Has anyone read or discussed the outbreak on Vancouver Island? I was amazed when I read this article:
It might not have any connection with Morg's, but it offers an interesting insight into the evolution of fungi and bacteria. Two harmless yeast strains can come together, mate, and form a new fungi that infects the central nervous system of humans and animals and has caused the deaths of 4 people while infecting upwards of 100. Vancouver Island is a no man's land.
Can you imagine the panic when the general population becomes exposed to what we have been exposed to? They will freak! Those of us who have been suffering will be the levity the world needs when it happens. I can see no way to avoid a worldwide outbreak of this stuff. People are tripping on bird flu--wait til they get a load of this little monster...

Those of us who have been suffering will be the levity the world needs when it happens. Either that or we'll be put into quarantine. This has already been legislated in some countries as a control mechanism to curtail an epidemic of bird flu or other unspecified disease/s.

I have a second-hand report...a friend of a friend of a friend in Southern California had a fungus spread through her house and contaminate everything. She had to throw EVERYTHING away.......and then, re-contaminated everything in her new place by bringing ONE THING in with her. It reportedly spread at an alarming rate. Apparently she had this fungus identified, but it is invisible.
I was told her symptoms are not itching but brain fog and other things.
These are friends who are chemically sensitive (MCS).
Yes, I don't see how it's going to be prevented. I myself have contaminated several hotel rooms. I don't know how to prevent it except by hanging myself.

Skinmystic,
I just live day by day, and keep trying. It's all that you Can do, you know. Please don't even joke about hanging one's self.
God Bless!!!
