Orb.. almost invisible creatures..felt so good I cooked most of the day & had lot's of fun. I can finally sleep now...so wonderful. Am mostly into discloser now. So not here to much. The level of knowledge is so great with these people. I just love all the topics they cover. It has helped me so much with this illness. Anyway, keep the faith. blessed day & hope your computer works.

Sammy - This is a very important finding, and may well be a key to many of the Morgellons-related diseases. There was also an article in the NY Times: www.nytimes.com/2009/10/13/health/13fatigue.html?_r=2&pagewanted=2Dr. Reeves from the CDC was interviewed, and his response is very disturbing: The study received a mixed review from Dr. William C. Reeves, who directs public health research on the syndrome at the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention. He called the research exciting but preliminary, and said he was surprised that a prestigious journal like Science had published it, because the researchers did not state the ages or sex of the patients and controls, or describe the duration of the illness or how it came on. “If I don’t know the nature of the cases and controls, I can’t interpret the findings,” Dr. Reeves said. “We and others are looking at our own specimens and trying to confirm it,” he said, adding, “If we validate it, great. My expectation is that we will not.” This XMRV virus has been found in 40% of a group stricken with Autism, as well as other afflictions. The study demonstrated that the virus can be transmitted through blood. The National Cancer Institute is taking XMRV seriously, said Dr. Stuart Le Grice, head of its Center of Excellence in HIV/AIDS and Cancer Virology. It has been implicated in prostate cancer. Is this being transmitted through blood transfusions? What other diseases are implicated? Bessie
