In the morning you can make the perfect and most wonderful tasteing quick breakfast with, a hand full of oats, chopped up fresh pineapple and vanilla yogurt, just mix them together.
It satisfys the need for grain, roughage, digestive enzymes, vitamins and minerals and the need for a multi flavored food that you can actually chew a little.
It really tastes grand, good as even a desert, better for a desert if you leave out the oats, and scrapes the colon clean.
cleanup, close the oats and yogurt, throw the pinapple back in the refrigerator, rinse the bowl and spoon.
Oh yeah, dont core the pineapple you can keep it much fresher with the skin on and the core is heavy in wonderful fiber and really it tastes just fine.
This is not as good as blender food but it is quick and good.
Off to run in the nature preserve the sun has just come up.

Oh forgot, if you want to MAKE the colon work bend over or do situps, DO IT!!!!!

Oh yea I forgot to mention, even better tasteing is bananna mixed with the vanilla yogurt, yummy and helps to repopulate the colon with good bacteria.
Still Pineapple is much better for you, pineapple is a super food.
