Has anybody thought maybe this is a new form of skin cancer. That is the fiber are just bad cells. the black specks /cancer. Some cancers are very slow growing and not catastrophically fatal. before you shoot me down think about it...the hot spots...sunny locations...Texas, california, florida.

It could very well be any form of cancer... the only thing that might shut that theory down is that many people have continued to live with it for many years without it shutting their systems down completely. Soooooo... I really can't say if it is or not I guess!

another point to this I forgot to mention. I remeber hearing that melanomas grow into a shape of a upside down iceberg. the morgellons lesions also seem to grow into a shape of a upside down iceberg...fat at the top..and then narrowing down into a point that extends deep, maybe even to the bone below. ....ps ya karrie been wondering how it was with you.............and your flukes !!

Well, yes . I have considered it. Cancer is very hard and dense and the burn tests on Morgellons is what brings to mind cancer. Did you know cancer can be contagious too? Jen Tasmanian Devils get this and keep it from a gene malfunction and dogs get it too. As a matter of fact they D.N.A. sampled cancer from dogs around the world and proved it to have come from the same source which shows it was communicable. www.sciencedaily.com/releases/2008/01/080128173735.htm
