Hi Bannanny, oh sorry i missed your posts, that happens with me, my thinking isn't to great anymore. Ok so Vit C and salt, might work for awhile. These people that took that protocol did it for a year and a half, that's a long time , tho they said to persevere. I dont think my kidneys or liver could handle that amount of time. I do know my morgies dont like salt.
And thanks for the info on the heating pad also, don't think i will bother. So glad to have this site. And all the help, as it's really informative.
Cheers Hun kas

Strangely - It's not painful at all. I can't feel that I have any of the lesions on my body that I do. You think that's their way of justifying doing it?... 'make them look like lepers but minimize their pain'... nah, they don't care, I'm sure. It's either my immune system doesn't recognize it or there's some sort of parasitic invader, like the wasp, that numbs the area so the host doesn't know they're being parasitized - cleaver, aren't they?
I hope you feel better in California, Banny - stay in touch with us.

Originally cultured on 4/9/11. This first photo shows 15 days growth: On 4/24, a mixture of epsom salt and water was added to the right side and divided with a sterile stick to keep the mixture from moving to the left side: Petri Dish 4/28/11, 4 days after adding of epsom salt/water mixture: Petri Dish 5/7/11, 12 days after adding mixture: ** My conclusion from this experiment is that the epsom salt/water mixture had little to no effect on slowing nor enhancing the growth.

I believed that the reason for my improvement was due to the epsom salt & zinc cream. However, after observing the petri dish after 4 days, I knew the epsom salts was NOT the cause of the improvement. It may have helped or aided in some way, though. Epsom Salt & Zinc Cream I was having "run-away" lesions - they were just popping out over night, kept getting larger and larger... Here's the top of my wrist on 2-10-2011 Here's the same area today, I see lots of improvement and the bright red color that it would turn is not happening, I see flesh color again - I need some zinc cream for the flaking - this is right out of the shower: I have stopped using the epsom salt, zinc on any regular basis for many days - yet continue to show forward progress: Here's the top of my wrist today, 5/7/11:

What changes did I make? I don't know which one of these is the factor in the remission:
I started taking potassium iodine daily since March 11. I quit drinking coffee and milk. I started drinking teas instead of coffee. I quit drinking plastic bottled water with fluoride. I quit using a toothpaste with fluoride. I started filtering the tap water with a Brita water picture filter and putting that water in glass bottles instead of plastic for my drinking water. I used this boiled water to make my variety of teas with, mostly black and green teas. I switched brands of cigarettes.
I have not been out in the sun hardly at all, I took the epsom salts 3 times total internally over this period, I bathed in the epsom salt baths approximately 10 times since March 11, I used an infrared lamp 4 times after bathing... I'm smoking as much or more than ever. I rarely drink sodas.
Still, this is not an actual, valid experiment because what's in the petri dish is not from me. My next experiment needs to be from my actual pathogens - which I'm hypothesizing will show the same results.
** After thought, I started taking baking soda internally, occasionally.

We've long thought that Protozoa is in the mix... AND, could be the main biofilm creator culprit? This still fits inside my 'global warming' theory, algae and protozoa are closely related: en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Protozoa"The term algae is used for microorganisms that photosynthesize. However, the distinction between protozoa and algae is often vague. Protozoa exist throughout aqueous environments and soil, occupying a range of trophic levels. Life cycle Some protozoa have life stages alternating between proliferative stages (e.g., trophozoites) and dormant cysts. As cysts, protozoa can survive harsh conditions, such as exposure to extreme temperatures or harmful chemicals, or long periods without access to nutrients, water, or oxygen for a period of time. Being a cyst enables parasitic species to survive outside of a host, and allows their transmission from one host to another. Protozoa can reproduce by binary fission or multiple fission. Some protozoa reproduce sexually, some asexually, while some use a combination, (e.g., Coccidia). An individual protozoon is hermaphroditic. Human disease Some protozoa are human parasites, causing diseases. Examples of human diseases caused by protozoa: Malaria Amoebiasis Giardiasis Toxoplasmosis Cryptosporidiosis Trichomoniasis Leishmaniasis Sleeping Sickness Dysentery"

"Sub-groups Protozoa have been divided traditionally on the basis of their means of locomotion, although this character is no longer believed to represent genuine relationships: Flagellates (e.g., Giardia lamblia) Amoeboids (e.g., Entamoeba histolytica) Sporozoans (e.g., Plasmodium knowlesi) Apicomplexa Myxozoa Microsporidia Ciliates (e.g., Balantidium coli)" Let's see what some of these protozoa look like, just picking one randomly?: Myxozoa en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Myxozoaupload.wikimedia.org/wikipedia/commons/thumb/3/3b/Fdl17-9-grey.jpg/220px-Fdl17-9-grey.jpg"The Myxozoa (etymology: Greek: μυξ myx- "slime" or "mucus" + ζώα zoa "animals") are a group of parasitic animals of aquatic environments. Over 1300 species have been described[1] and many have a two-host lifecycle, involving a fish and an annelid worm or bryozoan." Buddenbrockia en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Buddenbrockia_plumatellae** According to our case study at morgellons.org, we have a 'star-shaped' 'entity': morgellons.org/research_micro.htm#item25"10.4 Stellate-shaped (starfish) particles Two distinct stellate morphologies are noted in hot water tank samples, a ribbon-like form and a rounded form (Figure 1). Note that similar forms are described for Morgellons-related fibers (above). These stellate particles, however, are not brightly pigmented. The rounded stellate forms are usually clear, with some showing a faint green interior color, whereas the ribbon forms are light brown in color. The rounded forms are remarkably similar to plant leaf hairs, and may account for the green (chlorophyll) pigmentation." Here is something very similar to the Myxozoa or Buddenbrockia that is being found in diseased trees: whitecanker.net whitecanker.net/WhiteCanker.asp#Iciclewhitecanker.net/Pictures/2008-06-12%20White%20pine%20at%2056%20Cheyenne.jpg(IMO, Protozoa needs its own thread.)

In speaking with Mr. Commonsense, he's used his 'Poor Man's Protocol' for some time and has eliminated most of his symptoms and has received positive feedback from other individuals that it has also helped. He says that he's not exactly sure which of the products work for him but highly recommends the digestive enzyme for the gut terrain. For those that are confused or not sure of what to do to help yourself, his protocol might help until we get some more definite answers. I have no connection to any of the products that he mentions. Of course, any additional supplement needs to be studied for interactions with whatever else you might already be taking or what health issues you have. His protocol is at: morgellonspgpr.wordpress.com/2010/04/17/poor-mans-protocol-2-pmp-ii/

No prob sheredelight... my brain gets stuck on pause all the time too! Sometimes I even miss entire pages of a thread and find I've only replied to the 1 or 2 pages I THOUGHT were there instead of seeing all 4 pages that were there, DUH! Anyhoo, I'm not sure anymore about the salt and morgs now... I don't think salt effects this mess either. I use a ton of it... plus toni did an experiement and the salt granules she used seemed to go hand in hand with morgs as if it were using it just like it uses everything else to do its thing. Maybe if she reads this, she can remember which thread that was on. Actually (and sadly) I really don't know what works against morgs. I know I've tried everything there is to try and not a one ever made me feel any better. That's why I try to stay positive and happy and use mind over matter these days... and it works pretty good sometimes. But this thing has a mind of its own too... and will bring me right to the edge time after time before it finally lets up again. It's one big quagmire isn't it? I'm so glad your wrist isn't painful tho kamsters... and also very happy to see the improvement. But I so know that numb feeling too. There are areas on my feet that I can't even feel anymore... the same goes for other areas of my bod too. I think this mess is playing havoc with our nerve endings. Course when IT wants to electrocute you with its sting and move thru you like a freight train, it sure makes you feel that!! Ya know what kam? I think you stopping the coffee might have something to do with the improvement. I'm trying to stop drinking it too... and for a couple of days I only had 3-4 cups vs. the 10 or more I can normally put away in a day! I started feeling better too... so today I'm on my 5th cup and gonna stop there. Tomorrow I'm only gonna drink 2, then stop completely to see if I notice any change. I felt a little better when I got to Calif too, and I wasn't drinking hardly any coffee there... but was still fighting it every day. Just not as hard as I've been doing the last month. Been home for 4 days now and the first 2-3 days were pretty good. But it's trying its best to hit me again today... which of course I'll just ignore!! It probably has to do with the fact that it started raining again yesterday and is supposed to continue for the next 5 days... oh goody. I swear there's something about the rain (and of course the thunder and lightning) that really wakes this stuff up. That's very discouraging to me too cuz I used to love to dance in the rain. Now, I won't even step out the door if it's raining. It's also been a little strange that some of my severe symptoms are just exactly as they were 1 1/2 years ago. Like the symptom I feel again in my left index finger right at the base between it and my middle finger. It feels like a huge electrical reservoir of goo with a very sharp wire swimming and moving around inside... and it sure can hurt at times. I thought that one had finally gone away too, until now. But it's back just as it was then... so what I need to figure out is what was it that made it go dormant for 1 1/2 yrs? In fact, I'm wondering what I did that made the whole shebang go into an almost dormant stage for a good 6 months. Unfortunately, I don't think it was anything I did... I think that's just how this mess works. But at least I know it'll go dormant-like again since it's done it before. Just wish it would hurry the fu*k up and go to sleep again right now!!! That link you left to the "One Step Blood Test Discovers Protozoa Under Biofilm Structure" is from our frappergirl here on the board. She's Pamela... and sent me that same page in an email. It does sound interesting huh? She sure is doing alot of work for us! As for those starfish looking things... I think they could be the tiny white sparklies we see. Then again, those white finger looking things in your pic above look alot like what I pushed out of my right index finger one day about 4 years ago. I was frantically trying to push the goo out of my hands thru the tips of my fingers when all of a sudden this thick white snake looking thing shot out the end of my finger for about 2-3 seconds before retracting back in just as fast as it appeared. I got a good enough look at it tho... and it even looked angry to me. Here's a sample of mine that so very much reminds me of exactly what I saw shoot out, then back in that day..., It was one of those many morgie moments I'll never forget! Hey kam... can you tell me which of Grady's supps is the digestive enzyme for the gut terrain? I looked, but wasn't sure which one it was. I have most everything on his protocol... but I don't know if I ever got the enzymes or not and it sounds like something that would be good for me. Thanks babe... big hugs ~~ bannanny

Oh my Gosh ,Bannanny. That looks like one very angry snake thingie, excellent picture. Don't you think it looks synthetic ?And i agree, defiantly their is a protozoa with the biofilm. Just went to Morgellons Focus and read the poor man's protocol, vinegar and baking soda, i used to take the baking soda, back to the drawing board i go once again . And flaxseed oil for the toxins....out with the old, in with the new.... Number Five ¡Þ One more thing showing so far with Great Plains labs is: Ova unknown (parasite not present.) But a peculiar point of interest is that each person has shown in their kill agents tested against specimen that they needed 1 to 4 or 5 natural herbal agents known to treat ¨C guess what? Parasites and Fungus ¨C imagine that!

I posted this earlier on another site and since I have it ready to cut and paste - someone was asking about us taking the iodide for the radiation. As you may or may not know - background radiation is all around us, and is in all the foods we eat today - it's considered 'normal'. However, some foods hold more than others.
Potassium iodide is sold in the drug stores here for approx. 2 cents per tablet - a box of 100 costs $2.00, it's a common household medicine cabinet staple. I started taking one tablet a day ever since the Japanese incident AND... because shortly before Japan while doing a little research to find that the radiation of Chernobyl had strongly affected this area I'm in (I posted about this).
Then realizing that by adding what is happening in Japan and looking at the Japanese data added to what already happened with Chernobyl that this area is getting a double-dose Chernobyl exposure.
By putting two and two together, I have made vast improvements in my lesions/health as I have posted on another thread. I stopped using or modified the food products that can contain the most radiation and seeing that most Americans are iodine deficient anyway, figured the pills could not hurt.
The Japanese people eat 100 times more iodine in their diet, mostly through seaweed nori, and I don't think you can get too much as to bring harm? (Of course, one would have to look at the adverse reactions of too much iodine in the diet.)
I believe a that part of my issues, whether or not they are yours, is related to radiation sickness or exposure in some form, I just need some testing to verify this - if I can get doctors to cooperate, which is unlikely. I highly recommend taking the supplement.
If you don't know which foods those are - I will be glad to look that up for you. It's possible that you might be eating more of a particular food that holds more than others. For instance, we eat a lot of potatoes here - I've cut down on eating so many potatoes lately.

Also, some folks in AZ have had their blood work done to find high levels of barium. Barium is known to be in the chemtrail mixture. I started taking epsom salt internally and it seems to help with some symptoms too. en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Epsom_salt"Solutions of sulfate salts such as Epsom salt may be given as first aid for barium chloride poisoning.[14]" Barium vs. barium chloride ?

One more thing - about drinking the teas. I don't trust paper, I don't trust string (remember Barb's green thread?) - I've cultured both to get the 'white fuzzy fungus' growth in the dish.
There's this one tea we get here that comes in a nylon-looking, plastic-like bag instead of a paper bag - do you think I trust that? lol
I'm cutting the bags open and putting the tea into a tea ball some of the time, not every time, but - it's something to think about.
What has happened to this world we live in that we can't even trust an innocent tea bag?

Now, it's Banny time: "I'm so glad your wrist isn't painful tho kamsters... and also very happy to see the improvement. But I so know that numb feeling too." ** TY, Banny - My lesions aren't painful and rarely itch. I was very worried there for a while though, there we coming out over night and in large numbers - all over the place. I continue to improve, except my ears - which are a whole nother story. I just tapped on my wrist with my fingernail, it feels like it has normal sensations now. I was diagnosed with psoriasis, which I don't believe entirely, it had pustules - Barb has the same type. I've been trying to get her to switch her coffee/milk to more tea as an experiment - I don't know if she has or not? It's so hard for us to give up our vices. I asked her about her milk drinking habits, she said she had always been a big milk drinker - and me too. (Milk is another one of those foods that can hold more radiation than others.) "Course when IT wants to electrocute you with its sting and move thru you like a freight train, it sure makes you feel that!!" ** I don't get the electrical shock feelings... I'm not sure what that would be about. Just guessing, I think that maybe since iron/copper being conductors of electricity or in batteries - I would say - heavy metal poisoning or to detox for that. "Ya know what kam? I think you stopping the coffee might have something to do with the improvement." ** Don't know yet but, it's a suspect. I'm re-introducing foods back into my diet one at a time to figure out which one it is. I'm doing what I can to help figure this out. I still have 1 cup of coffee here and there but nothing like I was drinking. "I swear there's something about the rain (and of course the thunder and lightning) that really wakes this stuff up." ** I don't know if you saw where I cultured the rain water here or not, Banny? The dish had aluminium foil growing in it and the acid PH was off the charts. Folks, do NOT allow the rain to touch your skin, if it does, bathe immediately. Put a hat in your car, umbrellas... I don't trust high humidity, fog, snow flakes... (I sound like a total paranoid mess... lol). "Here's a sample of mine that so very much reminds me of exactly what I saw shoot out, then back in that day...," ** He looks peeded off and like he's screaming! Gosh, what have they done to us?... Angels must bless and protect us to preserve our sanity. "That link you left to the "One Step Blood Test Discovers Protozoa Under Biofilm Structure" is from our frappergirl here on the board. She's Pamela..." ** I didn't know that, hi frappergirl! I am so proud of all that we do to try to help each other, we are all definitely warriors. God is going to ask me what I did to help the folks in the time of their need when I try to get into the Pearly Gates... I want to say that I tried, I was as brave as I could be, I maybe didn't do my best - but, I did something. "As for those starfish looking things... I think they could be the tiny white sparklies we see. Then again, those white finger looking things in your pic above look alot like what I pushed out of my right index finger one day about 4 years ago." ** I think I've mentioned that we need a protozoa thread a couple of times, maybe I can bring myself to look into it more - as in - what kills the suckers? lol "Hey kam... can you tell me which of Grady's supps is the digestive enzyme for the gut terrain?" It's called "Digest Gold"... here's the link: www.enzymedica.com/products/Digest_GoldLove you, Banny... how's Freaky doing?

Study where your tea or coffee is coming from, I know most of the planet is polluted but some places or processes might be more contaminated than others.
