Well, I have a suggestion which you can do right from your home and your phone.
If you can (by the newspaper) look at "open houses" for sale by realtors.
If you see a listing realtors name come up "alot" you can safely assume that realtor is a serious listing agent (producer).
Write to that person and ask how YOU might be able to be of "phone assistance" with a contract amongst the two of you, for you to help acquire leads for that producer/agent.
Usually, an agent pays 500 per (lead) IF the listing becomes a contract and was acquired by your "work" of getting the lead.

I am a Realtor ten years now and ten years before that, property manger.
By real estate law i can not pay you for a lead however I can pay you hourly if you are my assistant. But even assistant has to have certificate to be my assistant.
Right now there are so many short sales and foreclosures that is is hard to make money. I work 100% commission and pay for my own health insurance which barely pays for my medications. It's a tough world out there right now.
One of my old friends works as a hairdresser for cash from home, and she gets food stamps, and medicare and disabilty. She owns a big beautiful home that she inherited from her parents that put it in her sister's name. And she has ownership in another house that her old boyfriend bought and he pays for things for her so that she can hide the income. How about that? Here is the disgusting part, she is perfectly healthy. When she put new floors and new this and that in her house recently I just could not be friends no more. It sickened me. Plus she is incredibly selfish. The church asked everyone to make a sacrifice for the month and so she said she was givng up her Moca Joe for the month. Hahahahah. Right. She should give up one of her many yearly vacations to help. Sorry if I got off the subject. ChicagoBonnie

My cousin sells match box cars on line and make a nice living.
A realtor friend of mine is forever selling things on ebay. She goes to the goodwill and buys something and sells it on line. She make a nice buck. When she goes to a whitesox game, she sometimes gets free things from the ballpark and she puts that on line and sells. Few years ago we both won free tickets and the park gave us all an entrance to the park gift. We got it free and she sold it on line for a hundred dollars. How smart is that? Wish I would have thought of it.

Hi Bonnie, fellow (Realtor)
Same here 20 years CA and NV licensed. We can pay our assistants hourly, exactly. Right now also is the best time for investors and talking on the phone can work very well.

Realtor also- 34 years- started at age 21 but have been doing some other things the past few years- due to the market slump.
You have to be careful- if you start making steady income on E bay- to track your expenses- and you can write off a portion of your home and your computer expenses as well if you start making enough money.
IRS is keeping a watchful eye-

Bonnie I am so jealous. I have been to Chicago several times and really enjoyed it, and I love baseball. I am stuck here in Alabama right now. Maybe one day... I really am a 'city' person myself.

Bonnie, grew up in the Chicago area and went to all my 1st concerts there and plays, etc.
Love it............
I am a RN, hard work, hate it when they need extra help and I am too worn out. All I can do is lay in bed on my off time with my FAITHFUL laptop. We are a couple now.
Not sure when Mr. Laptop and I will say our vows...............but I will invite you all to our wedding.
Hope you find something that works for you.
Sincerely, Soon to be Mrs. Laptop
