Update:
The tetracycline is KICKING IT'S ASS! I'm nearly symptom free. Furthermore I saw a morgs blog where Dr. Ginger Savely had scripted this gal doxycycline when the rocephin gave her a bad reaction. Doxy is the "easy" version of tetracycline - doesn't complex with food so much and is easier on the tummy so the usually script that but tetra has ALWAYS been more effective. NO COINCIDENCE folks - she knows these work!
BRING IT MORGS - I'M GONNA KNOCK YOU OUT BEEEYAAAATCH!

Chem, this is great news! It's only been about a week, or a little more, since you started it, right?
Does this change your thoughts that I should try Schwartz first? I'm still thinking you were right about that, but it may do more good for everyone if I can get on the tetra in a week so we can have more data.
How is your supply of the tetra? Are you going to be able to keep going with it?
Has anyone else here tried tetra with any success or nonsuccess? Or the usual diminishing of symptoms and recurrence?

I run out today I have a pretty strong iummune system so I'm expecting a short relapse and then for it to fade just as it happened when I got Lyme in 1994. Gonna get interesting NOW! G
