Hi Vickie, That sounds interesting and it's good benefits (I just looked up the RespriaCell product) you'd mentioned. I've take Cilantro supplements on and off which is said also to remove heavy metals. I also eat quite a bit too of cilantro, at least once a week just because I love it's flavor. www.naturodoc.com/library/treatments/removing_heavy_metals.htm

www.huffingtonpost.com/susan-buchanan/private-seafood-tests-unc_b_820002.html""To my horror, the results showed extremely elevated levels of cadmium... But they came back from the lab containing 9,780 mg/kg of total petroleum hydrocarbons, which was a bit alarming." Cadmium poisoning en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Cadmium_poisoning"Buildup of cadmium levels in the water, air, and soil has been occurring particularly in industrial areas. Environmental exposure to cadmium has been particularly problematic in Japan where many people have consumed rice that was grown in cadmium contaminated irrigation water. This phenomenon is known under the name itai-itai disease.[2] Food is another source of cadmium. Plants may only contain small or moderate amounts in non-industrial areas, but high levels may be found in the liver and kidneys of adult animals. Cigarettes are also a significant source of cadmium exposure. Although there is generally less cadmium in tobacco than in food, the lungs absorb cadmium more efficiently than the stomach.[3] Aside from tobacco smokers, people who live near hazardous waste sites or factories that release cadmium into the air have the potential for exposure to cadmium in air. However, numerous state and federal regulations in the United States control the amount of cadmium that can be released to the air from waste sites and incinerators so that properly regulated sites are not hazardous. The general population and people living near hazardous waste sites may be exposed to cadmium in contaminated food, dust, or water from unregulated releases or accidental releases. Numerous regulations and use of pollution controls are enforced to prevent such releases. Acute exposure to cadmium fumes may cause flu like symptoms including chills, fever, and muscle ache sometimes referred to as "the cadmium blues." Symptoms may resolve after a week if there is no respiratory damage. More severe exposures can cause tracheo-bronchitis, pneumonitis, and pulmonary edema. Symptoms of inflammation may start hours after the exposure and include cough, dryness and irritation of the nose and throat, headache, dizziness, weakness, fever, chills, and chest pain. The urinary beta-2 microglobulin test is an indirect method of measuring cadmium exposure."

Fluoride is garbage, really bad for you...They have 10 times the amount in tooth paste in Africa than anywhere else ,over the safe limit, i remember reading. The Elite want to depopulate the planet, they have there gender and i have mine. And i refuse point blank to be apart of their puppet's on string thingie, they can take a long walk of a short pier. I've been using tooth paste without fluoride for a few years, and its cheaper... And for water i boil it all, then put into blue bottled glass, and sit them in the sun for an hour, shake a Little , and wallah all clean...

Here's a water filtration system that looks good... (I do not work for them). I can see that they are kind of expensive, I see a smaller one that is somewhat affordable to some. I'm not sure about these $20 filters that we're most likely using, without naming names. If you know of any brand that is good and is less expensive, please share? bigberkey.com/

Taurine, The Universal Detoxifier tinyurl.com/67cz9zz"The most important thing to remember about exposure to any kind of toxin within our environment is that it must be actively targeted with the correct detox products, binders, and chelators in order for our body to release the build up that has occurred. These poisons will not just go away on their own."

Why a Colon Cleanse? www.healinggrapevine.com/recover-now/detox-protocols/why-a-colon-cleanse.html"Across the alternative medical community, care givers are recommending a comprehensive colon cleanse as part of the protocol necessary to release built up toxins in the intestines and increase the absorption ability of the intestines to help support and feed our entire system. Releasing the tar-like build up that occurs over and individuals lifetime is the first step to taking back control of the digestive system. If this system is functioning correctly, there is no need for anti-acid, acid reflux, and all those OCT (over the counter) products that Americans swallow by the handfuls every day!"

TY, guys - I'm out there looking at what might help and figure I might as well share stuff when I find it - it might help someone else, too... I don't know if you're aware that Lindsey Williams said in this last interview for us to be more prepared to do more in-home medical treatments for ourselves (like we already haven't learned this lesson?) in the future. Also, I heard a rumor that a lot of doctors aren't going to be pleased with the new health care plan, for whatever reason, and there might be a number of them that will not be practicing any longer after it takes place. I haven't looked to see what their complaints are or what this issue is about, so I don't really know for sure. But, I said before and I think it's a good idea to know some basics about herbs. I just saw this youtube and there's this leaf that grows outside called a plantain, which we've all seen a million times, and it has medicinal properties for stings, cuts, acne, skin... it looks like this: botanical.com/botanical/mgmh/p/placom43.htmlAnd this video shows these kids chewing on it out of their yard and applying with their saliva... (kinda' scary isn't it? take that in the house and wash it first! lol) Home Remedy Secrets: www.youtube.com/watch?v=kmhOM1fdF7s&feature=fvwrel
