There's a great chart on the link below with ratings of which foods and spices (etc) have more salicylates than others.
Seasonings
Garlic
Parsley
Chives Vinegar
Soy sauce
Saffron Fennel Vegemite Canella
Cummin
Curry powder
Dill dry
Garam masalla
Oregano
Paprika hot
Rosemary
Thyme
Turmeric
Mustard
And now I finally understand why my "dry mustard powder" wash works so well. Mustard is on the high end of containing salicylates.
If anyone tries it, you'll wonder how you ever lived without it-with or without morgs. It is that great.
I'll find the old post about how to mix it into your shampoo or body wash - which (( seriously )) will make you feel BRAND NEW after every shower and hair washing.
www.food-info.net/uk/qa/qa-fi27.htm *If anyone has allergies to aspirin (because of salicylates/salicylic acid)...they shouldn't ever use the "mustard wash".

Well, instead of searching and hunting for the old post or video on mixing mustard again,
just take 1/2 tsp to 1 full tsp ((( dry ground mustard powder ))) the stuff in the little container from the spice isle in the grocery store, and mix that with a couple or a few tsps. of water. Let sit till it "makes a strong mustard tea".
Add that "mustard tea" to your body wash or shampoo.
I'd not put the mustard tea into the "entire bottle of shampoo" I'd use an empty shampoo bottle and just pour the amount of shampoo and or body wash you're going to use "for that shower" into the empty bottle with the mustard "tea".
Shake that up, and take your shower. You can wash from head to toe with this (if you're not allergic to aspirin/salicylics).
And talk about cleaner than clean...oh, you'll want to do happy flips you'll feel so clean after a hair washing and shower with this.
Don't leave it in your hair too long, 5 min max, and then wash it out. Your hair will be like silk....and that's a promise.
