www.theage.com.au/national/physical-illness-or-internet-virus-under-the-skin-of-a-medical-mystery-20091024-he52.htmlThe results of the investigation into the condition the CDC prefers to call Unknown Dermopathy are due for release next month. Oh, just found this too, from the C.D.C. www.cdc.gov/unexplaineddermopathy/investigation.htmlHow will CDC communicate information about this condition and the findings from the study? On September 24, 2009, CDC convened an external review panel made up of experts from the fields of dermatology, infectious diseases, public health, and mental health which examined the study activities to date and provided advice on future activities. The panel provided recommendations and guidance to CDC about analyses they think should be conducted on the data. A summary of the findings of the peer review panel will be presented to CDC’s CCID Board of Scientific Counselors in November 2009 and will be made available on this website. In addition, results of this study will most likely be published in a peer-reviewed scientific journal and disseminated through other channels, to CDC’s public health partners, such as State and local health departments and medical societies, and through this website. In December 2008, CDC mailed letters to state medical associations, in case they and their members received inquiries about this condition, in order to provide an update about CDC’s activities. Letter from CDC to medical association [PDF, 45 KB] We will provide an update to these organizations as well, when the study results are available. Jen So who is the C.C.I.D. board , Coordinating Center for Infectious Diseases. Sounds like the found something folks.

Now this sounds promising. Brings some questions to my mind. Such as if it is to be published in scientific journals, then they have indeed found something in which warrants publishing. I would find it hard to believe DOP would manifest further publishing, especially dessimination through other channels....
Interesting....

they need to make a "Department of Alien Pathogens" with a big statue of Nicolas Roerich in front. it'd be better fit Dept to disclose the news thanks for posting that. again.. an unspecified date... "sometime" in novermber... what if the day before the november date they present it.....freaking flying saucers come and vaccuum all of us up.. and the day after.. is that "day" in november they choose to explain ... only we've left... and it's their explaining to the public what just happened..after we're gone oooooo

Acacian,
It was my understanding the reason for re-posting this information is that she had found an article besides or should I say in addition to the CDC stating intent. The information is now being acknowledged elsewhere.
Yes, yes, I agree, sometime in November does not bode well as to when, but who knows, maybe we will be surprised if they really do.
And the scenario you just outlined, I find no joke in it.

My question concerning the Alien Beings vacuuming us up is how will "they" recognize us? As preparations are being made for this event will we be marked beforehand so none of us will be left behind? Maybe we'll be chipped and as they scan us as a group we will glow a hideous fluorescent green and ooze slime from our eyeballs and all body orifices. If that's the case this will be a very messy journey and I want to be upwind of all of you peons in case we also reek an unlovely stench. Oh the Shame of it! Give away all your worldly goods now while there's still time, but save enough pocked change in case they charge us for the trip and DO NOT DRINK THE KOOLADE! Acacian, you failed to mention the name of the planet the beings originate, so I can only ASSume it's Uranus! ;D ;D Sheesh. Thank you for the updates...totally serious about that.

I do hope your right on that one, it would be nice to get this ball rolling a little faster!! ;D If it is actually an indication that there planing to publish there long overdue study findings, with some reveling new information on this baffling medical condition, it would finally put an end to the whole "is it is, or is it ain't" controversy... ;D ;D But how many of us would really be all that surprised if they published a paper entitled...... Two Year CDC Investigative Study Reviles "Embedded Subliminal Hypnotic Suggestion, Via Excessive Net Exposure, Found Linked To Incurable Mental Disorder, Delusions Of Parasites" Or something just as way-out-there off the wall weird as that I am still kind of confused about this "external review panel made up of experts from the fields of dermatology, infectious diseases, public health, and mental health, which examined the study activities to date and provided advice on future activities." When has the field of "mental health" ever been included in any kind of medical research, let alone part of a medical study oversight panel? I dont understand why they dont include, car salesmen, shoe makers, and them folks that put the hostess twinky's in the wrappers,, as well?? There all experts in non-medical fields too!!

giggle.....Sidney!!!
Rhorn, your point is very valid and begs to question. Yes, we can go over and over the selection of the panel, as well as the entity KP, in which the studies have been done, so called affiliations, NIH, hidden agendas, yadi ya. All with their corresponding valid points as well. I so hope we are not dissappointed and receive some help. And even if they don't know how to help, atleast some recognition....heavy sigh.
If you are right Rhorn, we will lose some of our friends.

I bet theMental Heath is there because constant itching from parasites can drive you to the edge , as well as parasites in the brain.
Illness ofany kind tends to lead to depression, the combinations of Doctor types suggest to me this is parasitic and lead's to motional and life style upheaval.

Any life threatening disease, impending surgery, divorce, death, loss of property and possessions for any reason including a hurricane, tornado, earthquake, flood, fire, robbery - home invasion, kidnapping, is enough to drive one right over the edge.
Then there's whatever we have...or any misunderstood or unidentified disease or illness. To me, "Morgellons" is about as bad as it gets. Am I as mentally sound as I was before Morgellons? No, I am not. I can only speak for myself, but the battle scars inside and out will be very difficult to erase.
Pray for the strength to endure and keep on truckin'.

This is an excerpt from an email I received a few days ago. It is from someone who participated in the CDC/K-P study. Some of the same info as above, but with a few extras:
"The CDC, Doc Michele Pearson, has handed the research results from 'The Morgies' in California to an independent panel of Drs that will review everything over the next month. Then they intend to have a press release/conference to disclose the non-bias results. After that they intend to advise all Medical Facilities and Health Care Staff. This will be in the media and also on the CDC website. It is scheduled for November, but the exact date is not yet known. I spoke to Doc Pearson for info and she was very hush hush. She did the usual, "You are not alone, there are many many people in your shoes."
The extras are that there will be a press release/conference, and that they will be notifying Medical Facilities and Health Care staff. If that is true, it does appear that SOMETHING more than the standard fare will be served.
I would feel better if they had neurologists instead of mental health, and if they had a pathologist as well on the panel. It tells a bit about their bias.
Beam me up. Bessie

for all it is worth,
I have become aware I have had a few visions that mirror current events because of confirmations of new happenings that I have the vision of. This does occur in the state between the conscious and the unconscious state. I am aware I am nodding off but still awake.
These are vivid and revealing. I am shown things and told things, Why I do not know. Maybe just E.S.P. with no specific purpose but here goes the last one.
I see the earth as from a satellite, it is in very vivid florescent colors ( blue, pink, orange, purple) that intertwine as swirls but do not mix. Very beautiful and the view is zooming in , I see a rectangular black box about 1 foot long. It has a small rectangular opening of about 2 inches. I see no hand but just a small tea cup (like the one my mother uses ) placed on top of the retangular opening on top of the black box. It never makes true contact with the box but seems to vanish from the bottom of the cup into the hole . I was told this is a Molecular Disassembler. Now the vivid florescent view of the world is back in close-up range showing the land and shore and zooming out to a view from a sate light.
I probably had heard of a Molecular Disassembler (given the amount of nano related material I have read )but I do not recall ever reading or hearing of it before. I got up and thought of a certain friend I wanted to share this with who also has visions. So when I look it up I find it is related to the term Black Box also. I got an email from her about the sudden disappearance of a dog she was so very found of , asking my opinion why that very day. I wrote her a lengthy letter about grieving before I remember the vision I wanted to share with her.
Then after that I see this post too, waz up? Nothing concrete here, but odd.

thats very interesting lilsissy..
i have those also.. those "in between wake and sleep" super conscious times.. and i'm fully interacting and aware during them... but it's just tough to remember what they were all about right after i wake up or the next morning or if i am disturbed woken out of them.. it's like i'm downloading a bunch of 'friendly' and 'warm' information...
but tough to recollect immediately after :/ but the whole earth from a distance image is very interesting.
i wonder if we would be taken to the moon to complete the transformation

One thing about all this thats a postive...if the cure for Morgellons came out tomorrow. My eyes have truely been opened to the world around me I see things totally different as far as the way the gov't works as well as my own personal relationships. The world is unbelivably unfair and in going through all this I've gotten to see actually how unfair firsthand, never learn that in a college classroom. So yeah if I did get better and was able to go back to what I was doing before all this it would be great. I know I'll never be the same person, I wouldn't say its led to mental "issues" it's more of being woken up to how the world really operates.

Sid, I love your thoughts! Hee-Hee. Great SOH.
Now, here're mine. I first noticed in the list of so-called experts convening for this panel that the following experts were not listed: entomologists, molecular biologists, microbiologists, pathologists, parasitologists, or internal specialists of any type. It appears that their main topic and discovery will not be far from their first dx. Mainly, DOP, via allergens of sorts...notice that the field of infectious disease is the only field in which lends truly any medical value, IF and only IF, they have been truthful in their findings. From all of our vast array of experiences with the medical community in infectious disease, we were treated with the same disdain and level of non-comprehension as to our suffering, and the why and wherefore of what is happening.
I was examined, tested, scrutinized by one of the very best in the world...in fact, he WROTE the texts on infectious disease, tropical disease, and is the gold standard in medical schools, and is considered a world expert in this field. His department could not diagnose what this disease was. They knew it was there, that something was terribly awry, but could not see what it was and did not want to further the investigation. Therefore, the dx was never determined. I was not diagnosed with DOP, but neither was I diagnosed with something I could get help for.
So, if the level of expertise is not found on this panel at the level I was working with, then all hope for an honest diagnosis is not forthcoming. They did not wish to hear about GMOs and the horizontal gene transfer process...in fact, they admitted that they had never heard of it. I personally called the Infectious Disease Department on the day that the Mayo Clinic put out their announcement and they still had not been alerted. I sent them a copy via fax. I called them a week later, and still nothing had arrived to alert this major world institute that this announcement had been made! So, I faxed them another and sent the Mayo website as well.
Now comes the Department of Dermatology. We have all been there I'm sure. We've all gotten the same lack of treatment and probably the same diagnosis. Do you honestly think that they will change their views on this one? I think the answer is obvious.
Now, the most interesting...the Mental Health Department...here's the rub - if they weren't an integral part of what they are planning to release in their report, why are they even part of this panel?
Then, the Department of Public Health, this information will be disseminated throughout the nation to every health department in every state and to every practicing physician to see. If this diagnosis is what we suspect it may be, we will again, be forced to seek treatment outside the regular medical community.
Due to the fact that they have had their information, read their respective reports on the findings, if this was truly an infectious disease and communicable to others, the reports would have been made public long ago. In light of the fact that it wasn't, lends one to believe that their findings are not critical to the public health in general, nor are they of an infectious nature.
Bottomline is that they have not done the due diligence required to determine exactly what this disease is, but rather have found a new avenue to appease us. I seriously doubt that their investigation has come forth with some of the published peer reports and scientific investigations that we have found during our investigations.
If they base their findings solely on what they think they are seeing, based on what they learned in their age-old textbooks, then we are no farther in this investigation than we were in the beginning. But, they have to put the blame on something - they are expected to find something, anything to appease the public need for an answer. They will not be blaming those actually at fault, the consequences would be earth-shattering! So, give them what the public will accept - whatever it is, and unfortunately, those of us who have this miserable, debilitating and killer disease, will have to live/and die by their diagnosis, such as it will be.
I can only hope that I am incorrect in my thought process, but after the months and years of investigation into the path that this disease has led me, some of which has been obtained by the FOIA, The Federal Register, and other entities of the government, I doubt that we will ever hear them say the words, "We're sorry for our mistakes"...this will never happen.
Even the words "In God We Trust" means nothing to those who have created the havoc that has led us to this point.

Well,,, I have to say that I am very impressed with the CDC's research study findings, as they are reported in the,,,, "Journal of Medical Case Reports" ... "Morgellons disease, illuminating an undefined illness" Links posted at the top of the forum by "JJ".. Thread titled: "July 2009 MRF Newsletter - Case Series Published" provided by the MRF... If what I read, is actually the CDC's "word for word" findings from there research study, and if I understand the report correctly... They clearly define Morgellons as a "factual medical condition" with a delusional component apparent "after the physical onset of the medical condition" and only in "some cases".......... Though many of us "do not care for" the inclusion of a "delusional disorder or aspects of one" being part of there "medical study" nor there need to note them as being apparent "in some cases" in there final medical study report.. However, they do clearly define Morgellons Disease as a "factual medical condition".. Also clearly stating that a medical diagnoses of Morgellons symptoms being solely due to a "delusional condition" by "assumption" lacking proper medical diagnostic processes and conformation is now "inadequate medical practice" and that, complete physical examination, and attempts at treatment "by the medical community" is warranted (ie, required) for anyone exhibiting Morgellons like symptoms!! Meaning: Regardless of any "delusional like behaviors" a doctor feels are apparent with any patient displaying "Morgellons like symptoms" they are or, soon will be "legally bared" from rendering a "DOP diagnoses by assumption" and "legally bound" to render any/all medical examinations and treatments available,, just like they are "legally bound" to provide medical care for any other known medical condition (ie. cancer, broken bones, heart failure, and so on) and any refusal to cooperate with these new medical directives would be "medical malpractice" and a willful violation of the laws that govern "required medical procedure"! This is a long awaited and final victory for anyone with Morgellons Disease!!! I do take "great offense" to there careless reference to any "delusional mental condition" connected to Morgellons Disease, because it is a "reckless and totally inaccurate" labeling of any symptom connected to Morgellons as a medical condition!! A "mentally delusional condition" defines the development of a permanent "mental condition" through an individuals genetic pre-disposition for the mental condition, totally unrelated to the impact of a medical illness!! Just as many other common factors will stress the human minds perception of reality, so would the trauma of the sudden onset of any serious illness,, morgellons being one of them!! The simplest example of the mind temporary misconception of reality "when faced with an unbalanced and/or unexpected circumstance" would be for example "resulting from sleep deprivation" or "extended exposure to harsh elements" If a person does not sleep for days it results is the manifestation of altered perception in reality,, but sleep corrects the "temporary condition" and is "in no way" an actual "mental illness",, but a "stress induced mental response" to "physical extremes" challenging the bodies ability to function normally as it was designed to do.. What they call a "delusional factor" would have been more accurately defined as: "Periodic states of delusional like behaviors "but only in some cases" totally "un-related" to the presence, or onset of, any known genetically developing mental disorder.. But, a naturally occurring "temporary mental function" of the human mind. A well known safeguard mechanism designed to protect it from "permanent emotional scaring" due to extremely traumatic circumstances, as in the onset of "Morgellons Disease" an extremely bazaar and traumatic medical condition, along with the added component of "the unconditional abandonment" of care and treatment by the medical community." At least that's my opinion of the findings as I understand them to be... Badly defined and incorrectly labeled,, but "defiantly" an overall victory,, the starting point of real change,, and best of all, a long awaited brighter future for anyone with morgellons disease....
