anyone else experience this - it happed very frequently before i underwent heavy lyme treatment. but lately it's happening again...it feels as if my body is transmitting some kind of radiowave - i feel almost electrical if that makes sense. i dont hear specific songs or anything clear (i.e. it's not like i have "love shack" playing in my head) - instead it's a faint radio noise like the dj talking or other music of which i can't discern clear words.
it was the worst when i began IV treatment...i heard it ALL THE TIME.
what do you think this is caused by...i think it's something to do with electromagnetic waves and static electricity and whatever this sh*t inside my body is...just curious on any theories ya'll might have.

Emily,
I know exactly what you're saying. My wife (KJ) hears music also being generated from various appliances in our house. It sounds crazy but I know it's true.
Have you tried (as an experiment) turn off and unplug everything in your home... just for about 5 - 10 minutes... to see if you still hear the sounds? Big offenders are the refrigerator and the air-conditioner. Anything else that may have a fan like your computer, laptop, printer, etc... turn those off also. If you have lights with dimmers try to defeat them, not just turn the dimmer down, but actually turn it off it the dimmer has a little switch. If not, and you know how to do it, just flip off the circuit breakers.
Try that, then go lay down on your bed and be as still as you can be. Do you still hear the noises? Also, could the noise interference be coming from outside? Noisy road? High-tension electrical wires?
When KJ tries that... she gets instant relief. But then when we turn the a/c back on, she starts hearing the music. Yea, it can really frazzle your mind.

Yes, I used to hear voices talking gibberish coming out of a box fan. This was at the house where I believe I became contaminated.

I know Lymw causes auditory halucinations. I often hear little bells ringing.

It is actually a fairly accepted fact that metal in the mouth can act as radio receiver - it's true. Many people have reported picking up radio stations. I bet you'd find people's experiences and maybe even scientific explanations if you google dental fillings and radio or something like that. I heard someone speaking about it on the radio recently.

Liatris WOW! I'm going to have to look into that. Not today though...heat warning still in effect! Way too hot to stay home and even more at the computer whew!
I thought that was a rare variation of tinnitus which I was diagnosed with in like '01, a couple years before the onset of Morgellons. That's what my carrot identifying (for an idea of where her head was at) PCP said when I brought it to her attention a few years back.
I had the music/radio thing happen a few times, tripped me out. That totally coincides with what Dr. Clark says, what you're saying. She says mouth metals is responsible for tinnitus. I believe Lyme is a mouth bacterium as Dr. Clark says also 'cause there are so many Lyme/Morgellon/metal similarities. So yeah I could see Lyme/metal/tinnitus/auditory hallucinations (good one Scrambo, that's what it is totally) they're all the same thing to me.
I'm working side jobs and depositing all that money into my savings. Soon as it's high enough I plan on getting all my mouth redone and am so looking forward to it!
Thanks for the info...can't wait to look into that one.

Carrie - be REALLY careful if you are going to have the amalgam fillings removed. I had a couple removed uncarefully and got seroiusly mercury poisoned - my skin had large patches of numbness on them for 9 months. And this DDS was supposedly going to remove them safely and did not. What a jerk ! I don't know if you are up on all the safe removal details - but, if you want, contact me before you do it and we can share notes. The reason the mercury hit me so hard is cuz I have serious bacterial overgrowth of the small intestines and bacteria methylate the mercury which makes it WAYYYYY more toxic. When I was younger, when they installed it in my teeth, I did not experience that problem - not that it was a good idea - but it really depends on your ability to detoxify it and if you super methylate it. Better to leave it in than have it removed improperly. So if you are not staying in cause of the heat - where is it cooler ? Out in the SUN ??!!! Perhaps you are going to a nice little swimming hole ? If so - sounds lovey - enjoy whatever you do !

That's too bad yo...sorry about that. After the "severe" onset, which was late of '03 through summer of '04. I mean, I was bad, super bad. I don't know how I did it or what I'd have done if things hadn't forcefully changed for me like they did. Sorry...once I think about it which I don't do too often anymore I am just blown away at where I was, how fast I got there and how I was treated by my family and the community that was designed to help me. I don't know if they could have helped me though, it was something I had to go through and experience. Anyway...blah...I was removed from the sickening environment August of '04. By January of '05 I was sitting in a dentist chair having like 8, maybe more teeth removed...at one sitting! Now you know I went through something 'cause I used to have okay teeth 'til that time and having to have that many teeth out at one time...what the hell right? Even he said, "Dang, what happened to you? It looks like you used to have good teeth?" Yeah, morgified! I had one of those big beats in my mouth and caught it with a qtipp and some strong antiseptic stuff one time 'cause it moved to where a hole was in my in the teeth line up where I could jab it and leave it pinned 'til the antiseptic finally made it give up the struggle. Ewe I remember that, it was so nasty. I don't think I've ever told anyone that story yet...ha progress! Ha...wish I'd have kept that! Whatever encapsulated that beast or something happened and I had a total raw area on my gums and jaw line where I bust it and killed the beat at for days. Nasty, it was totally a fluke of the worm species, not fluke like "just a fluke." Geeze...didn't expect that? Me too. I guess it's 'cause I turned on the AC and am feeling more comfortable now. Yeah we're going back out to the river...way too hot to be any where else and yeah could sit in the AC home but that isn't any fun. Thanks and we plan to enjoy it all! The point of the tooth/mouth thing. No they didn't use amalgam removal protocol and yes thank you still for bringing it up I am very aware that they should be doing that. I didn't know either so I didn't take my own precautions at least by swallowing some charcoal before and/or after. I'll switched dental plans at work 'cause the one plan that let me see a self proclaimed mercury free, IAOMT dentist was way, over the top expensive and I had to pay 50%. So now, I'm seeing the cheap one, or will sometime soon where all the co pays are minimal like $5 and I'll have to pay very little for any work that has to be done. Most the teeth they took out with in the 8 had metals in them but I've still got quite a bit more teeth, like 5 that are metal ridden. So Emily CT and others with "auditory hallucinations"...got mouth metals? www.iaomt.org/

liatris, yes that is exactly the side the frequency came in,
where i have a metal cap! the reason the frequencies have reduced could be that i lost a couple teeth that were mostly metal?!

Hey I looked for some info on the tooth/radio thing and couldn't find much. Some say it's like an urban myth. I particularly enjoyed this communities conversation... I like what Guenivier had to say...we're not the only folks out there sick of the lies we've been fed eh? community.discovery.com/eve/forums/a/tpc/f/9401967776/m/1751923739If anyone fines any good links please post them. Yum...metal molars...how many licks (years) does it take to get to the mercury filled center?

Same here too with the music, no words, just beautiful angelic music coming from an oscillating fan and a ceiling fan (of all things ) that I use to keep the air circulating around. It only happens that I hear it... I'd say about every 6 months or so for a couple days, then it goes away. What's really weird, is the very first time I'd ever heard that was about 15 years ago (from a ceiling fan too) after being up for days from coming here to Vegas to visit/gamble/party (before I moved here). Then being totally wiped out when I got back home then to CA, I followed the music in my home to a bedroom ceiling fan, and thought I must be delirious from no sleep from being in Vegas. But now having Morgellons (probably had it then too, but didn't know it) I hear it every blue moon from the same type appliances. The fans. How werid huh.

I can laugh about it now but for months I heard buzzing and static . It seemed to surround me. Then I started to hear music but only during the day. I thought well that's it. Im stark raving nuts. I didnt tell a soul. One night my husb asked if I talked to Chris--(mold removal guy) about replacing the intercom system. I had no idea what he was talking about. Seems he thought Chris told me there was an old NuTone radio intercom system in the walls. The previous owners had covered over the speakers in each room. When they were de-molding the house it must have jostled some wires cause it picked up an AM station!!

I don't have any metal in my mouth and I still hear weird sounds periodically. I started thinking it was the morgs talking to me.
Anyway be careful with mercury as the Lyme bugs concentrate it.
When I had my very old silver/mercury fillings taken out the dentist put a conductivity meter on each one. My fillings were from the time the dentist did everything by hand. He was very good. Any mercury there had gone long before. The more modern silver fillings are loaded with mercury.

back in the late 1980's I woke up in the middle of the night hearing "Love Boat, something exciting and new..." I could hear Julie talking to the bartender (Isaac?) and the canned laughter.
So I got up to make sure the tv wasn't on in the other room. Nope. I went back to bed and I could clearly hear the dialogue continue. I got up again and put my ear to the wall to see if my neighbor had her tv on. Nope. I could even hear the commercials when I was lying down.
It was one of the weirdest experiences I have ever had....

I hear voices in the wind all the time which blows A-LOT up here. 60 mph is about normal during the windy season. Voices, music and all, but lately I've been seein people too. Looney you say....... you betcha, I'm a morgie right?
I've seen an old man walk across the yard and a kid with a ballcap on sittin on the fence, same two people at different times and more than once.
I hear members of my family calling my name when they're not even anywhere close by too. But it all comes and then goes for awhile before comin back again.
I figure we're either pickin up signals becuz we're electronic little nano machines now, or we're simply perceptive and receptive, or we're simply loopy from havin morgs! But we're the best at doin what we do eh?
love ya's ~~ nanonanobrain
