A friend of a friend, of an acquaintance of a friend's friend, was told by a former DEA agent that the reason there are fibers in U.S. paper currency these days is not so much to prevent counterfeiting, but, to be able to determine how much money one has on their body, suitcase, car, or home.
Supposedly, they are able to scan a boat or house from an airplane and determine within $100.00 the amount of money in their immediate surroundings. Their logic must be if lots of money is detected, they must be running or possessing drugs.
Now, what if they decided to put fibers in the U.S. population so that they can track who, where, what is said, and how much money you are carrying?
Have we become human transmitters without our permission? It would not surprise me.
I think I am going to start wearing clothing made of aluminum foil.
