After showering (getting water in the ears) has anyone noticed it's really hard to get the water out of your ears?
Everytime after a shower, when I bend over, I can hear that "sound" of water in the ears. Can't really type how it sounds, but you know what I mean?
I have to take a "squeezy syringe thingie" and squirt many times over, just to get the "what sounds like sud bubbles" out, which seems to be the only way to eliminate it.
It's not that I'm doing anything differently than I have all my life when showering or washing my hair, but lately....the ears are different (those bubbly sounds) are happening every time.

Oh Toni
I know that is scarey. Once I heard and felt buzzing in my ears . like a hive of some knd in my ears. Anything in those sensitive areas can be so alarming. I wonder if ear plugs would help. The shower is still one of the creepiest places for me. It still just downght scares me to be naked and alone with these things. LOL I have one side of my head the left side that I really have a hard time rinsing the shampoo out. One side where the shampoo seems to gather and wont rense out normally.
I HATE THIS STUFF IT IS SO INHUMANE FOR US TO HAVE TO LIVE THIS WAY.
I hope someone has a rememdy for you.

Imblownaway, you're so sweet, and thank you.
And yes, my left side too, is worse than the right side. Really!
The left side is like a trap door in that whatever gets in it (suds or water) will not come out for nothin!
Now how weird is that. I'm so glad you replied because "I've sure never had this happen like it is, (daily) now - whereas it "never use to do this"....so I know there's a reason and Morgs is behind it.
(has yours always been that way? Where the left side has always been a problem)? Or is this in sync with Morgs?
Thanks Imblownaway.

Its a morg thang. OK I have been wanting to talk about this for awhile now. Guess I will call them pre-symptoms. What i mean is I suspect allot was going on before I got the rash from hell that I could not ignore. In retrospect ... odd little things I chocked up to getting older or dismissed in some way. 1. Stray hairs on the back of my upper leg. 2. after plucking eyebrows looking in review mirror and thinking wow I must not be seeing very well I have missed some. hairs further down form the eyebrow than normal. funny they seemed to come and go and I didn't pay it mush attention. 3. my teeth!! got real lose very quickly I could not save them. 4. after shampooing and rinsing my hair Feeling the soap still in it. thought i must have overlooked rinsing it properly for some reason. I cant remember when that started happening. because theses odd little changes were barely notifiable at first. 5. toenails always looked dingy and big toe had a line it it. I remember bleaching them before i put on my summer sandals. 6. a hair in my mouth that somehow got caught in my tongue. I thought now thats odd. again I dismissed it. 7. strange acne that i couldn't steam out. steaming wouldn't open my pores they way its suppose to. again I blew it off. that should have set off alarm bells but didn't for some reason. 8. right above my ankle i kept "missing a spot" while shaving. I thought that it was weird alway in the same spot. 9. I remember having a beautiful tan all over. looking in the mirror i was perplexed under my chin and only right there under my chin my skin was as white as snow. To this day even tho I haven't sunbathed now in 3 summers i have an area on my chest that looks tan but couldn't passably be. It is like the gel remembers what color my skin was. I know there is more just cant think of them right now. and yes the left side does suck up the shampoo or whatever it thinks its doing. there are places and take things in and places that expel things maybe. my theory is that this may have built up gradually over time.

Toni have you tried holding your nose and blowing air through the ears, like trying to equalize the air pressure? I just tried it and it worked but was scary. Hope this will help. imblownaway I also had buzzing in my left ear, the side I sleep on. My doctor looked and said it was just water. Latter it came out and looked like pieces of fungus gnat. This disease is horrible! morghunter3

Hi! Yes, I use to get that more than I'd like to admit, and thought it was something I was doing incorrectly...but it was there! I bought some liquid that is used to dry up swimmer's ear...it literally dries up the water inside the ear after swimming or showering. I also tried the syringe thingy, but got much better results with the drops to dry it all out. I have an ear that is covered with these nasty gnat thingies too! The "seed pods" are coming out like crazy and those nasty buggers are right in there! Kammy, where are you??? You can find a variety of these swimming products at the local drugstore. I think the one I have is called Swimmers Ear...and it works! Hugs, ctbarb

Imblownaway,
Oh YES! So many of the things you've written - how right you are!
Many odd things that you've posted, me too!!! And I also blew them off, but yet I did "wonder" because they were sort of odd and out of the ordinary.
Like feeling my hair after it was washed, (as you'd said) and then later when it was dry a spot felt like soap was still left in it too...and I thought, wow, how could I miss that spot?
And yes again, the leg hair (by the ankle), and the white spot under the chin, and the stray hairs growing too. I'd almost forgot about these oddities, but I think that's what it was...
We were contaminated, and it's been a slooooow progressive process, ever slowly infecting us more and more.
I'm SO GLAD you brought all this up, because it is important to remember 'how this has progressed' from what we knew wasn't really the norm.
OMG.
And I too have had the feeling, that my left side (ear) is sucking in the suds. I have been (just having that gut feeling, sensation and all those thoughts) are just coming to me, that "that is what's happening". Can't explain it, because it's more of like a - I just know it "feeling".
Morgshunter, I sure hope your buzzing sound has gone away, and that sure is horrible what came out. But I'm glad you got it out, and I hope that never returned.
Barb, Oh yes! The Swimmers Ear product! How interesting. I'd used that 8 ish or so years ago, because then I kept getting water in my ears, and it went away - (the water stuck) in the ears.
Now it's like "soap suds are stuck in the ears" , but I think that is exactly what I need to get. Thanks for bringing that up.

The white spot under the chin too. The spot on the ankle...wow You can't make this s__t up. This tell me that alot of people probably do have this. But its stealth in them. I wonder if anyone else noticed these kind of changes.

Hey ya'll people ;D Tonisue that sounds like the beginning of my tinnitus to me. Doesn't mean that I think it'll lead to tinnitus for you but I think it may be a type of tinnitus. It's been a long time since I did any reading about it. I've got whoa ear issues which have sounded exactly as what you've described here. It started as tinnitus late in '01, everything in between here and there and what you've got since, lead to like auditory hallucinations a few times in '05 where I'd swear I heard music some where but there was nothing...lol... With in the last 1.5 years I've had several bouts of vertigo which I relate directly to my ear problem. NOT FUN...not cool at all. Still have tinnitus... I haven't had a bout of vertigo since my diet change mid May...I'm hoping that I have no more ever! I've had way better over all health affects tho since my diet change, no fibro type pain, less ear/head problems...plus I've lost like 30 pounds Love you guys Oh DAMN Mommasue...pics...lol...I'll send them ASAP to your email...

Caaarieeee ;D
I'm glad that's not bothering your ears anymore.
Mine really only happens after showering, the water keeps getting stuck (like never before), and after I syringe them to no end, then it goes away.
And I got them *the pics* and (OMG) you sure as heck have lost weight!
You look FABULOUS Carrie!!!

Toni, I'm really sorry you're having ear problems. Ears may be more sensitive than Sally, so I feel your pain.
I always jump up and down on one foot, but I'm not sure that's going to help your problem.
Can you still talk on the phone? ;D
Hugs, freaky

Awww Freaky, thanks. And how funny, jumping up and down on one foot! ;D Did that too sort of, but more of the jerk sideways trying to knock out the bubblies from my ears. I'll try the after the bath dog shake, and see if that helps, hahah ;D I've got to be careful though, or I'll fling my yogurt coated self all over the walls. ;D Something hilarious, (we just recently got a neato camcorder, so now I'll be able to show how my hair WANTS to eat food and how it goes after it in a frenzy, and talking just now about the yogurt got me thinking about this. Mr Toni pointed it at me as I sat there watching him play with that camcorder, and then he pointed it at me.....(as I sat there across the table from him-face COATED and covered in yogurt) and I had to threaten his life to not dare record that one! ;D ((ps, will call soon)) ;D

I pour a drop of peroxide in mine, then hold my head to the side to let it get in there real good. It bubbles and fizzes and bubbles some more... it never does stop. After a bit I put my head back up and just leave it at that. Makes my ears feel better, but my left one has been plugged up off and on for about 2 months now. It just plugs when it gets too morged out I suppose... then it'll suddenly unplug itself out of nowhere. Probably when they move on to another area to see what irritating kind of pain they can cause me there too. Same same here with the shampoo in the hair and all... and the shower not being my friend anymore!
hugs ~~ bannanny

I had the same thing and was told to put couple drops of peroxide in ears before showering and isoprol alcohol after. Then at night 1-2 drops of odorless, tasteless castor oil. If it has a smell it isnt therapeutic/food grade and should not be put in ears. Was told not to drop it directly into canal but tilt head and drop it so it runs into ears. The warmer the oil the faster it will get in. Hope you get relief-- its aggrevating as heck!

I used to clean my dogs ears with it on a wipe, but I never poured it directly into them freakers. You might wanna try some ear mite medication and see if that helps.
