Here's how I'm approaching what's at the core in the food department... I'm changing certain foods to eliminate those with the highest in radiation. Water is our number one radiation source; naturally, it takes water to grow food however - some foods hold more radiation than others. 1. You have to modify your water in some way. Either by filtering, double filtering, boiling it, not drinking out of plastic bottles, try to find a fluoride-free water, if possible, etc. I'm drinking water with a little epsom salt in it or lemon or taking some baking soda on the side... trying to keep my PH up. I just learned that iodine can purify water - I am taking and recommending the supplements. 2. The foods highest in radiation are: merrilynhope.com/what-foods-can-i-eat-to-prevent-radiation-poisoning/The way I think about it is, if water is the culprit - then avoid foods that are liquid or have a lot of liquid inside them. We see that bananas and brazil nuts hold a lot... we know that certain mushrooms do.

I'm reading about how the Japanese people are taking their seed products prior to March 11 and growing their own food. I wonder if they are growing it indoors?
Anyway, I'm thinking that an in-home or enclosed from the elements greenhouse of some kind might be a good idea? Americans are so ingenious when it comes to building things - I'm thinking a make-shift one out of thick plastic might work, in some cases in some low wind areas? This could be done very affordably with certain materials.
Buy and store some seeds.

I know sheredelight... it does look like a little angry snake huh? This stuff sure can take on alot of different forms tho... and why I think it confuses us so much! I'm still not convinced morgs is a parasite myself... I think it's something man made and it got out of control. I mean how could it be something that's simply alive when nothing we try effects it in the least? So the way I see it is it can't be a normal living creature... cuz you can't kill something that was never truly "alive" to begin with.
Funny thing about the Iodide pills kammy... they're what Dr. Matthews gave me when he could still treat morgies. You know he's a morgie himself too... and swears by the Iodide. He also told me you can take up to as many as a hundred a day if you were so inclined to and they couldn't hurt you. But for me, when I started taking them my morg symptoms got so bad I had to back off. So I still have a good 3/4 of the bottle left sitting up in my cupboard along with all my other supps. Maybe I'll start on them again (at a much smaller dose tho) and see what happens this time.
I really am happy your wrist is clearing up... happy that you're feeling a bit better too. I'm having a hard time quitting the coffee myself... but I'm at least down to 4 cups a day now. Course just talking about it makes me wanna go upstairs and get me a cup, duh! I tried drinking black tea instead, but it made me feel sick to my stomach, so that's not an option for me. Maybe I'll get me some Postum... that's what I started drinking when I was told to stop drinking coffee by a doc back when I was in my 30's. I was hypoglycemic and having anxiety attacks... and he said if I stopped the coffee I'd feel alot better, and I did. So maybe I'll go that route again... I'll give it a shot anyway.
I'm glad you don't get the electrical stings kam... they suck! But I'm also thinking we all have different ways of describing what we feel. So my "electrical sensations" could be the same as your biting sensations (or whatever.) It's just always felt very electrical to me tho, so that's how I describe it. It's like a stinging electrical zap given off by the transparent strands (and the particles they emit) for the most part. I do remember you culturing rain water... and I know this stuff is in it cuz it's in the air. Shoot, ya can't even love the rain anymore.
Anyhoo, thanks for the link to the enzymes and thanks for being you kamsters. You don't need to worry about gettin into the pearly gates either... He already knows about everything you do to try and help and about all the people you love! You're a shoe in honey.. and thanks for all the water, food, and radiation info too!
love you guys ~~ bannanny
P.S. I need to call freaky... I don't think she's doin too good right now, so I will.

Dizziness? Well, ty Banny - I'm studying about electricity today - not the kind that comes out of the wall socket - the kind that is inside of us, our foods, our brains... in the meantime for those that are having issues with dizziness: www.youtube.com/watch?v=QikUTAmeE0M&NR=1

I remember Dr. Hildy saying morgs is creating way more electricity in our bodies than what we're normally supposed to have. Course, she couldn't explain why (at the time.) All I know is I feel like one big magnet with a huge electrical circuit breaker growing inside of me. Wish I knew how to short circuit me!!!

WOW kamsters! What a video of the boy and his magnetism!! I'm not able to do that... but I used to be able to turn my tv off and on back in California just by sitting next to it. My phones didn't last long either... had to replace them all the time. But as for things sticking to me... the morg goo and all it produces seems to be the only things that do.

I know other parts of the world are having a much rougher time than here. I just wanted to note that this week we've had the Norovirus and enterohaemorrhagic E. coli (EHEC) viral and bacterial alerts of an outbreak in Northern Germany. And the volcanic ash is affecting the northern area also: Iceland eruption ending, German airports to reopen news.yahoo.com/s/nm/us_iceland_volcanoThe ash is over the northern part of the country today. EHEC outbreak worries Germany May 24, 2011 crofsblogs.typepad.com/h5n1/2011/05/ehec-outbreak-worries-germany.htmlThey are still trying to track down the source of the illness, it went through 8 states in two days, it is fast moving. (Germany's states are much smaller than American States, Germany is approximately the size of California.) We're waiting to see what they find. It is usually caused by bacteria in the feces of cows, goats and sheep (they still put the old fashioned kind of manure on some their fields here, what a concept?) and/or can be carried by flies. It's a pretty serious bacteria - a healthy 24 year old woman died from it yesterday, and you usually have to go to the hospital with it. "The Robert Koch Institute (RKI), the national disease-control and prevention agency, said that over the past two weeks more than 80 cases of potentially fatal haemolytic uraemic syndrome (HUS), caused by EHEC, have been recorded. "The number of serious cases in such a short time period is very unusual, and the age groups affected is also untypical," the RKI said in a statement."

Greetings ! I had to read this whole thing because it was so fascinating.
I have found with the really bad lesions if I make a poultice with gauze and pack the lesions in organic golden seal and some of the skin heal balm(make a paste) it helps a great deal with the soreness/redness. I change mine two or more times a day.
Detoxing should be a gently approached thing because the pathways block in us morgellons people, and when uncovering biofilm out pops the bad protozoa underneath and the immune system goes to fight that and can't clear the toxins out.
Using lymphatic drainage with something like the lymph star lymph drainage should be useful and help move out toxins. The lymph system is the pathway and if its blocked the immune system does not work correctly. The lymph nodes function as furnaces that kill the pathogens. And lymph glands, the tonsils, spleen, etc. Thus, we can say that the lymphatic system is essentially the pathway of our immune system.
When detoxing we need to resupply our bodies with the minerals we are so desperately in need of.
Also I would say spirulina over chorella -spirulina has the same wonderful properties but will not pull everything else out of the body good plus bad. Chorella pulls metals, toxens, and some good things out so if needed should be taken away from other supplements 2 hours apart at least. FrapperGAttachments:

Does taking supplements place a strain on the immune system?
Is the immune system working harder to break down a tablet?
I always thought that to be true, what do others think?
Thanks - itchin

Hi Itchen
I agree, but with the fatigue and all were kinda stuck with doing what we can. I try to get liquids and powders when I can. Also veg caps when I can to help out. Boy when I do to many different vitamins my kidneys will bother me.
Now that I am way better then when I fisrt started I want to try a couple of juicing receipes I have gotten. Once that builds up muscle and tones the skin and another that builds up the emmune system.

I too try to take liquid or powder as opposed to tablets, but that's difficult as most are in tablet form. I take approximately 25 tablets a day & that doesn't include the liquid & powder. I don't take prescribed meds other than Melatonin.

I've also heard that we're selenium deficient. The potassium iodide protects the thyroid and glandular system against radioactive isotopes, where the selenium helps protect the other systems. www.nutriherb.net/selenium.htmlAbout Selenium "Selenium is a trace mineral and an important nutrient to fight diseases like cancer and heart disease. This was in the news yesterday... ‘Electrosensitive’ say modern life makes them ill today.msnbc.msn.com/id/43172844/ns/today-today_health/"Much of modern life — the buzzing of cell phones, the humming of laptops, the ubiquity of wifi — is enough to give anyone a headache. But what if electromagnetic waves really did make you sick?"

I have a friend back home that is a nurse at a prominent university hospital who, I'm hearing, has suffered some sort of mental breakdown to the point that they are giving her shock treatments. This worries me. She's the type of nurse that doesn't necessarily agree with the doctor's orders or ways of treating and is quite outspoken and compassionate. The work schedule over the years of 18 hour days, at times, has taken its toll on her - it has to, she's on 'burn out' and exhaustion. The doctors have her to where she can't even drive now... they've made a 'zombie' out of her - most concerning. We're all are a little depressed from time to time or have been majorly depressed at one time or another, it seems like that would be a natural part of the 'territory'? - look at what the heck has happened to us! Just be careful, if you have to take anti-depressants, they are pill-pushers and their drugs are worse than any natural growing leaf outside has ever been... lol Anyone having trouble with depression?
