I know for a fact that there has been more than the two cases of mad cow mentioned in the article. A very good friend of mine's aunt died of Mad Cow in Washington State about a year ago. But her death from mad cow is never mentioned in official accounts of how many have acutually died from this in the US & Canada. And it was never reported on the news. I believe mad cow is far more widespread then we are being told.
It is curious that the FDA would not allow cattle ranchers who wished to test their own cattle for mad cow before bringing them to market to do so. I figure it is the business of the cattle ranchers whether or not they wish to go to the trouble and expense of testing for Mad Cow. Why did the FDA not allow this?. After all they are allegedly in the business of ensuring the safety of the public food supply.... and yet they deny this test!!!
The test is said to be very reliable and relatively inexpensive. It would have added about a nickel a pound to the cost of beef.
I for one would be more than willing to pay that extra nickloe to ensure I wasn't buying mad cow infected beef.

If it is mad cow. Think of cattle mutilations. This germ can be what ever it chooses to be. They just put label after label on all these new germs they said have just appeared out of no where. Everything is infected & we know that already..water, food , air.. it likes certain people more than others, genetics am sure.
