Going through a rough patch. This "crud" is in my gut. I have diareah and bloody stools with fibers and a lot of bubbles. Lots of fibers coming through my fingertips, scalp and more. Lots of movement. Having chills. Wish i knew what to do. Quit my 1/2 time job. Love you guys. Thinking of using my apple cider vinegar. Any other suggestions?

Hi Ibzahp... hang in there, I'm not doing well this winter either. I'm thinking this 'thing' has cycles... is anyone else having a rough winter? I'm thinking about starting a health food store anti-parasitical, I've been drinking a little vinegar daily, I wish we had more solid answers, I hate it that some of us are suffering so...
I haven't had a lot of stomach issues YET... I'm not sure what to say there... maybe, someone else who has had more experience can help you find some relief?

Dear Ibzahp, Yes, I went through that phase too...and is there a horrific odor along with it? Start looking closely at your stools now, it sounds as though you are having a purge of sorts...that's when I started finding the worms, eggs, rediae, etc. Those "fibers" are most likely worms. Collect some and wash them off with water, and put under the scope and take a look at them. In my case, it indicated that they were in the intestines and replicating. Chart the cycle, and yes Kammy, these organisms do come out in cycles, at least they did in my case. Also keep hydrated. Drink lots of Paul Newman's Organic Lemonade, there is something in that product that is moving these things out of the body like crazy! I'm on my 6th gallon! Evidently, the alkaline level is perfect for the detachment of these organisms in the gut...that's the way I'm seeing it. I started out making my own from fresh lemons, but the combination of water, lemon and sugar was just not perfect. The PN Lemonade does the trick! I have some very stubborn organisms living inside of me and the lemonade is pushing them out! Keep looking at your stools too and take samples, photograph them. This is so important! I know it's not fun to do especially when you're ill, but that's when the best stuff comes out! It will be easier to identify what this stuff is if we all do this. When so many folks have the same organism, they have to take notice! If not now, later when we gather all of our information together. Put the samples in Zip-Lock baggies and put in the freezer!!! Best way to preserve them. I put mine in the baggie and then put in sealed plastic container. When I go to Boston, I take the whole container on a cold pak and give to them frozen. When they are thawed, they are just like they came out of you! Can't get better than that! I hope you start feeling better soon, but this is a long, slow process I'm afraid. Having done this for more years than I care to count, I do see some progress... Love and prayers to you, ctbarb

Ibzahp, I'm so sorry you're having all these awful symptoms. And (you other gals, I'm sorry) I do believe Kammy and Barb have the right idea though, keeping the stomach hydrated and alkalined is "what I've found to be a great answer too" for tummy problems. I've not really had any potty issues, but stomach pains I've had, like a gnawing ache. I've been taking 1/2 of a pill of an over the counter (acid reducer) and that's relieved that - Tagament to be exact. Sipping on lemon juice (whether lemon in club soda/that's alkalining) too with the sodium bicarbonate in the Schwepps club soda (which is like bubby water) all day is good. Or like Barb is doing the PN lemonaid. (lemons and vinegar) are great alkaliners, but, they must be fed all day long to keep the stomach acid reduced. So by sipping ALL day on something you like, you're keeping a constant supply of it going. Hope you get to feeling better.

Hi Ibzahp, sorry you're having stomach symptoms. I have had those for several years now and it is not fun. Like Ctbarb, I regularly take stool samples and check for parasites and other stuff I can't identify. At least I feel like I'm doing something to figure out what is going on although I haven't sent my samples in to be identified. I agree that the symptoms seem to to cyclic. Every few weeks my gut swells up like a balloon and I get very nauseated. I find that taking simethicone helps relieve the gas and swelling. It also helps if I use a laxative during the times when I'm swelled up to help move the stuff out. As the others have said, drink lots of water or alkalizing citrus juice. Gut pathogens including worms, fungus, bacteria prefer an acid environment so as Barb said the lemon juice really helps. Hope you find some things that make you feel better soon. Merc

I'm sorry ibzahp... sounds miserable sweetie. I've been having a hard time too... seems winter isn't a good thing for us anymore either. I've been drinking herbal tea with lemon in it tho instead of all the juices I was drinking and I think it helps becuz of the sugar content in juice. But what I recommend you get (I need to get more too) is some "Happy Tummy." Dr. Hildy told me it's a very good thing for us to take off and on cuz if we don't get this out of our guts, we're never gonna get rid of it. It's dry herbs that you can mix with water or juice and drink once a day. You just have to be sure you're near a bathroom when you're taking it, cuz it works! Go to this link and when you get there, type "happy tummy" in their search box in the top right hand corner... www.thymeforhealth.com/shop/index.php?shop=1&itemid=171It's cheap and it really does work. I hope some of what we've all offered will help you get to feeling better! I love you ~~ bannanny

Thanks for all the suggestions. Since the blood is not dark and there is not a lot of it doctors tend to think that it is not an ulcer but I will mention it to my primary care doc, Think I will try the lemon juice, vinegar and coconut oil. I would really like to try to see a doc who could be a part of that lab that looks at our health. I think Bessie was talking about it. Think I will try that happy tummy stuff too.

Don't know how I missed the blood in your stool part, I miss alot these days. But that's not anything you wanna put on hold ibzahp. Make an appt. now for it and then you'll know more. If you start taking something like Happy Tummy to clean yourself out with, it may have negative results if you're bleeding. So find out where the blood is coming from first before you go and start on anything else ok?
