Nanners, Try some homeopathic arnica to help heal the bruises. I think you could get it at a health food store. Did wonders for me when I broke my hip. 30X strength should do it.

You're right jeany... I can be pretty dense sometimes! Liatris just told me the same thing in a PM... silly girl that I am! But on one of the pages it said 100% polyester and that's what threw me. Anyhoo, I'm just gonna print pics of the fabrics out and then take them to some fabric stores around here so they can tell me... or maybe they'll even carry some there! I'm hoping they do... I'd rather be up close and personal to it than have to wonder what it's gonna be like after having to order off the net ya know? Thanks for the good luck wishes too... but as far as being the most beautiful bride goes, you need glasses girl!!! But thanks anyway my little mouse friend!!!

You're so sweet jeany... and you're right too! That's how I see that tea tree tingle shampoo and conditioner ha! It really is great stuff huh ibzahp? Course I've been switching my shampoo and all up again cuz after awhile, well you know how that goes! But I do love it... just not every single day.
No docs for me either... don't have one right now and don't need one!! I'd have to be in a massive amount of pain (and I mean MASSIVE) to go to a doc ever again! Me and God can do all the healing I need from here on out...

Hey Bannanny
forgot to mention to you about your little 'jogging' incident. I did the same thing too, a while back when I could exercise. Right now, am not able too...but when I went on the tread mill, I stepped on the side a little too far and went FLYING...lol. My daughter was hysterical as i sat there rather dumbfounded. I was ok though with no scrapes.
However, might add that i have recently been brought to my knees in pain with my raw head and last night tried painting my scalp with iodine--the solution from the drugstore. And this did help somewhat [soothing plus seemed to form a seal] so I wondered if you tried this? Oh well, by now you probably are already on the mend, but just thought I would mention it..
hope you are ok now,
xx Pdidit

We're just a couple of klutz's eh pdidit? Glad you didn't get all scraped up... mine sure are taking their time healing. Anyhoo, no... I never tried the iodine solution. I didn't know you could put it on your head either! Does it turn your hair orange? I guess not or you would've mentioned that I'm sure, DUH! What's the name of it? I'll try it cuz my head's still electrical (altho it always is.) Just not as bad as it's been the past 2-3 weeks... so yeah, I think this particular cycle is finally starting to slow down, yaaaaaaay!
love you ~~ bannanny
