber ... or scientists' puppy/kittens' fur even come in that size??!

I guess it's left me speechless. Was extremely informative, & some resemble what I have. Sorry you've not had more replys. Lack of replys is nothing personal. Good work Angela. Hugs with no bugs, freaky

That's right angela................. lots of people read but don't comment.
It doesn't mean anything negative.
I found this post quite interesting and the article on Nano Tex.......
Well it reminded me of an old "I dream of Jeanne" episode where Roger Healy accidently makes a wish when coffee is spilled on Major Nelson's Uniform.
It makes his uniform undestructable. They take a torch to it and of Course Dr. Bellows sees this and puts something called Factor X on his boss's uniform and ends up ruining it
and
as all the episodes end. Dr. Bellows can't explain why it works for Major Nelson and not him.
I just love that old show.

Just nabbed this from thread "In The Beginning". Trying to keep these kinds of pics all together....nice & tidy! A spore-former creating hyphae right there on those (acidic) slides. (Wet mount test....a generally acidic/alcohol based test) Whats the odds of finding this many photos with fibers/hyphae on slides at 3000 magnification?

Steve, could you post a pic of your trichoplax adhaerens?
So is the adhaerens derived from the word adhere as it implies? I'm very interested in how words came about...and how they connect to other words. Thanks Steve!
too funny kamefromsky! ;D

I beg to differ senyor That would be C.A.S. or... Chunky Acidic Soup. Reminds me of some chilli someone made at onset....and could not eat - as i saw the cooked onions, hamburger bits etc.... shapeshifted into "worms' and "bugs". eww! ((now i understand them to have been copies of trophozoites and oocysts)). Almost everything actually was the shape of an EYE. Rem our phone conversation D? That was your perception too! The strawberry bits in ice cream, cooked (sunnyside up) eggs. You name it! The pattern was obvious then. Spores/spore groups were bigger then and now I feel I was just more "highly aware" at onset. I didnt know what i was dealing with then..... but now i do.
