This looks like a healthful approach to treatment including diet, supplements and sleep. The author feels that sleep is crucial to us and that the body heals itself during sleep especially from 10 pm to 2 am. www.xpressnet.com/bhealthy/treat.html

I get tons of sleep, but not between the hours that were suggested. I usually sleep 10-12 hrs. a night tho. But I'm not takin alot of that stuff. I take Kyolic 103, Milk Thistle, PH Buffer, Oxygen, Vits A, B12, B6, Magnesium, Calcium, Potassium, HCL w/Pepsin and Lecithin. Didn't see much of those on the protocol tho... hmmmmmm.

ibzahp, morgellons will not be helped whatsoever by that protocal, it is a much bigger beast, sorry to have to say. I was sleeping most of the day and night when I first got this and nothing wrong with my diet either.

Sleep is key in healing from any kind of ailment,, just wish I could get some without having to take pills to do it
