Hi everyone I have found a drink that helps my stomach and tastes pretty good (at least I think so) I make a 16 ounce glass of green or black tea and in it I put a generous dollop of coconut oila shot or so of apple cider vinegar and to sweeten the mix and not get that sugar thing going , I add 5 or 6 drops of stevia. I sip this through the morning instead of coffee. (I sure miss my coffee tho).

That sounds good ibzahp! I've been drinking herbal teas with truvia and lemon myself... it's alot better than all the sugary juices I was always drinking!
I'm really glad your stomach is feeling better... how about the blood you were finding in your stools tho? Has it gone away? Even if it did, I still think you need to go in for a check up about it.
