Impetigo (if they diagnosed it correctly) is strep or staph. In adults, it is usually staph.

when i see meth users pics with sores, look closely, coupled with "crank bug" propaganda!!!! i question if
the morgellons organism was laced into the government
released drugs, as this is easily spread among drug users.
it is known around here, that pure heroin is
periodically released as a type of population control.
the crank bug made it easy to dop us.
it appears all orchestrated.
i grew up in the 60's, 70's.
no type of amphetemine back
then produced "bugs" and lesions.
picking zits, may have been entertaining,
but in the end.............remained 'inflamed zits'.

www.dailymail.co.uk/pages/live/articles/showbiz/showbiznews.html?in_article_id=537189&in_page_id=1773Amy Winehouse was seen buying a brand new sunbed yesterday - but it will take more than that to fix her shocking skin. The singer was seen leaving her Camden home with the two- coin-sized rash on her face, which her spokesperson previously described as "impetigo". Impetigo is an infection of the skin caused by a bacteria which causes a blistered crusty rash. Amy's skin looks shockingly blemished and scabby, raising concerns about her healthHowever, the rash, which she has reportedly been taking antibiotics to clear up, does not appear to be healing. Presumably attempting to clear up her skin, the singer invested in a white sunbed that was delivered to her London home yesterday. In general, Amy's health seems to have deteriorated since her comeback Grammys performance, with her once healthy-looking skin now appearing scabby and blemished. But even a tan would not be able to hide the fresh scratches which were evident on her arm, which raises more fears about the singer's well-being, and whether she may be self-harming. The Grammy winner was first spotted with the infection - which initially revealed itself as a lump on her face - early in the month, fuelling speculation that it was caused by a hard knock on her face. Fresh cuts: The marks on Amy's arm will cause concern that the singer has started self-harming again. She has admitted cuttting herself before as a childWinehouse tried to cover it with heavy make-up but that failed to hide the appearance of the infection. A close friend confirmed the health scare, adding that Amy had "suffered some form of skin infection — maybe an allergic reaction". And her spokesman insisted: "Amy has been diagnosed with impetigo, which she's been told can be highly contagious "Because of that, she's been put on antibiotics and may have to stay home alone for the next few days." However, Amy has not stayed home, and has been seen out a number of times partying with pals Kelly Osbourne and Mark Ronson. Record bosses are said to be set to order her back to rehab after hearing rumours that she is back on drugs again. But she walked out just two weeks later to perform via satellite-link at the Grammys, where she won five awards. A source said recently: "All the optimism after the Grammys has gone. Amy is sliding towards oblivion." Meanwhile, Rolling Stone Keith Richards has revealed the only modern pop star he rates is troubled Amy.

It's really starting to look like she has Morgellons, how do we reach out to her? I've never in my life tried to contact a singer or any show biz person but there should be a way to, anyone know? This poor kid is in the public eye so she would be more than freaked by Morgellons and I'm so afraid for the younger folks that get it, if she has self harmed in the past then i fear she may think of hurting herself or ending it when it gets real bad, sometimes we feel thats the answer, a young person may feel that even stronger. We have lost to many. What can we do?

Sue,
I often wonder about the make up artist in California. Now, all that make up and celebrities constantly being made up.......................... well do they use their own make up?
disposable brushes/applicators?
I wonder how that works.
I know I can't wear make up anymore. It grows right in the stuff.
Also, the hair stylist, massase therapist all that direct contact with skin, hair,.
sitting in same seat?
wearing clothes from a studio for movies? Those clothes must be full of morgellons and movie stars are probably going to be getting this more and more.
Yes, this Amy is on 24 years old. It must be much worse in the public light.
Notice she was on Antibiotics? So was the other actor from Australia. He partied with Mary Kate OLsen................wonder what she is up too?
I just can't remember his name the brougback moutain movie guy?
This is going to hit real real real big and celebrities will get it. Probably already do. We would never know unless a story like this one comes out.
All we do is speculate. But with AMY, I am 99.9 percent sure, she has it. There is a "V" on her nose. I have seen that. Look at her forehead and inbetween the brows. She may have been itching her arm or those unusual appearing scratches we get.
She is from London. On the link to the article.............................. I did write to tell her about morgellons and get a doctor to treat her.
There is a place to leave comments.
She had alot of comments but I didn't see any for morgellons. SO I put one there.

My comment is not there yet.........................wonder if it was censored?
There were 59 comments to the story and NOT ONE had morgellons. That is odd.
Her tatoos now we know are not helping her

Dearest Kmarie how is the job going please let us know if you adapting to it and liking it. I am so glad that you bought the topic of make up , up I cann't wear it at all it itches and smudges even lipstick. Kmarie I firmly believe that these things breed i n the cracks of our lips, and when I was working and nearly at the end of my tether it was absoluely useless using a mascara wand as it just clogged up every time I tried to use one. Off course it was the mites I AM VERY VERY SURE On the rare occassion that I go out for lunch with my daughter and her God Parents I use some make up base and I look at the lipstick I am going to use AND YOU CAN SEE THESE THINGS ARE STUCK IN THE LIPSTICK ITSELF!!!!!!! I have found that vaseline is the best things for my lips! Once upon a time I wouldn't go up to the letter box with out make up on. When I started going without it I felt ashamed but now I don't care. Well deep down I do But i can not and will not use or do anything that will make this condition worse. I am looking forward to hearing about your job and yourself. Much much love and hugs. Robbie

Dearest Kmarie I haven't seen an adult with impetago it is most usually found in school children and was given the name school sores. Christine came home with them once and I nearly had fits. But Christine and all the other children I saw from her school never had impetago on their faces!!!!!!!!! I used to pick her up from school everyday and new most of the children and parents from our local school. Non of the adults had it and the children that had it was mostly on arms and legs. Thought you might be interested. Much love. Robbie

I'd gotten Impetigo too when my body lesions first popped out. Underneath my bottom lip and on my chin area was a mess.
I used Bactroban cream for 3-4 days, and it went away and never came back.
I've heard of other Morgies too getting Impetigo, which I thought by the many getting this also, that that was very common with Morgellons.

Kmarie I left a comment but it didn't show up, strange. I hope this girl finds help. It's very sad to see all the ugly comments. Sometimes I wonder why folks always jump to conclusions that folks are on drugs. For the young folks out there with singing careers, Lord help them when they get sick, seems to be the first comment out of the fans mouth. Very sad.

Sue,
My comment didn't get posted either................still 59 comments.
They may not want the "M" word associated with a celebrity!
Yes, Toni,
I had the crusty impetigo in my 1st year ONE TIME. It came suddenly and was gone in 2 days. (thankfully)
