OMG!
Oh Adill! UNREAL...to get a tree...then that happen!
I've got goose bumps thinking about it.
I'm so sorry that happened. What a terrible shame.
I was going to ask anyone if they noticed anything also (if
or when they got a tree).
We've always (all my life) gotten real trees...as I love the
smell of them.
Then when Morgs hit, and I felt like I was hosting 100
different kinds of parasites, (because of the crawlies) I was
fearful, but determined to follow through with how I've always
done, a real tree for Christmas.
Well...I do worry about what might be lurking, and each year
we spray off the tree in the backyard really well, and allow
it to dry off before bringing it in, but I still am in the back of my mind,
wondering (could there be a spider in those millions of branches?)
Even when I'm hanging ornaments, I have that thought.
Anyways, what happened to me this year (when we brought
in the tree from drying off outside), is what happened last
year too.
Just as SOON as I began putting the lights on it, I got the
crawlies like I had a million ants crawling under my skin from
head to toe.
This just happened last week. I was going to ask anyone else
if they felt those sensations when they got close to their tree...
but it went away and I forgot about it.
It's not happened since the first day the tree was in the house.
It's happened every year (of having Morgs). Isn't that something?
I don't know what it is, but I've not seen even a gnat since
summertime.
It was like an initial burst of "allergies" or something with all
the millions of tingling sensations I got instantly...but it's not
happened since "the first day in here".
I'm so sorry that happened with your tree. Something like
that is enough to give anyone the he-be-gee-bees forever
with them. I sure hope it doesn't do that.
