NAC modified QDs were internalized to a lesser extent and were less cytotoxic than unmodified QDs. Cytotoxicity was correlated with Fas upregulation on the surface of treated cells. QD treated cells had increased membrane lipid peroxidation. Moreover, peroxidized lipids were detected at the mitochondrial level, contributing to the impairment of mitochondrial functions as shown by the MTT reduction assay and imaged with confocal microscopy.
So does that mean I should start taking my NAC again? All that stuff is soooo hard for me to compute that I feel like a real dummy anymore!

Well, I think passing gas is a good thing... so go for it girl! I do!!!!
I got my Hyssop today and started it along with wormwood and buffer ph. I'm gonna try those 3 things for now and see if I can get this dam goo under control again. If that doesn't work, I'll start the NAC and HCL Pepsin again too.
