Anyone get this symptom (numb fingers and toes)?
Seems to happen mostly around breakfast and lunch time.
Have you noticed that the numbness improves after using some hot water on your hands (like dishwashing and handwashing)?

My fingers get numb and also my arms and feet "fall aseep"-- that awful pins and needle tingling. Mine is poor circulation from POTS. The only thing that helps mine is to shake it out to get blood moving.

my little finger and sometimes my ring finger have varying levels of numbness depending on the severity of my morgellons which I base upon the condition of my skin. During times when my symptoms have been the worst these fingers go completely numb but this is not permanant since the feeling returns once the symptoms lessen.

I often get this.
The day I had the needle testing for enviromental Allergies it made this act up so bad it made me think it was directly related to allergies. I was allergic to all the twenty plus enviromental substances tested for.
I am allergic to many foods to, especially eggs.
Try a food allergy elimination diet and see if this helps.
It helped me a lot to stop eating the food I was allergic too!!
Yes ,,Yes much improvement in the tingling sensations and overall health condition.
