I've found that eating meals on a schedule, taking supplements, and most importantly (imho) are Super B-Complex with B-12 added, and Milk thistle and antioxidants have kept both me and Mr Toni's heads above water (pretty good). Not that it's getting rid of anything/curing, but things are not worse than they were 6 yrs ago. So that's a good thing for now.

Hi all. This is my first post on this forum, Sorry it is so long. I was on MDR for the past couple of months until it closed. I have had M for about 4 years but did not start trying to beat this on a daily basis until I found MDR. MDR was great. I just ignored the fighting. I have lesions on lesions, eye floaters, brain fog, sleep loss and the lot. Once I get to sleep.... I can sleep for a year. I have been sent to two dermatologists who were no help - cancer drugs anyone?, lots of cortisone, and a psychiatrist. They all told me I am creating the lesions by scratching. Sound familiar? I have tired the following: topically applying baking soda, H2O2, and zinc, on and in lesions. Result, a little bit of relief, some drying up, lots of dots coming to the surface. I am taking lots of vitamins and extra B3. I am taking the PEG laxative (though I don't need it) as apparently it removes fibers from the body, as least for Alzheimers. If my brain does not wake up I will fall into that category soon. I have attacked the disease head on by cutting into lesions (sterile) and I have found and extracted foreign milky tissue which is not my own. Its interesting that there is almost no blood even after I remove tissue from the big lesions, while in small new lesions I get gushers coming out. I have shaved where razors should not go, waxed and physically removed the thick black hairs. I have ordered MMS2 but it has not arrived yet. Just so you know, noone will talk me out of using it. I collect samples of everything - fibers, dots, hairs, the milky tissue which makes it own mucous, the “grains of sand”, the crusts; the pink gel etc Question: I have a soft laser (red) which I bought it some years ago for old scars but never used. I found it, put in batteries and just used it for about 10 minutes on a new lesions on my wrist, which I have been "treating" for two days. I just looked at it under 5x and it looks like I got garden dirt in it. There are so many tiny black specs inside it, above it and on the skin around it, I am shocked. I did a soft laser search here but nothing came up. Has anyone used one on the Morgs? Thanks in advance! Cheers Crashcourse

Hi everyone i dont know how anyone else feels but i would love it if more people would post what helps them with symptoms and how to get healthier. Just my thoughts I'm with you, Frisque. I'm just about crawling everywhere, I'm so fatigued. Majorly. Getting tons of sleep helps, but it's hard to do consistently. Accepting that only a certain amount of things can be done in a day helps, though frustrating. Coffee is a life saver! :-) I also have found that Retin-A (I used generic, Tretinoin) and glycolic acid of some kind alternated daily really help the lesions. They don't get rid of them, but they are extremely helpful. Also, benzoyl peroxide is great. I use Neosporin cream with pain relief every day under whatever I put on top the lesions. Psychologically, I try to think of the good things that are still enjoyable in life. And spiritually, I place my trust in the Lord and ask for his protection for my job (which is very, very hard to keep up with, feeling like I do) and for help for all of us.

Crashcourse, hello.
And "lasers" I've had many done but not the "soft red".
Mine were more aggressive but not ablative, ( I believe than the soft red) as that's something that can be used at home?
I personally didn't have any luck ridding Morgs from my face with any that I'd had done. I sure don't want to sound like a downer, because the best thing for each of us, is see if yours helps, because you never know how it will react, and I'll hope that you do have success.

Thanks Guys and welcome crashcourse ive done many many things to improve my health but i still have to say the best thing for reducing crawling symptoms are low carb no sugar diet . sorry Violet your having so much fatigue. Liquid Chlorophyll has almost totally helped me regain my energy and strength. Its made from alfalfa and comes in mint flavor and is really tasty too . I add it to my mint ice tea and drink it all day long. I admit I kickstart the day with coffee

I have found that the nutrition tips and such on the BiologyOfKundalini.com website have been invaluble. My main symptoms it has helped have been mylower back and shoulder pain. When i do strenuous exersize, my cracking joints and pain go away completely and no more fatigue. Stopping sugar, alchohol, and cigarettes helps stop the fatigue. Yoga has changed me also to feel more relaxed. My other symptoms i cant fix. I dont really mind them! Except that they embarass me. They are -on my hands and feet my nails are turning RED and the skin on them peels/falls off in big big amounts-its gross to people. Also my back is covered in tiny lesions like acne but it isnt acne. Tiny blood blister looking dots on my upper arms and thighs. As far as the crawling and feeling like my skull is growing and bone turning to crystal-steel, i think there is no cure because i think it is my body metamorphosing into something more human than human. My biggest challenge is in quelling the symptom of lonliness and depressio

And not reacting to those feelings negatively. Im finding that the more i let go of desires and attachments, negative judgements, preconcieved notions. The less i suffer and the less my body amplifies the pain. I think the psychological suffering from all the seemingly endless frustration and confusion is key to all other suffering here- when you are feeling positive and motivated then you're more prone to do things that help your body feel better - alternatively - pushing your body to do something positive makes your mind more willing to do it again. So you have to start somewhere. My main goal now is to be more disciplined and not let my goals be affected by my mood. To eventually be unmoved by them- as to be stronger through this 'dark night of the soul'. BiologyOfKundalini.Com also talks alot about the importance of B-12 and ois in nurturing the new nerves that are growing.

I went to see my doctor today and laid it all down. She basically said she doesn't know anything about the disease but what can she do to help me. She asked if there is a medicine/prescription out there that I can tell her about which helps?
I will go back to see her after I try the MMS2 and take it into her. I did not tell her about it yet. She is getting older, practicing part time and not about to embark on research science career but her mind is open. Yes.
I am thankfukl to read other's experiences and support suggestions, because sometimes I think this is mostly a real depression, and that really gets me down. It's real, its happening and it must be investigated.
I am a Christian, born again in 2003. After travelling the world and exploring just about every kind of religion, I sat down and started to read the Bible, out of curiosity. I read more, and more. I am part of a wonderful faith community. I am blessed. The Lord is my shepherd.

Great thread friskers! We are seeing new people here and I'm sure they're gonna appreciate this kind of thread over any of the others out there right now! So welcome crashcourse and all you guys who've joined our morgie family! It's a great one too... there's so much love here it still amazes me! I've belonged to LB for 5 1/2 years and I don't know what I would've done without these guys. So you have a lifeline now... and a whole lot of people who'll love you unconditionally! You can also find a ton of great info over on the supplements board of what's worked best for each person. We're all individuals in different environments tho, so it might take a little adjusting here and there, but I think everything mentioned on that board is worth trying! As far as remedies go... I have to say I've tried them all. What seems to have worked best for me is what I call my "shock and awe" protocol. I have soooo many different kinds of supplements I've collected over the years that one day I decided to randomly pick a combination of them and do that for a week, then go off everything altogether for a week, then pick an entirely diffeent combo the next week, and so on and so on. I think it confused the little suckers a little anyway! I'm trying a new protocol now tho given me by a new doctor but haven't been on it long enough to say if it's helping or not. I am doing some herxing tho... alot of sensations and alot of movement. So hopefully my body's trying to reject this mess, but it's that dam replication process that always seems to get in the way. IMO, that's what we need to find out how to stop... which we will! But what's helped me more than anything has these last 6 + years was when I decided to let go, let God, and start living my life again. I stopped obsessing and giving this thing all my attention... and life has become soooo much better for me in doing so. You have to get your mind right again (like AI also said) and start being positive. This thing feeds off negativity and fear just like any disease will. So have faith, love this gift of life we've all been given and live it to the fullest. Don't allow morgs to take it away from you... you'll find your fight becomes stronger than ever when you do! biggest hugs ~~ bannanny P.S. Friskers tea is great too! I replacd it with all the juice I was drinking which knocked out a ton of sugar consumption... and it really is refreshing! Thanks again friskers my friend!

I've taken this off, and on for approx.2 years, All I remember is that the first time I took it, I thought it was very effective, & I wanted more. So I got more, & take it about once every 3 months. I get nervous suggesting medicines, as you all know I've recommended some questionable ones. Nevertheless, I believe it has to do with what state you are in, in either getting improvement, or non-improvement. The drug I speak of is Mepron Suspension, which my "world renown Aides dr., FMS, CFIDS put me on. Here's Little clip on it. * atovaquone-oral suspension, Mepron Human Immunodeficiency Virus » When was HIV discovered, and how is it diagnosed? In 1981, homosexual men with symptoms of a disease that now are considered typical of the acquired immunodeficiency syndrome (AIDS) were first described in Los Angelas and New York. The men had an unusual type of lung infection (pneumonia) called Pneumocystis carinii (now known as Pneumocystis jiroveci) pneumonia (PCP) and rare skin tumors called Kaposi's sarcomas. The patients were noted to have a severe reduction in a type of cell in the blood that is an important part of the immune system, called CD4 cells. These cells, often referred to as CD4 T cells, help the body fight infections. Shortly thereafter, this disease was recognized throughout the United States, Western Europe, and Africa. In 1983, researchers in the United States and France described the virus that causes AIDS, now known as the human immunodeficiency virus (HIV) and belonging to the group of viruses called re... There's a lot of info. regarding this drug. www.medicinenet.com/atovaquone-oral_suspension/article.htm#DrugInteractionsIt is prescription. If anyone decides to try it, please let me know your results. I 'd like to know if it was as helpful to you as it was to me.Now I'm so sick, I can't tell right now, but it's not due to the Mepron. I've only been on it for about 3 days. Tastes like banana. Yum. My prayers, and love to all of you, freaky

friskers, I got my tea made. My recipe was slightly different from yours. It was the best tea I ever made! I got my chlorophyll, but just haven't added it yet. Thank you. I'm in the same state Violet is. I can't wake up, & there goes my day. Thanks nanners for your comment. I agree. Hugs to all, & to all a good night, freaky
