lilsis, thanks for the article. quote:The CDC does not consider Morgellons a reportable disease, and refers to it as “unexplained dermopathy.” OK, but if they don't know what it is, how do they know it's not contagious and should be considered a "reportable" disease. Don't you think they would originally have it as reportable until they figure out if it is contagious or not? The CDC knows what it is. That's why it's not reportable. They know it's not "contagious"....they know everyone has it, it is just "us" who are not integrating it the way we are supposed to JMO godsgrace

"According to Knilans, all of the lab tests and biopsies performed on her came back normal, causing doctors to claim that it was all in her head."
from the article .. Ya! all tests are normal cause they are testing Known pathogens . No known pathogens have been found , so why don't we look for zebras lab techs and stop looking for horses please.
We really need to put the money in the hands of researchers who are looking to find the difference between morgellons folks and those without it until no one is a non morgellons person folks thats the only thing thats gonna put morgellons in the text books these lab techs use
They simply have nothing to look for cause what morgellons is has not been found as of yet and with no funding it wont .

Right moe, they won't find anything, if it was "just run some tests and find it" we would have had this long ago, the truth is they don't care, and others know much information and won't release it.

HI Moe, She was referring to Testing done Pre-CDC Study. This is what our regular Doctors have "NOT" found with all of us and Judy was not talking about what the CDC found or didn't find because she is not in the Study. Judy Knilans does the light therapy. Let this go to the CDC Military Lab..... which the next phase will be evaluating and Military Labs are going to have a larger data base of pathogens. I agree. Need to donate too for our private researchers. The good thing is that we know Jan. 2009, CDC will have something to tell us. It can't be all in our heads because there are far too many of us and children. Let's not jump to negative conclusions. Even if we don't like what they say, we won't give up.Have to remain positive as hard as that is, and remember it will ultimately be better for your own health to stay away from assumtions and negative thinking.More Media will occur on TV with the 2 segment program on The Doctors which will generate public interest and the CDC cannot ignore the large request for answers from us. Especially those with children.Kmarie

Jumping at the opportunities we know are before us right now will do more good than making assumptions on bits and pieces of incomplete info. No discovery has ever been made without mistakes being made along the way, and we can't find out what will work for us until trial and error narrows our future course of action.. Whatever does happen with the study, it's more than we had when this all began. Our goals will still be the same and we'll be just as determined to see them through.

And now that I've learned about MTBE and PM 1, et al- I wonder how big a part that plays in the mix.

JJill, thanks, it is so nice to have some others agree with me. I have had a lot of rotten tomatoes thrown at me here in this forum because it is so difficult for some to believe and accept the truth.
It was not easy for me either, for the first 3 days after learning that AIDS was man-made, that I, myself was ill due to biological weapons and that everyone is infected with at least one strain of mycoplasma... I could not function, literally. I walked around in a severe state of shock and slowly came out of it.
Can you please explain MTBE and PM1 in English?
I'm trying to figure out the DNA aspect but it is very difficult to read through so much info.
thanks girlfriend, you rock!!
