I would like to highly recommend it as well, with Sarsaparilla. It is why I took the time to make posts about it. The details are there if you want them or need them.

This may seem out of nowhere, but I have been cleaning out my cupboards, writing down what is for what & need to relay: Cat's Claw really helped me get over a plateau of sorts and acupuncture really seemed to jump start my immune system. (*It is not supposed to hurt. I have had it done by 3 different practitioners and suffered through an initial session with an elderly Korean MD and at he end, he told me I should have called him back to the room, because the needles are not supposed to hurt. So, next time, I pointed out which ones did, and he fixed them. His treatments were great. It's just that you don't want to move!)
