Hello my fellow Realtors Toni and JJill, so good to hear that you are in the same trade. So you know my suffering lately. Sometimes I want to quit it all and go get disabilty. But then I think that God has allowed me to have the determination and strength to get up and go out there and work. If I have to ever go on disabilty I will and I won't feel one bit guilty about it cause we all know that we really are sick and need it desperately. So for now, I work.
Toni, I work condo conversions and have worked many a trade shows and sold out many conversions to investors. Lately they don't seem to want to buy. Are they crazy? This is the best time to buy with low prices and low interest rates. OMG it is going to make a lot of people very rich in a few years if they invest now. The forclosures are being saved, there is a $7500 tax credit to first time home buyers, but we all know that is a loan. But heck no interest loan, what the heck, why not? Been working hard and long hours and hoping to hang in their during this upside down market.
Hey why not come in town sometime and we can go to white sox game and or hang out? I am not the best of company since I got this disease, mostly introverted.
J Jill, long time in the market, did you back burner your license or can you still sell? How is the market there? Probably same as here in Chicago. Do you miss real estate?\
Alabama lady bug, which team is your favorite? Soxs or Cubs? I am a die hard Sox fan for the past thirty years. When you coming to Chicago again? We can do a game, just give me a PM. It would be fun. Last year I had scout tickets to the sox's. I won them. Ha what a great great time I had and all free. I felt like roalty. Aside from that event, that has been my only fun time in a long long time. I just don't get out much anymore. Even my grandkids say they always know i am either home, work or the gro store. Ha. Funny kids.
KMarie, wow, a chicago original. Wel what made you move away? Don't you miss it here? Where are you now? We need more nurses here.
I went to nursing school when I was in my early twenties and worked for doctor, did the phlebomy, and blood tests etc, but I did not have a heart for it and quit. Fact, I have forgotten so much of it. I don't even know how to do the vitals. Sad but true. That is one tough job. Whew! We are blessed to have you here on this site to help us figure out this awful disease.
Well all gotta go read a few more post and will be back here in a few days.
I think you all should come in town and stay at my place and we can go to the white sox game and then picket about Morgellons somewhere. Any takers.
AND since KMarie likes first time things in Chicago, then maybe we could all witness her marry Mr. Laptop.
