sputum on Q3 at 200X looks like eggs of chagas. before hatching, they would quickly turn dark (like the largest sphere in photo). when completely covered in a dark fuzz, i think it hatched.

How about a shot without the bubbles? I know there's activity inside the O2 bubbles (alot of White spore fission going on) ....but that's more difficult to see on film.
If you photograph the tannish/grey/black patterns amongst those bubbles you might see those Schuffners Dots (Black spores) and the intricate creative patterns that the dots make. The less bubbles the better.
*** They are dots from a straight on shot but if you look at them with a blurred view from 45 degree angle you will see them as dark, tiny, ferro-magnetic mushroom shapes.*** (((They will move slowly with jerking magnetic movements.)))

kamefromsky, when I let the bubbles dry I notice the dentritic shapes inside and around the bubbles. Do you have a dry sample to show us?

kamefromsky, Tiny bubbles and dancing bubbles ....I'm alway concerned when I see any bubbles on anything that don't pop right away!! I think it's one of the first stages along with or one in the same of the black specks. You know the seed /spore the beginning !! I have a good video for you to see of the bubbles appearing out of no where ..soon as I can learn how to post it. It would be interesting to see what they look like when they are dry, that's next. You did a real nice job on the photo , great detail and color. maasena

you can see the fuzz on several spheres. fuzz has to be spores and come from within O2 correct? they would also take an almost elliptical shape cone sphere.
