HI EVERYONE
I copied and pasted some info on stevia from Jills candida thread .
Victoria pointed out to me that the unrefined stevia is best , it is actually green in color not white.
Stevia is a good sugar sunstitute for people with candida and I aslo beleive sugar causes morgellons symptoms tp flare in some people .

(I can't figure out when/how to start a new small post without tagging on to a long one, sorry).
Have been consulting a professional nutritionist who beat breast cancer w/nutrition & diet changes and she said any white powder stevia is processed and one should only use "green" stevia, which is not processed. Otherwise, she said it's just not any good for you.
The only one I have been able to find at a Vitamin Shoppe here is: "Sweet Leaf whole leaf Stevia Concentrate" & it is dark liquid.
A little goes a very long way.

I also found this Victoria! I wonder if thats a good price. Im going to keep searching
Vicctoria
I actually found the one you suggested at my neighborhood healthfood store and bought it yesterday. i thought it was expensive though at 13.00 for 2 ounces but figured after shipping it would cost that or more anywhere else.
I made choc peanut better cookies and added it and it was pretty good !
Then I made iced peppermint greentea and again it was pretty good .
It has a pretty earthy flavor like molasses some may not like.
This morning I added some to my coffee and added too much.......too much gives a gross sour taste .........I hope its supoed to taste like that and the product is not bad but i added more coffee and its ok now.
Still the price is a little high for me as I consume ALOT!
Im going to try the powder for 10 dollars a pound at mountain rose, i think the price is very cheap!
Thanks again Victoria!
Oh BTW it says you can use it topically for skin problems!
