It has started draining... Im thinking I should take him in... Scared it may be staph but Im soooo scared of doctors... I lost my kids in the past because I believe they have WHATEVER this is... So now I try to be very careful what I say when it comes to my children... please help!!!

I'd say definitely take him in binarky. Just don't bring morgs up... but you need to find out what it is and make sure an infection doesn't set in. Good luck... and I'll be praying you have a decent and understanding doctor no matter what the case may be.

Hi Binarky,
I agree, (don't mention Morgs) not that I think you would..and just allow the doc to be a doctor. Hopefully he'll see it's some sort of cyst or infection, and address it accordingly. Antibiotics, or topical antibiotics. But he'll probably have to culture it first to see what "strain" of bacterium it is first. (maybe not though about culturing, sometimes the docs will just say "try this or that" and we'll see if it reacts and if so, that's great.
I sure can understand your hesitation. We've all been burned more than badly by many doctors, in THEM causing us to feel humiliated, embarrassed, or just plain and simple, like we didn't know our own bodies or who we are. They've misjudged us, and treated us poorer than an animal would be allowed to be treated.
I know you're afraid, it's in your post. ( I now have a different view of doctors because of the hurtful harmful burns I got from them, and it's nothing in comparison to what you've experienced because of your kids. )
I'm sure it's 100 fold what you feel. The trauma is there. I know we all can relate.
But don't let those "past jerk doctors" deny you of taking your children to the doctors when they need attention.
We're ALL behind you Binarky.

Yes please take him in . It could be M.R.S.A or cellulites which must be treated with antibiotics before it becomes fatal.
Very curable with antibiotics but nothing to wait on.
It is not our everyday Doctors that I am suspicious of , It is some of the big Pharmacy Vaccines I am Leary of. Lots of Puesdo Science around but M.R.S.A. and cellulites must be treated.

I just got a call back about an hr ago and the nurse tells me that she DOESNT see a reason to take him in tonight but to make an appt first thing in the morning for him to be seen. I will keep you guys posted... Again, thank you so much

Binarky, I hope you find the courage to step out and go forward. I know it is tough to trust again the medical society that has let you down. I pray you have a good doctor now and they will take good care of your son. I ask God to give your doctors wisdom. May God put angels around your beautiful boy and keep him safe. God be with you always. ChicagoBonnie.

I agree with the others... I would take him in, but I wouldn't offer any other information, or bring up morgellons "at all" just let them look at it and draw there own conclusions,, at least he will get some kind of treatment for it.. Best wishes..

My son had MRSA like cysts as well prior to our onset of m. He fought me but we had them drained and he was treated with antibiotics both times, had him tested again to make sure he was "clear". A few months later he had an MMR booster as well as meningococcal (SP?) meningitis required at aged 13 as well as the by the state. He developed migraines of an unknown origin ( we tested for everything under the sun!) I have fought for two years to have this child treated, but I ended up with psychologists because Mom is dop. He has a useless neurologist, a pysch who treats him for "stress". Took him off all drugs, treating him with Vitamin D and dhs protocol. He is markedly better. Take your kid in to see the Doc but keep your instincts running on high. Do not let them vaccinate him with anything! We did not do vaccines this year but stuck with the D, had the healthiest winter of our lives.
It's all crap, don't believe a word of it. The Doc's only know what they are told by the cdc and we all know what crap that is.
God Bless.
